Tanja and Darko welcomed us in a loving way. Smiling and always available, they gave us all the useful information to explore the area and pampered us by offering us products from their territory and an excellent snack prepared by Tanja. The accommodation is extremely well-kept and very clean, with air conditioning, mosquito nets, parking and a small fenced garden perfect for traveling with your dog. Located in a quiet and convenient area, just a few minutes' walk from the sea. A convenience store, bakery and restaurant are also within walking distance. Highly recommended! We can't wait to come back!!

There was a small misunderstanding regarding the number of guests we had, otherwise everything was great. The place was clean, spacious, the kitchen had everything you need. Outside area was also great. Would stay there again :)

We spent 5 nights with our two children in this beautiful house. Everything is very high quality, tastefully furnished. Right next to the house there is a bar where locals meet outside in the evening. The downstairs bedroom opens directly to the street - so you feel right in the middle of the action. From here we were able to make wonderful excursions in all directions.

This was our second time staying at La Finka, and just like the first time, everything was absolutely perfect. The villa is very clean, well-equipped, and has everything you could possibly need. Ivan is an amazing host – he responds immediately and truly cares about making sure you feel comfortable and welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back and can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

The apartment is fantastic. Everything was super clean, the location perfect. It is nice and quiet, but you are also quickly in the action. Right next door is the Bimmelbahn station, which goes into the city. We were very in love with the accommodation and would come back anytime.

Absolute charming home. Lorena thought of everything and even gave us a welcoming gift. Location was great although the gps in our car rental had trouble locating it. We would definitely recommend this home for anyone wanting to explore Istria as it is centrally located and walkable to town.

Zenija was a really great host. She responds to messages super quickly and takes great care. Villa Paolo we were in was super nice and has enough space for 8 people. The equipment of the individual rooms was good and thoughtful. Only the kitchen was a little lean, but even there Zenija provided us with more utensils, great service on a Sunday.

We had a great vacation in Klaus' fantastically beautiful accommodation. The facility is super well maintained and Klaus was always available. In the event of a defective water drain in the bathroom, Klaus reacted super quickly and sent a craftsman who was very friendly and could repair everything directly. Our spontaneous guests were even allowed to spend a night with their camper in the parking lot for free - THANK YOU for that. We'd love to come back and recommend the place!

our family had a wonderful stay at Villa Caltha. It is a beautiful property with a great outdoor space overlooking the countryside. everything exceeded our expectations! the town of Sveti Lovrec is a hidden gem, with a great pizzeria and several caffe bars. easy access to Rovinj, Motovun and more. highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay! Filip was always available and very helpful, which made our stay very comfortable. The space was comfortable and well appointed. Particularly impressive was the stunning view from the pool – a real highlight! The older gentleman, Filip's father, was just as incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt completely comfortable and were able to fully enjoy our stay. Filip even left us a little longer in the apartment on the day of departure and showed us all the apartments. A really great place – we'd love to come back!

Great villa with amazing views. In small hamlet with other villas. Very close rustic restauant, with other great restaurant a short drive away. Close to cycle route, but hilly.

We had a wonderful stay in Meri's accommodation. She and her husband Vedran are great hosts and try very hard to ensure that you don't miss anything. You quickly feel at home and the exchange is very private, as if you have known each other for a long time. The villa is small but very nice, the completely fenced garden and the large pool were ideal for us and our dog. everything is clean and tidy. We can really recommend the accommodation. We had a lovely stay at Matt and Anna’s “kucica” home! Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful and everything was even better than the description. What really stood out for us was the dinner - such an incredible experience and we will cherish the memories for a lifetime. We can’t wait to come back!

Even if it was just a one-night stop, we were extremely satisfied with Zoran and his family. Everything was very clean, great to reach and Zoran is very accommodating. Here you can also stand for much more than just one night. Recommended is the Redtaurant "Konoba Daniela" - definitely try the Beef Tatar. You will be very excited.

Check in very flexible. Top service! Highly recommended. Host very nice and hospitable. The apartment was very clean and there was a pleasant quiet atmosphere. Shopping facilities were very good and the beach was also very easy to reach.

Lovely spacious apartment. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom. The large balcony with Hollywood swing and dining table is super. There were 3 covered parking spaces for our cars (We stayed there with 6 people and 3 cars). The host is friendly, helpful, quick to respond to messages, and also helps on site if there is a need. We got a G Maps list of recommendations for restaurants and beaches. Very helpful and nice. Only the induction stove takes some getting used to and unfortunately did not manage to bake the fries in the oven at the same time and to stock the meat in the pan on top of the stove top of the stove top. Unfortunately, Irena couldn't do anything here either and we had to wait until the device has cooled down again. A baking dish in the inventory would actually still be great 😉 Otherwise, good starting point for activities and excursions, supermarkets are even within walking distance, so you can get fresh rolls quickly in the morning.

Definitely worth recommending at this price! The host is very friendly and helpful. He greeted us with cold water and juice and said goodbye with a beautiful gift. Quiet neighborhood. Even though close to the main street, there was no noise in the house. Very close to beaches (pebble and sandy) and walk to the center. It's worth it! We had a really nice stay in Poreč, and a big part of that was thanks to our accommodation. We were pleased to find a comfortable, well-maintained, and nicely decorated apartment, with a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely garden. Anyone booking should know that having a car makes it more convenient to explore the best beaches nearby. Otherwise, the location is great, close to grocery stores, bakeries, and shopping centers, making it a comfortable base for a holiday in Poreč.
