Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Royal Leamington Spa

I needed a place to stay whilst attending a work conference at the Birmingham Conference and Events Centre. Paulina’s apartment was an oasis - beautifully cleaned, relaxing, well stocked and large. Excellent amenities. Check in was incredibly smooth and easy, very flexible. Walkable from train station. I didn’t explore the area much but very convenient groceries, and felt safe walking around alone.

A gem of a place to stay. It is well equipped with everything we needed and situated in a lovely garden. The friendly village pub is an easy walk away. Had a nice walk around the tranquil pretty village. So envious of the people living there!!! Would definitely like to come back.

this is an amazing place to stay if you're looking for a peaceful time away from it all. a lovely manor and farm with wonderful gardens and fields to walk around, would definitely recommend this to anyone, Clare was polite and chatty and delivered some fabulous Strawberries to us.

We had a lovely stay. The studio was spacious, the kitchen was well equipped, and the location was perfect. We could easily walk to the Cathedral, the river basin, and the museum and it was an easy walk from the Pool Medow bus station. Ray was always prompt and responsive in communication. When the bed developed a glitch he immediately sent a maintenance person to fix it. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, very quiet and cosy space. Had everything we needed for our stay. Perfect for couples. Plenty of instructions and info so no frustration trying to operate the amenities. Highly recommend.

Martin's place was fantastic. It's right on top of town, about a two minute walk from the birthplace of Shakespeare. It's ten minutes to the river and the RSC. Martin is a wonderful host, very friendly and helpful, and the flat is perfect for a couple or someone on their own to spend a few days in and explore the area.

A wonderful place. Perfect for a stay over for wedding guests to Bourbon Hall. Very clean and comfortable with a friendly host.

Great place, perfect location right at the centre of Stratford upon Avon, walking distance to the Royal Shakespeare Theatre and all restaurants and pubs in the area. Loved the flat and the roof patio, and I especially loved the shower. There was coffee and tea provided as well. Great value for money indeed!

Had the most lovely stay at Mary Arden’s, it was an ideal place for our family’s get together. Very well appointed with everything you need. Lovely garden area and very spacious living area and kitchen, the boys enjoyed the pool table and we all enjoyed relaxing in the garden. Handy shops next door with lovely, helpful staff. Simply perfect! The hamlet is a haven of unparalleled tranquility. In Lantern Cottage itself we marvelled at the tasteful design and a ceaseless feast of wonderful quirkiness. The beautifully tended garden is a delightful place to find solitude. One of the highlights of our many travels this idyllic cottage is a definite revisit.

We had a great 4 nights at Lucy’s. The garden is breathtaking, the pool lovely and a short walk takes you to the historic pub (complete with Morris Dancers). Lucy was very welcoming and friendly and the house comfortable and within easy travelling distance of some of the best parts of the Cotswolds. We would love to return. Thanks Lucy!

A great place to stay. Spotlessly clean throughout. Bed mega comfy. Easy to find in Hinckley. Net Mary who came round, very friendly, good, clear info as bout the accommodation. Very polite and professional. No hesitation in recommending for others to stay, and we would stay again if in the area.

Very nice flat, exactly as described. Backyard is on the Worcester-Birmingham canal, which was the attraction for me. There is a table and chairs for sitting out and watching canal boats and waterfowl pass by. The train is adjacent to the canal and trains pass by several times an hour during the day with some at night too. I actually enjoy the train traffic, but with the doors/windows closed there is no train noise. Kitchen is adequately supplied for just about any cooking. Bathroom is typically small, but the shower was great with steady flow of hot water. There is plenty of parking, numerous grocery stores and restaurants are within a short walk. I thoroughly enjoyed my 12-day stay.

Overall it was a very pleasant day. Car was on the driveway right next to the apartment nice and clean nice comfortable clean bed big TV exactly what I needed before a long day at Master Mind great sleep overall very happy the only one very very slight thing I may wanted more is blackout curtainsas I don’t sleep very well and the light wakes me up

Nice, modern 1 bed flat only 10 mins or so walk from New Street Station. Flat was comfortable and well appointed, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc. a couple of mins away. Khalli was responsive and pleasant and gave us easy to follow instructions for check in. Would happily stay here again if I needed something in Birmingham.

A perfect place from which one can explore the Cotswolds. Excellent location to town and a very cozy accommodation. Pearl was a delightful host who spent time advising us of everything on offer in the area. We enjoyed a super time.

This place was everything we needed - but better. Monica and Phillip were perfect hosts. There was cheese and ham in the fridge and for breakfast delicious fresh fruit and yoghurt. We had use of a beautiful sunny garden and the flat was spacious and well equipped. I would recommend to others without hesitation. Thank you Monica, we loved staying at your place.
