Holiday rentals with a sauna in Rome

This being our first experience with an airbnb definitely set the standard high. Communication with our host was always very timely and helpful. They set up airport transportation for me as well as other transportation needs while in Rome. Karina was our greeter and was extremely helpful in getting us set up in the apartment. Additionally, she sent me a list of her favorite rooftops and restaurants in the area, some of which we tried and had great experiences at. Again again communication was excellent. As for the apartment itself, everything was very clean. there were extra towels and blankets. we felt very at home and comfortable. We felt safe. It was quiet but very accessible to all the sites. The farthest walk we had was a thirty minute walk which wasn't bad at all. Additionally , within a block of the apartment is a small grocery store, pharmacy and most importantly, a gelateria! excellent experience, will definitely recommend!

Alessia et son mari sont des hôtes parfaits! Réactifs, agréables, à l’écoute et faisant tout pour garantir le bien-être des locataires. L’appartement est très sympa, très propre et fonctionnel. Différentes attentions pour bien nous recevoir L’extérieur est un réel plus avec la terrasse, son sauna, son jacuzzi et son espace de détente sans vis à vis. Un séjour au top, avec des hôtes exceptionnels! Merci à vous, c’était vraiment un beau séjour!

A great, clean and well equipped double apartment, only steps away from the Vatican, with a good sized balcony which we enjoyed in the evenings to escape from the crowds of Rome. It’s a quieter area than the centre of Rome, but still has plenty of restaurants aroud to enjoy. A 5 mins walk to the Ottaviano Metro, though we preferred the lovely 20min walk over the Tiber into the other main attractions of Rome.

Lorenzo was extremely helpful and a great host. The location is great, with lots of restaurants nearby and easy access to taxis and walking distance to many historical sites. The apartment was large by European standards and was perfect for our family of five, with three children of varying ages. Transport from the airport was a great benefit and made our arrival smooth and easy. All combined it was worth the rate.

This was the perfect location to enjoy and explore Rome! The apartment was beautiful and clean, and we had 5 people stay comfortably. Lia was very kind and responsive, and I would highly recommend!

The property was very spacious and located very close to key sites in Rome. Marta was an excellent host and accommodated our late check in request. The beds were good and we had plenty of pillows and linens. Although we didn’t use the sauna as it was hot outside, it was nice that it was there as an option. The small deck was charming. There was a washing machine that was nice to have. Overall it was a very nice place to stay and I’d highly recommend it.

Ottimo alloggio, siamo stati per 3 giorni in totale relax, la zona è molto comoda per raggiungere il centro con la metro, disponibilità di parcheggio in strada ma noi abbiamo preso un parcheggio a pochi passi dal appartamento consigliato dal host. Sicuramente se torniamo a Roma torneremo qui.

Simone is an excellent host, always reachable and helpful with suggestions for restaurants and neighborhood amenities. It is hard to believe that he has only been a host for less than a year — he puts some more experienced hosts to shame! The apartment is clean and well appointed. It is located just a few minutes from Vatican City yet is not as busy as most of Rome felt when we were there in the second week of June. For our family of five, there was plenty of room to rest and recharge after a long day of sightseeing. We even cooked a couple of nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. This Airbnb was the fourth and last one we stayed in during our trip to Italy and was by far the best. We would strongly recommend anyone who is keen to visit Rome to consider staying here, especially if you are a family with kids and need the space. Grazie Mille Simone!

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Simonetta’s place was very much what I expected ❤️🇮🇹She was welcoming and had a book of things to do and places to eat nearby. We booked & paid for 4 nights but only ended up staying for 3 nights due to flight delays upon arrival so we were hoping for a late check out which she granted even tho you can tell that’s not what she wanted to do so we appreciated that. Also she has everything in kitchen besides silverware for leftover food.The best part of our stay was the hot tub in the bedroom but the unfortunate part is you have to be extremely quiet after 11pm even if it’s the weekend. No using the bath after 11pm due to noise complaint and no loud noises at all. After a long Saturday of exploring Rome we were hopping to take full advantage of the tub when we got back at night but due to noise we couldn’t . I would recommend booking this place very nice location and safe neighborhood but if you’re young and wanted to enjoy late nights in Italy back home this is probably not the best option

The host Andrea was super helpful and responsive. There were clear check-in and check-out instructions. The aircoditioners were well-functioning. Safe neighbourhood. The hot tub and sauna room were great and cozy while being a little small.

Roy é stato molto gentile cia ha accolti con una bottiglia, pur essendo di roma siamo voluti venire in air bnb io e la mia ragazza e ci siamo trovati benissimo, la casa é molto più bella delle foto, veramente spaziosa con un bellissimo terrazzo con vista, l’idromassaggio molto rilassante anche il bagno turco nella doccia

We stayed for one night and had a great experience. Our host, Marlon, was super responsive and friendly, which made check-in easy and stress-free. The space was clean and comfortable, perfect for our quick stay. One of the highlights was that Marlon arranged airport transportation for us the following day—such a thoughtful touch that made our travel so much smoother. Highly recommend!

casa bellissima e completamente ristrutturata, posizione perfetta, nessun rumore durante la notte poiché si trova in una stradina molto tranquilla. Assolutamente consigliata!

Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihre wirklich schöne Lage, die es uns ermöglichte, die Umgebung entspannt zu erkunden und die italienische Lebensart zu genießen, auch die Verbindung per Zug nach Rom Termini (Hbf) war unkompliziert. Stefano und Giulia, unsere Gastgeber, haben maßgeblich zu unserem positiven Eindruck beigetragen. Sie waren jederzeit aufmerksam und engagiert, uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen und sicherzustellen, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Momo's place provided us a great location to see and enjoy the sites of Rome. Very close to the Spanish Steps and walking distance to many other historical locations. The apartment met all of our needs and Momo was very responsive to our communications. There is an additional local tax that was required when we checked in. The description of the property is very accurate. We would stay here again. Thank you, Momo.

È stato un soggiorno breve ma meraviglioso , consigliamo assolutamente questo alloggio per chi vuole sfuggire alla vita da città . Un alloggio immerso nel verde e nella tranquillità più assoluta . Gestito da una ragazza meravigliosa che si prende cura di tutto , ci siamo trovati bene dal primo istante . Sicuramente torneremo a trovarvi , è stato un piacere.

My family and I loved nearly everything about this villa. The entire property was beautiful and very well kept. Anna was very communicative throughout our stay which was very much appreciated. It would have been helpful to have a clearer picture of the transportation situation, with having to schedule rides due to things like the grocery store being out of walking distance. We also would’ve loved to have more detailed information about the town so we could schedule time to explore. Overall we very much enjoyed the amenities and we would certainly stay again!
