The house is very nice. Everything you need is there. Very clean and even nicer than in the pictures. The garden and the pool were fantastic. We felt very comfortable.

We had a really nice time at Old Mulberry House! The house was very clean and tidy and the pool was perfect in warm weather. The location was great for our stay. Slightly quieter and secluded, but all places and shopping were quick to reach. Tomi was very friendly, always responded quickly to our questions and recommended us some nice restaurants and places. We would book the house again at any time and highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful week in this fantastic Airbnb! The house is rustic and charming on the outside, but ultra-modern on the inside - a perfect combination of coziness and comfort. We really lacked nothing: everything was sparkling clean, well-equipped and designed with great attention to detail. The pool was a real highlight – very well maintained and ideal for relaxing. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet, ideal for unwinding. We would especially like to highlight the host Mario, who was incredibly friendly, helpful and always quickly available. You feel immediately welcome and well looked after. We can fully recommend this place and will be happy to come back!

We were on site from 10/7-10/14 with 3 generation. The contact with the landlady was very friendly, flexible and straightforward. The house is a dream! Peaceful but still centrally located. A lovely view of the vineyards and in the distance the sea. The garden is super well maintained and beautifully illuminated. The pool was well-equipped. A wonderfully fragrant herb bed on the terrace. Several storage facilities, also covered, for the cars. Electric outside gates. The decor exactly matched the photos. We liked it very much. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Everything was very clean, modern and well maintained. The house left nothing to be desired.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Istria! The house is incredibly spacious, perfect for our group, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The highlight was definitely the private pool and large outdoor area, plenty of room to lounge, dine, and enjoy the sunshine. The location is peaceful and offers a true taste of Istria, while still being within a short drive to charming towns, beaches, and local restaurants. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for our arrival. Highly recommend this place for families or groups looking for space, privacy, and a touch of luxury in beautiful Croatia. We’d love to come back!

A fantastic stay! What a luxury! Mikela is always there for you! Lovely swimming pool too, still a little cold but with a little practice it gets easier and easier😉. (early May) Lovely quiet area where you can really unwind and lots of comfort of the house and all spaces! In addition, all nice outings can be reached within half an hour - 3/4 hours. Certainly for repetition!

We felt very comfortable here. The pool and house were clean. The furnishings were appealing. The kitchen was very well equipped, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery were very sufficiently available. All the electronic devices described were there and worked. Didn't miss anything, that's rare. As the last house in the cul-de-sac, it was actually quite quiet, but it sounds a little back from the neighbors and the construction site. Probably unavoidable in September. We would come back as the communication with Tomislav was also very good.

Villa Faloniga is simply sensationally beautiful and you just notice that the house is only 2 years old and no costs have been spared in the well thought out construction. The workmanship and amenities are simply top notch, not to mention the quiet location and views over the vineyards 😍 The hosts are also available 24/7 and are happy to help at any time. A stay with a baby is also not a problem. We would like to provide us with a baby cot, as well as a high chair by the host. We can only recommend the villa and are considering coming back for the next few years.

Our vacation was just beautiful. Already upon arrival, it took our breath away, because the villa is fantastically located with a magnificent view over the Adriatic. Just relax! The pictures didn't promise too much, it was all as described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and from each room you have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The house is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. From the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea! Thank you for this great family vacation. We will never forget it!

Probably our favorite accommodation ever! We stayed as a family of four, which included a toddler. The home was perfectly set up for our family and we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space. The host was very responsive and very friendly. Immaculately clean and tidy.

Great villas private felt safe and a short ride to everything a+++

Six of us spent 11 nights in this villa. It was a very nice stay. Beds were very comfortable and everything very clean. The kitchen equipment was first-class, nothing was missing, there was also a coffee machine and a whole pack of beans for it. We also enjoyed the outdoor kitchen very much and used it a lot. The only drawback here was the knives, which could have been a little sharper. Danijel was extremely friendly and helpful, on request he brought us additional towels and took care of everything very exemplarily. The drive to the villa is a bit adventurous, over a very tiny road, but you are away from all the hustle and bustle and have a breathtaking view of the sea and the island of Cres. We can definitely recommend the place.

We had an incredible stay at this house in Flengi! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Great location, fantastic view and lovely pool & facilities

We had a wonderful week in a lovely villa. Swimming pool, very green and very peaceful. Each room with double bed and bathroom with shower, we definitely recommend it to acquaintances and friends. Very close to the sea, shops and just 15 minutes from a beautiful Novigrad.

we wanted to sincerely thank Luka for her availability and for the beautiful apartment she made available to us. Equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Great structure as well as the finishes and the beautiful pool that dominates the inner courtyard part. The area for grilling and eating outdoors was also very much appreciated by all guests. We had a great holiday at Villa Constantin. It's a really lovely villa that completely lived up to the photos. Lovely rooms, bathrooms, and good materials. Great outdoor areas. The owners were very nice to respond to inquiries. And their point of contact in Croatia, who welcomed us was very service minded and welcoming. The dishwasher broke, it was changed as soon as they could. Really good service. Definitely our recommendations from here.
