Exactly as described, clean and very well located place to stay. I would definitely stay again.

Mark and Jane were extremely communicative throughout. We were able to access easily using a key code box. The house was very clean and tidy and they had kindly left us tea, coffee, milk, water bottles and chocolate biscuits! The bathroom and kitchen appear to be newly decorated and the huge bath was a lovely treat. The house was a few mins drive from the wedding venue we were attending. Mark and Jane recommended a couple of taxi services. We used Hawk, which have a fantastic app so transport was very easy. All in all, a great short stay in Ipswich. Thank you.

A great place to stay, you have a lot of privacy and all of the amenities you need while not being very far from anything at all. I recommend to anyone going to Ipswich for a weekend!
