Family-friendly holiday rentals in Royal Leamington Spa

Riverside Cottage was perfect for a restful week away before my operation. The scenery was stunning and the location so peaceful. The dogs were happy as they could could come and go as they pleased as the garden was so secure. Everything you need for a break away was supplied and the host was a message away if you had any queries. The hottub was an added bonus and was made the most of throughout the week!! A most enjoyable break, we will definitely be back

Lovely little place with beautiful views, very peaceful (we hardly saw another human the whole time we were there). The little added touches were lovely. It was a little smaller than we thought it would be, but we hadn’t done a glamping pod before so I guess we didn’t know what to really expect. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the hot tub on the evenings, definitely an added bonus!! And the welcome and greeting was really lovely and helpful with recommendations of local restaurants :)

Celebrated our 1 year anniversary and it was absolutely lovely, we are definitely going back! Lynden was so lovely and gave clear instructions that made finding eveything so easy, love our tour of the farm and feeding all the animals that were so friendly! The room was really nice and decorated so beautifully & really appreciated the complimentary snacks. We loved the hot tub, lighting the fire for our marshmallows, and how close the animals got to us! Was a lovely place to stay felt so at home and welcomed, would define my recommend :)

Everything was just perfect. Very easy checkin, clear instructions on how to use everything, beautifully furnished with great amenities, loved that we could buy local produce too. Highly recommend staying here if you want to be at one with nature and have a few days to switch off. We will definitely be back!!

Lizzy was a welcoming host, we felt right at home. Everything we needed was right there. The countryside was amazing, especially if you enjoy birdwatching. We spent time relaxing in the wonderful hot tub. What more could you want for a weekend break.

We had the most wonderful stay the night before our wedding. Stephanie was having some renovation work completed on the property and upgraded us to her larger property which was so kind and such a treat for us all. The house was stunning and our guests felt the same. Thank you so much!

My husband and I had such a lovely stay at Sarah and Sim’s place while in the Cotswolds for a wedding at nearby Lapstone Barn. It was the perfect base for us for the weekend - cosy and peaceful and had everything we needed, and more! The breakfast spread was so thoughtful and very much appreciated. WOW ! Had a great holiday ! We didn’t want to leave ! Windmill Lodge is a little peace of Heaven Set In idyllic surroundings with a beautiful pond (loved the ducks ) And peaceful surroundings Lisa was a great host Greeted warmly and surprised with a welcoming card and “scrummy” cake to start the holiday off well. Tea and coffee and milk provided in a well equipped spotless,kitchen Furniture very comfy All rooms were very clean and of a high standard with plenty of little touches in every room to make us feel at home Lisa was on hand if we needed anything but we had our privacy. Unbeatable location in beautiful Chipping Campden with easily accessed on-site parking space. Well equipped kitchen, washing machine, fridge/freezer etc. plus great bathrooms with good shower pressure. Plentiful basic supplies as well! Super hot when we stayed so lovely to be able to have the French doors to the pretty courtyard open. Quiet for a high street location and very secure. We have stayed at Chipping Campden previously and it’s a fab location for touring the area.

Zoe's place was absolutely delightful, everything you could need and an extremely comfy bed. Zoe was friendly, kind and helpful; she gave us a lovely greeting with lots of tips for local sights and eats. We would gladly stay here again ☺️

Great base for me as I was an exhibitor at BBC Gardeners World Live so wanted a self contained space to stay that was 10 minutes away and this place fitted that perfectly. Lovely area and the boat pub on the canal is a 5 minute walk away which I highly recommend. Well equipped kitchen and great powerful shower. Comfy bed and convenient parking space. I’d come back here when next in the area.

From start to finish Wendy was amazing! Communication, extra’s for our baby - not a problem Wendy had it sorted within the hour! The location, stunning. Pool and hot tub such a perfect way to enjoy the views and to relax. Definitely an air b & b saved for another trip in the future

The perfect escape! Farahnaz and Paul are really helpful, very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The Summerhouse is so secluded and cosy. it really is a proper escape from the "Busy Life" Shakurs on the corner is a great place to eat if you get the chance. Sharon’s property is nothing short of exceptional. It was perfect to accommodate our (quiet) hen party, with plenty of comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen and many other rooms to enjoy. The pool area was super clean and very enjoyable in the sunny weather we had. Sharon herself was the most welcoming host we could have hoped for. She gave us an excellent tour of the house and grounds open our arrival, and was always on hand next door for any queries or just a chat if we fancied! She was even kind enough to let us have a late checkout so that we could enjoyed the pool for longer. Thank you so much Sharon x

The Garden Flat is a wing of the lavish Manor House that takes centre stage. Overlooking a well groomed pool and well designed garden landscape, the flat is within easy reach to the ‘enchanted’ gardens of this beautiful property. Situated in a very picturesque Cotswold village; one can be within minutes reach of a cosy local pub or if in need of solitude; a stone’s throw away from a peaceful lake. The weekend spent in the garden flat was memorable and a nice way to escape the demands of daily life. Thank you Petra for your prompt reply- booked very last minute and we were accommodated nicely.

We had the most amazing weekend at The Courtyard. We were a group of 10 guests celebrating a 30th birthday, and we had everything we could have needed. Sally met us for check in and showed us around, but gave us privacy for the rest of the weekend. She also left us some homemade bread, and crisps and Prosecco from her nephews business. She was responsive to messages throughout our weekend, and gave us a generous late checkout. The property and surroundings were beautiful, and the pool was a highlight. We placed an online Sainsburys delivery which saved a lot of time and stress. We all highly recommend The Courtyard to anyone looking for a peaceful weekend in the countryside.
