Monthly Rentals in Romery

Great location in Hautvillers. A very quiet and pretty village. We used chatGPT to suggest a 1.30-2hr walk around the vineyards which was great. Lots of small champagne makers - make sure to book a tour. Everyone was friendly. Parking is available but would recommend for a small car, very easy to drop off outside though so no problem, we parked in the village car park 1 min walk away.

The accommodation offered by Sandrine and Didier is pleasant for a short stay. We were warmly welcomed. Small but pleasantly furnished. The parking is close and well located but be careful because we do not have a reserved space (we sometimes had to go around several times to park or not have parking at all). Close to Epernay and Reims, we took advantage of our stay to visit some of the great Champagne houses.

We had a lovely—if brief—stay here. The location is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful, with a stunning private garden where we cooked and ate dinner, soaking up the last rays of sunshine. Just across the road, we wandered into the small cemetery and were moved to find so many Commonwealth war graves from WWI—sobering and poignant. The bed felt a little firm at first, but it turned out to be incredibly comfortable—we both had a wonderful night’s sleep. A charming, restful stop in a truly special place. Thank you!

We had the most fabulous stay at le chalet, a beautifully crafted house that just keeps on giving, form the view to the hot tub, you simply couldn’t ask for a better spot to stop and relax for a few days. Delphine was fantastic! Hospitable to the maximum and available to help with any request we had. I could go back again and again and I certainly will be doing that. Quite simply put, a showstopper not to be missed! Thank you Delphine for the most wonderful stay.
