House holiday rentals in Rowville

What a beautiful little slice of the yarra valley. The heating was very efficient, it was icy overnight and we had no idea. We woke to kangaroos outside the window each morning. The caretakers lodge was much closer to the accommodation than I expected, however they were very helpful and friendly and I didn't see them apart from when I checked in. The house is stunning. The view from the huge windows is lovely. It felt very luxurious and was a lovely place to stay after getting married. I would absolutely recommend Kangaroo Manor to others, and I'd love the opportunity to stay there again one day. The hosts were very proactive, kind, and professional, and gave me the impression that I could contact them at any time. Thank you for a very memorable experience.

Wonderful home and location. The house had everything you need and my two children and l really enjoyed playing table tennis, pool and fuse ball. The view from the balcony was spectacular with the added bonus of being able to wake up to the view from two of the bedrooms. We enjoyed the bbq facilities, nature walks and morning coffees on the balcony while swinging on the egg chair. A perfect place to connect and relax.

The house is lovely and very big. Suited us as we all wanted seperate rooms and our own bathrooms so the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was great. We did not use the pool or spa so I can’t comment on that. Lively Properties’s were easy to deal with and gave excellent instructions for the property. Would be happy to to use Lively again if we head back for another stay.

This is the second time I have stayed at David’s beautiful home. Can’t thank him enough he is very responsive and clear with instructions to get inside. Once you are inside it’s absolutely magical. Views are incredible and the house is just so perfect. Can not recommend this place enough and I can’t wait to go back again one day. 5 stars

My husband, myself and our 4 adult children stayed at Lavender Farm. When first arriving we were greeted by their friendly dogs. Jacky had made a delicious cake and fresh bread plus farm fresh eggs and bacon ready for breakfast the next morning. It made us feel right at home. The farm is beautiful as is the accommodation. Tony (the host) was very friendly and helpful. The town itself has everything you need. Healesville is a lovely place to stay. I would highly recommend Lavender Farm.

We couldn’t be happier with our time at this home. It was beautifully clean, well appointed and had everything you need. The home was so convenient to the shops, a short stroll away. We stayed in April and the surrounds were very quiet and peaceful.

We felt right at home in Amy's house from the moment we walked in ! The house is VERY spacious with lots of room to spread out. The heating was great ! (And we sure needed it these last few days.) During our short stay in Dandenong for a basketball tournament, we stayed in this lovely home that was ideally located near shops and adjacent to a local park, perfect for the kids to play. The property was spacious, well-kept, and offered a nice sense of privacy. Our host, Chamila, was so accommodating and attentive, always ready to answer any questions we had, which truly made us feel at home. Overall, our stay in this great location was an enjoyable experience.

We had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The home was beautifully decorated with a warm, stylish touch that made it feel extra special. It was fully equipped with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to bathroom supplies—which made our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The attention to detail really stood out. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free, cozy, and beautifully designed home away from home!

Overall a lovely and peaceful stay, highly recommend if you're looking for a spacious but cosy spot surrounded by nature (and birds right outside the window!). The house looks exactly like it does in the pictures; sadly it was too cold in the evenings to enjoy the outdoor firepit, but the indoor fireplace was great. Things to take note of (not criticisms - we loved the place!) - Keep your eyes peeled for the entrance to the house as it might be easy to miss while driving - Some wide steps up to the house, for those with heavy luggage - Duct heating and aircon/heater were inconsistent so the house was cold (was told by the host the latter might've been a remote control battery issue, so this shouldn't be a normal occurrence!); the indoor fireplace really helped Thank you Samantha for the wonderful stay, and also for the cute welcome basket of snacks and wine!

Great place to stay which great amenities and great distance to the things we were doing which was great. Very responsive host also which helped a lot.

Where to begin? The photos were exactly as described. Extremely beautiful and clean. The kitchen was all fully stocked and functional even to the smallest things like rubber bands, sandwich zip locks, foil, etc. she even had a rice cooker for our convenience. The flow of the home was well thought through, planning of space layout made sense, heating throughout the home was well distributed. Clare is such a great host, she’s so thoughtful and gave us extra time for check in and out. I am very grateful for her accepting our request to stay at their lovely and homely home. It was warm, inviting and wanted to stay at home all day but we were on a holiday so was out most of the time. Wished we had more time to stay in! Thank you Clare x

Spacious home for a small group stay. Has everything you require and more. Very comfortable. Our journey into Melbourne the following day was much easier after a good nights sleep. Recommended

What a wonderful stay it was! Harry was an incredible host with excellent communication from start to finish. The house was beautiful, as described in the description and photos. There was more than enough provided in the kitchen for large groups and the rooms were well setup for us. The mattresses are a special mention with almost everyone who stayed commenting on just how good a sleep we all had. The space was perfect for our retreat and we only wish we had more time there to utilise all the great areas available to us. I want to make a special mention about how amazing Harry was as we had a small hiccup on our first morning waking to no water due to the last group using more water than usual. The house runs on tank water. I messaged Harry at 8am when I realised we had run out, and we had water delivered and the water tank filled before lunch. I understand this could have been troubling for both Harry and us but the way in which it was handled was excellent. Highly recommend!

Leonie was a fantastic host! Great communication throughout our stay. Our long term stay was just like being at home. Easy access to local shops, freeways and beach. Highly recommend!

My friends and I loved spending a weekend at Kris & Carlo's peaceful retreat! We snuggled up on the couch, looking out over the treetops and listening to our crackling fire. It was the perfect spot to enjoy the autumn colours! Comfortable beds and all the comforts of home.

A fantastic property! Spacious, bright & very warm. Melbourne’s bizarre weather had no impact on us. Close to amenities and public transport & suited my visiting family perfectly. The hospital is very close & we even had to go there unexpectedly as well. The property is well-equipped & overall we have nothing negative to say about our experience. The next time my relatives visit, hopefully we can book Menaka’s property again. Menaka is a fabulous host. Responsive, kind & easy to communicate with.

It was a comfortable stay for our group of 10 with 4 young kids. The heater worked well for the winter and the shower water pressure was good! Nick is always quick in responding to questions!
