An unbeatable location if you want to explore the city. House located in El Barrio de la Viña, next to La Caleta beach in the heart of the city. It is close to the main tourist sites such as Torre Tavira, Cathedral, Central Market, Plaza de las Flores, City Hall and has all the amenities within walking distance, restaurants, supermarkets, bus stops and taxis. In our neighborhood you can enjoy Andalusian cuisine in top-notch restaurants, or try our local wines, cheeses and salted fish in the typical taverns and clubs of our city. Public parking and medical centers are just a few meters away. The house is located in a newly built two-story block. It is a two-bedroom apartment, bathroom, living room and separate kitchen. It has all the amenities at your disposal, bed linens, towels, and a kitchen stocked with all the necessary utensils. The reception will be done personally by the host of the house and we will try to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
