Beautiful modern open plan, air conditioned unit, with free wifi, Netflix , 2 large TV's, a luxurious king bed, a large shower, heat lamps, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, a washer and dryer and a fully equiped kitchen, with stone top benches, dishwasher, induction cook top, convection oven/micro, air fryer, coffee machine and everything you would need to whip up an amazing meal. There is a deck with a bbq and a small private yard. The Unit is not suitale for schoolies.

Mark's house is spacious and clean, with a reasonable price. The environment is peaceful and located near the beach. Mark was very helpful and responded promptly. A week before our arrival, we were already provided with the self check-in code. Everything about Mark’s house was great. If we have the chance, we would love to come again.

great little getaway guest house make sure you follow instructions given perfectly for parking and locating the front door, the instructions are very clear on where to park and how to access the apartment, there is no netflix but DVDs where provided, so bring some DVDs or alternatively the TV offers phone casting which is what I used and absolutely loved just select the input button to use phone casting directly to the TV, the spa is absolutely enormous and heats up in a great time again just follow instructions on the wall the heat it up few hour prior to use, roof above spa is open and if you look directly up you can see the southern cross stars directly above the spa, candles where provided which made the night time in the spa beautiful and as the guest house is part of a main house they are very generous with the hours allowed to use the spa "9am-11pm" bed is very very comfortable extra towels provided electric fry pan and range hood I really can't fault anything here 5 stars

Simon was communicative. His place was very good. He added some great touches in a handwritten card of welcome AND a bottle of wine. For me it was the thought that was really appreciated. The appartment is very close to the beach, has secure, off-street undercover parking, is clean, spacious and well equipped, including having a balcony, albeit with seats but no table! His place is recommended for a weekend away as it was for us, AND for a longer stay. I would certainly consider it again. Thank you Simon and all the best!
