A massive thank you to Susie for a wonderful stay. She was very attentive, friendly and flexible when my plans changed. It is a truly lovely home and I would highly recommend to all. I hope to be back soon :)

Tam was a great host, very responsive and friendly. The house was perfect for us 10 minute cab ride from Farham castle for my friends wedding. It was as advertised and great value. Would stay again if I’m ever in the area.

We wanted somewhere for family to gather and stay for a weekend wedding nearby. The wedding venue recommended Christmas Pie Barns and we’re so glad they did. Our party ranged from 87 to 3 years old and we all enjoyed the space. The only downside was that the weather was disappointingly cold and wet for June and so we didn’t feel like braving the swimming pool 🤣. Christmas Pie Barns is an ideal place for group gatherings, the rooms are all lovely and there’s plenty of communal space for relaxing/entertaining. Thank you Emma for being so welcoming and informative on our arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
