Wonderful location facing the sea, it is a great house with all the facilities.

Great location and parking was only 2 minutes away. Despite the hectic crowds on the street the place was very quiet.

The location of this accommodation is fantastic and ideal for visiting Cádiz, in the center and with a parking lot two minutes away. There are also several supermarkets nearby. The apartment is great, very clean and with everything you need. The mattress could be improved, and if there are mobility problems, an important thing to keep in mind is the narrow and steep spiral staircase that connects the two floors. Communication and reception with Miguel and Maricarmen was perfect and in general my partner and I had a great time. 100% recommended.

A great place for your visit to Sanlucar - right by the beach and an easy walk to the centre of town for the bars and bodegas. Clean and comfortable, and Luisa was always quick to respond to messages.

My 90-year-old mother-in-law and family spent more than two months of very pleasant enjoyment here, just as convenient as at home, sunbathing in front of the beautiful golf course every day, very convenient to go to the nearby supermarket to buy food, etc., in the afternoon, walking the dog by the sea, occasionally listening to the pleasant sound of the waves entering the water at night! It's a wonderful retirement life! The Host is very high quality and never disturbs us. When we encountered some problems, he replied immediately. When we just checked in, he personally drove us around to familiarize us with the surroundings and introduced the situation. We were very touched, especially reluctant to leave, but we had to go back to our own home! I hope to come back if I get the chance!

We've had a wonderful time as a family. The house is beautiful, with all the amenities and super well equipped, which has made it a fantastic stay. The house is just like the photos and even better in person! Everything is very clean and just a stone's throw from the beach! And with Susana, communication has been super fluid and very close. We're thinking of repeating it next year! 😊

Maite's apartment is the best you can find in Costa Ballena. It's spacious and new. It's very bright and well-equipped. Air Conditioning is practically not needed because it is quite cool just opening a couple of windows. It has two excellent terraces and the bedrooms are of a good size. The beach is a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride. It's in a quiet area of Costa Ballena. The development has several pools that are not usually very crowded and a couple of paddle courts. The only thing we had of any problems with was the water heater. It is very small for a family of four if we all are showered behind each other, it would be important to notify them in advance so that guests can organize themselves, because once you already know it, it is no problem. They miss trash cans in the bathrooms and a larger hair dryer. But overall we were very comfortable and communication with Maite was very smooth

We had a great stay at Luis’ place. The villa is exactly as pictured and feels very luxurious inside. Luis was very responsive and even gave us lots of local recommendations for restaurants, supermarkets and activities. The location is perfect and you can walk easily to many beautiful beaches. We would definitely choose this villa to stay in again of we came back to the area.

We love our stay at Rebeca's place. The apartment is very, large, very clean and had everything we needed. The top urbanization and the very quiet area, you park easy and free, two minutes walk from the Mercadona and next to the beach. Rebeca was attentive and gave us my local recommendations. Wonderful apartment, right in front of the beach, close to many restaurants and wineries. Very clean and fully equipped. The Host will always be available to help. On top of that, and without us knowing in advance, the Feria de la Manzanilla was taking place, right next to the apartment. Wonderful

We were very pleasantly impressed by the apartment. Unbeatable location - it has two entrances. One straight to the beach and one to one of the main streets (full of restaurants and terraces for a drink). The decoration of the apartment is very careful and has a perfectly equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher and washing machine), air conditioning, WiFi, FireTV, domotized shutters, and a balcony with direct views of the beach (facing the bay of Cádiz). On the other hand, the hosts are very nice and punctual. In short, I would definitely do it again.

We had a few wonderful days by the sea and thanks to the pre-season it was very pleasant. The communication and reception with Nono was first class and the amenities of the accommodation offer more than you need! It should be noted that the house is very noisy if you want to sleep in, you should bring a few earplugs with you :)

Spectacular place! Very welcoming environment. Found a great restaurant 3 mins walk, "Jumbo". Must try...we ate there nights in a row! The little town is quaint and full of great places to shop and eat. Spending a month in the general region and this town is by far the most beautiful and enjoyable! Cheers to Jose

We stayed 1 week, the apartment was very nice, modern and with all the comforts. Very comfortable beds... The gem is the rooftop terrace including deck chairs, table with chairs.

Jesus was a fantastic host & his home was perfect for our stay. He made us feel very welcome, he was kind, attentive & very responsive when we had a quick question. We felt very much at home. The property was within walking distance of a neighborhood grocery store, the promenade, the beach, the ferry &, a little further down, numerous restaurants. I could not have asked for more !
