Chalet holiday rentals in Rota

We had a fantastic family vacation. The accommodation is very cozy and very tastefully decorated, above all I loved all the wooden craftsmanship. Victoria is a great hostess very attentive and kind. We felt right at home, it is a quiet place and 10 minutes from La Barrosa beach, one of the best in Spain.

Quiet area with everything at hand. The description of the house is what we found. A beautiful experience that I recommend without any hesitation.

The chalet has a large and well-kept garden. And the area is a paradise, especially when it's not high season. Pilar is very friendly and attentive. We will love to repeat.

We were in the area for a wedding and found this place to make a short holiday of our visit. I am very glad we did! Before our visit, Francessca was proactive with communication. When we arrived, we were welcomed by Francessca and Fabio to the chalet. Cold beers and some basics were waiting for us, which was very welcome. The actual chalet is perfect. It is bigger than we thought. Good wifi and TV. The air con was very effective and kept the whole chalet at a good temperature. We had some very hot days, so this was very welcome. The pool was used a lot by us - to cool down and have a swim. It is very well maintained and spotless. It was also bigger than we thought - maybe 10 metres. Please get to Barossa beach to see the sunset. We had lots of recommendations from Francessca for eating locally. We had a wonderful week here. A great place but especially due to Francessca and Fabio - so helpful and kind.

It has been a pleasure to stay at Diego's house, he has been super attentive and has given us flexibility in the schedules, both in and out. The house is very clean, with a patio with lawn, in addition to having parking at the same door. A quiet neighborhood, close to a Mercadona supermarket and about 10/15 minutes walk from downtown and also, from the beach. We take a pet and we really enjoy the stay. I repeat for sure!!!

This is a wonderful house to stay in as a family. We loved the pool and outdoor spaces. It’s easy to walk to the beach too (less than 10 mins). Note that you have to bring everything with you (kitchen basics). The house is also conveniently located for shops and restaurants. Patricia is very responsive and helpful.

Everything is phenomenal! The house is wonderful, we have enjoyed it very much and we have been looking forward to more! Begoña and her husband were lovely, they welcomed us very well, explained everything and they were very flexible. We hope to be able to repeat next year!

We were 13 people, a week, in this accommodation; Sara is available at all times and indicated the surroundings to visit. The dining room is spacious for all of us as well as the living room and kitchen. The bedrooms are small and the toilet tb, as shown in the photos, but we were really only in them to rest, and since there is air conditioning, it sleeps well. There is ample garden area very manicured, with a swimming pool and being able to eat there. The area is very quiet, it parks inside, and as the only inconvenience is that there is something to take a car to go shopping and go to the beach, as it is a residential area, but in our case we visit several places so we didn't mind.

The house is comfortable, clean, and cozy, the terrace and pool area are very nice and spacious. Jaime is an excellent host. He communicated with us at all times and made sure everyone was comfortable. I recommend Jaime's house 100 %.

Everything was perfect. The house had all the comforts and was clean. The very nice pool and the barbecue area clean and with all the facilities The only drawback is that there were a lot of mosquitoes on the lawn because of the humidity but the whole house had mosquito nets on the windows so inside the house there was no. Antonio is very kind, we will definitely repeat. Thank you very much.

Our stay was just perfect. We were a group of 8 people and we really enjoyed the house: the garden and the pool are impeccable and are ideal for relaxing or sharing as a group. The barbecue area was a great plus; we spent several nights cooking and chatting outdoors. Ana was a lovely host, very kind and attentive from the start. The house had absolutely everything we needed to feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to disconnect and enjoy a beautiful environment. As a family group of 12, we had plenty of indoor and outdoor space for sleeping, eating and spending time together. We especially enjoyed having a pool at the house. The location fit well with our plans for sightseeing and spending time together. Juan Luis was an exceptionally gracious host, who offered ideas of things to see and do. He was especially helpful in finding a wheelchair for one of our group was injured during our trip. He was very responsive to our needs. If we ever make a trip to that part of Spain again, it would be a pleasure to stay at this house again.

A really great house for a lovely weekend with friends or family! All the necessary things inside, and a great location to be a bit further from the neighbours! Comfy beds ( sofa beds a bit less but that's usually always the case!) , great bathrooms, we didn't lack anything !

We had a wonderful time in Roche. It was very relaxing. The house had everything we needed and was perfect for us with two small children.

This house was perfect for our combined families! It was beautifully furnished and very clean! Best part, it was right on the beach! We especially loved the outdoor seating area overlooking the ocean! Miguel and Pedro were great to work with and were very responsive!

A great family few days, the house with all comforts and perfect for 9 people we were the cerquita beach and the best the pool area...chulisima The only sticky spot in the area was a lot of mosquitoes those days and we came full of bites.

Perfect accommodation for a family, to enjoy the coast and the beach (100m away), very peaceful area and free parking in front of the house (mid-April, before the Easter w-e). 2.5 km from the city center, a few restaurants nearby. Lots of garden furniture/terrace, nice foosball, but hammock and umbrella not available. Well-equipped kitchen/laundry room.

Isabel's house is just as it appears in the photos, the garden is a very nice space to eat outdoors. The house is located in a quiet area of meadows and houses, ideal for getting around other towns of Cádiz. The kitchen has all the basics. Communication with the owner was very good.

A superbly appointed and comfortable place. Outside to rear felt private and was not overlooked, sunny throughout the day, and the pool was well maintained and of a good size and temperature. To front also comfortable and sufficiently private, and great for morning breakfast and coffee in the sun. Although parking would have been easy on the street, the covered and secure driveway was a very welcome addition. Inside, comfortable beds and more than enough linen and extra pillows. All kitchen utensils anyone would need. Bathrooms very clean and spacious, with shampoos etc provided. Comfortable, spacious and attractively furnished living and dining room. A great find!

Gabriel's house is really right by the sea and beach. On the terrace you can enjoy fantastic sunsets and watch the passing ships. You can take long beach walks from the garden. Seville, Jerez, Cádiz and many beautiful white villages are less than one hour drive away. We had a great time as a family of five. The house offers relaxed space for everyone.

We were very comfortable during the stay. Juan has been an exceptional host. The house is very well located just a few meters from the beach in an urbanization with all the amenities and with the possibilities to visit due to its proximity to populations such as Chipiona, Sanlúcar, Puerto de Santa María or Cádiz. A highly recommended stay.
