Beautiful , clean and modern. The mattress was comfy and the water for the tub/shower was hot. The view is amazing! Yes there is train and highway noise, but the view is worth it and the highway noise becomes white noise. You can take a 15 minute walk down to the river to watch kite boarders. 10 minutes from Hood River and 30 minutes to the beautiful waterfall corridor. If you like great views and some quiet you will enjoy this! Starvation Creek & Viento Park are 15-20 minutes away and a great hike or bike ride. Really enjoyed Ferment Brewing in Hood River for views and great food (salmon dip was delicious). If the morning light bothers you bring a sleep mask

A much needed retreat for us. Being elderly and mobility challenged, we managed very well. Slept extremely well. Very easy to experience the beautiful Columbia Gorge from Mosier. The wildlife visitors added a lot to the atmosphere. Especially the baby bunny. Great weather. Lovely view through the trees of the river and the gorge. Could sit all day in the Adirondack chairs and soak it all in. Rowena point and meeting Herman the Sturgeon were some of high points. Lovely and accommodating hosts.

A very nice stay for us wanting peace and quiet and drivable to White Salmon and Hood River. A super quiet location and well appointed unit which suited us well. We would certainly stay here again.

Lois’s sweet little cabin in the woods was a great place to get some R&R. It was far enough from the bustle to breathe in the peace & quiet, but close enough to enjoy some of the fun things to do in the area. Lois was there when I arrived and was friendly in greeting me and showing me the cabin. The cabin itself is a small space, but it was just me so it was perfect. It had all the amenities needed for a couple days’ stay.
