Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Rosemary Beach

We LOVE the Bungalow. Could not recommend it more to couples visiting 30A. We really enjoyed the outdoor space - morning, afternoon, and night. The inside was clean, comfortable, and had everything you need. Felicia is a great host!

Our stay was much better than expected. Everything was perfect and ready when we got there. The back yard and pool were amazing. Great for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The outdoor shower was perfect for cleaning up. The beds were very comfortable also. We definitely plan on making this place our yearly stay. Wendy was an awesome host!

We had an amazing time here on our family vacation! The house was exactly as described. Location was perfect, a quick walk to the pool or beach! Everything was extremely clean and beautiful. The patio was an excellent space for a bbq and we definitely used it every night for family dinner. The hosts are very kind and checked in to make sure we were having a great time! Would come back!

Beaches and Dreams was absolutely perfect! Super clean, cozy, and in such a great location close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The host was so friendly and easy to communicate with, which made everything stress-free. I’d happily stay here again!

This was my first trip with AirBnB and I have to admit I was more than a little apprehensive about how the process would play out. I opted to try contracting with Igor and Madison's home based on location and appearance. They were very quick to reach out, show interest in my background and determine my reason for interest in their property. Upon passing their tenant screening (they legitimately want visitors who will care for their home, not trash it), they frequently touched base over the four month period leading up to our visit. They provided valuable tips about the area (from local eateries, emergency medical care (utilized within the first 18 hrs in PCB) and public beach access (within very easy walking distance). Messages we sent regarding questions about the visit were responded to, WITHOUT fail, within 10 to 20 minutes. Our experience with Igor and Madison was Top-Notch. Immaculate home, clear house rules/expectations and desire for our experience to be great. A 6 out of 5!

Had a great stay! This studio condo has everything you could need, it has beach chairs on the patio, kitchen supplies, and even a cute bookshelf for beach reads. This was my second time at this building but first time staying on the ground level, and I appreciated walking right out to the pool (no elevator needed). While this building is older and kinda dated and worn, the location is amazing! That’s why I chose it again this summer. It’s literally right between all the cute shops & restaurants of Rosemary Beach & Alys Beach. Again, Joseph has a cute little studio — I will note that the queen bed was very comfortable and it had some sort of trundle bed underneath. So this could work for traveling with a young kid. Enjoy!

We had a great time. Kids loved the pool and proximity to the beach is awesome. Wendy was very friendly and responsive. The house is completely stocked with everything you could possibly need. We loved that we could bring our fur-babies!

Wow! Cannot say enough about this place! If you have children that enjoy the pictures amenities, look no further!! This place is truly amazing and very clean! I’ve stayed in lots of nice airbnbs but this one will be hard to beat. The pool and back yard area is incredible, the rooftop is incredible, and the bedrooms are all spectacular! Oh and the game room is so fun as well! Just the perfect get a way. As far as location, Inlet Beach shops and restaurants are about 10 minutes away and PC is about 15-20 so it’s almost like you have your own (non-busy) kind of area. Overall an amazing stay and the host are quick responders which is always a plus! I will FOR SURE be back with my family.

Super cute, clean, easy, safe & comfortable —all the things. This is an apartment complex in a very high traffic area with a floor above so be prepared to hear footsteps and outside ambient noise.

Had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and in an unbeatable location—just a short walk to the beach. Having a Dollar General right next door was super clutch for grabbing snacks, drinks, or anything we forgot to pack. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay! This is our second time staying in this building. The view was great. Everything was exactly as listed. Easy walk to the beach. Pool was nice. Great perks staying at sandestin resort. The wagon with chairs, umbrellas was very nice and handy to have provided with the stay. It made it so easy to take things down to the beach. Would definitely stay again! There was also kids sand toys available so if you have kids they have toys provided for the beach with the chairs and umbrella.

Really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful apartment in the heart of the beautiful Rosemary and Alys beach area. Walking distance to shops.

My wife and I loved staying here for our beach vacation. The place was clean, had everything we needed, and was very close to the beach. Marcie was very easy to communicate with and we loved our stay. Was also very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

I fully recommend Louis's place - close to great beaches, restaurants and other activities. Louis is really responsive to inquiries. The apartment is very comfortable and was great for a couple/ 2 people. I will try to get this place when I return again to Panama City/ Destin. Thanks Louis!

Nina’s place was very clean and check-in was easy. Nina provided clear instructions regarding parking and check-in along with checkout instructions. We loved the view from the balcony and having a king bed in both bedrooms was nice. Elevators were a bit hit or miss, only 2 working elevators out of 3 when we got there and one day they were down to 1 working elevator. Overall a great stay!

Jackie’s place was perfect! The location couldn’t have been more convenient, in walking distance both to the pavilion at The Villages/Seacrest and Rosemary Beach. The unit itself was clean, comfortable and beautifully furnished and had everything we needed, including beach chairs which was a great surprise because we thought we’d have to go without since we didn’t rent any on the beach. The beach tram was a great service, with the stop right outside of the unit making beach access so quick and convenient. Jackie also messaged a thorough and thoughtful list of local recommendations, which was a wonderful touch! We would definitely stay here again.

I couldn't have stayed at a better Airbnb than this!! Location was perfect, walkable to almost anything food, grocer and retail. The space was extremely clean as well. My boys loved the bunk beds. The views is absolutely breathtaking. I didn't want to leave

This place was amazing!! Fred and Rene always respond within minutes. The view was amazing. I took my wife here for her birthday and she loved every minute of this place. Sunset was amazing and the view was everything. 10/10 I would recommend this place and would come back again.

We loved the place with our two kids! Easy to get to, parking was great, and the beach was beautiful!

Where do I start? Location, Mike’s communication, or the actual Airbnb? Mike’s place couldn’t have been in a better location. Steps from the beach with a beautiful ocean view. It was easy for my husband and I along with our three small children to easily walk to the beach/run to the room if we forgot something. Our beach chairs were there each day waiting for us. Next, Mike was excellent at letting us know how to access his place along with the best places to dine while we were there. Finally, the condo was finished beautifully right down to the Brunschwig & Fils Les Touches throw pillows 😍 Everything you would need is there. We plan to stay again!

Booked Alwz place at the last minute for a Father's Day getaway for my man, and I miat say it was just great!! When we walked in we were welcomed with a clean, beautiful, and great smelling condo. Cleanliness and smell matters to me! Also, the view of the ocean was breathtaking! You are on the beach and to hear and see the waves crashing while sitting on the patio was so serene. Alex was very engaging informing us on everything up until the day we left, very responsive and so nice. No issues, just a relaxing getaway. I will definitely be back!

This was a great place to stay. It was near a lot of fun activities but still private as well. We enjoyed the chair service everyday and thought this beach area was the most beautiful (we,ve stayed all over this Florida coast). We will definitely come back!
