Beach house holiday rentals in Rome

Giulia and Ivan’s place was great ! Very clean and had all the amenities- for two adults and a child it was perfect! It was 2 blocks from the beach and well located to restaurants. The city center was a short drive with more options. Giulia’s local recommendations were amazing and we had a fabulous meal and gelato of course ! All in all a great stop over on our journey down to Amalfi.

Andrea gave us very clear and accurate directions to the apartment. We only stayed one night as we had a flight the next morning and the apartment was perfect for what we needed. A supermarket was just around the corner and restaurants in easy walking distance. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and modern. I can definitely recommend it for anyone needing somewhere to stay before their morning flight. The airport is nearby making it stress free for returning hire cars.

Our family had a wonderful stay here and really appreciated the host's flexibility and responsiveness. The location is amazing; a 30 second walk gets you to the lake, 2 minutes gets you to the local restaurants and shops. The house was spacious and comfortable and at an amazing value. I hope we can visit again!

This place was amazing and the pictures did not do it justice. I was actually blown away when I got there at how beautiful it was. I also want to shout out the host who did an amazing job of making sure we knew everything we needed for check in and even helped us with local recommendations. The host was so sweet and we felt so supported. I can not recommend this Airbnb enough literally the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Please stay you will not regret it.

Beautiful place, location far away from bus whereabouts, we felt right at home

This is a lovely apartment on the ground floor that is located in a quiet yet convenient area. It's perfect for a stay before/after a flight (it's a quick drive to the airport, and Manuel can help you with transportation). It is not too far from Rome, but it is more peaceful (even though it's near the airport, you will get a good night's sleep!). It's convenient with a supermarket literally a minute away as well as pharmacies, cafes, restaurants, etc. very close by. The apartment itself is comfortable and nice; Manuel has provided all the amenities (as well as some food/snacks and drinks!) you could need for your stay. The private garden is lovely for breakfast (go to Bar Rustichelli for amazing pastries), and if you need some space to work, there's a desk in the bedroom as well. At the beginning, we had a small problem with the internet, but Manuel was quick to help us out so we were able to have fast, reliable wifi after! A fantastic choice if you want to stay near the airport!

Flavio was absolutely amazing not only was his apartment clean and very well described, the proximity of the location to the airport made an early flight seem less. Additionally, the communication from Flavio was amazing ensuring an amazing experience for his guests. Finally, Flavio offered to drive us to the airport for nearly ~50% lower than any other taxi company. Great stay!

Couldn’t of asked for a better place to spend my last night in Italy. Luigi went above and beyond to ensure arrival and check in was smooth, place was spotless and beds very comfortable. Shower was steaming hot with great water pressure. Great value for money. Pictures reflect actual place which was wonderful.

Exactly as listed. Great responsive host. Even had a local driver to assist us to get back to the airport. (We arrived late after a long flight from Australia and stayed 1 night before our flight to Malta so did not get to see the neighbourhood but was lovely to wake up and see the sea.) Thankyou so much for the use of your home.

The location and size of the house are very good. The property is safe because the front gate is locked.

Rosalia and her mom picked me up from the airport. I speak English, but Rosalia naf her mom were super helpful host and tried to communicate everything to me. The loft was better than the photos. I fell in love with it. It was clean and stocked with snacks! I would love to stay there again.

I stayed 4 days at Veronica’s place and it felt just like home. It’s 10min away from the Fiumicino airport by bus and the bus station is very close-by. There are great seafood restaurants nearby the place, at a walkable distance. I also thought the place was clean and had a nice layout. I highly recommend it if you want to stay close to the airport!

Great location! Plenty of restaurants close, easy walk to the beach and overlooks the river. Roof top patio is fantastic. Owner was very response and provided detailed information. Even sent a video to make sure we did not have any questions at check in. Would definitely recommend.

Very clean and equipped place

Fabiana’s home is a little treasure. So much care and attention to creating a little beach getaway. Comfortable bedding, all the wonderful amenities and a fabulous, responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop living space to watch the sunset or simply to relax. Walkable to the beach and a great restaurant. Close to airport which made it easy to make our connection along with Fabiana’s shuttle recommendation. Fabiana was always prompt and so helpful in responding to our needs or questions. A wonderful host! Highly recommend.

RALF’S apartment is a modern, very clean and thoughtfully appointed apartment in a residential community within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. We stayed at RALF’S because of its proximity to the airport on our last night in Italy. I was provided the phone number of a private driver who knew in advance that I’d be calling with details. The arrangements with the private driver to the airport went exactly as we arranged. Very reasonably priced, on time and such a safe driver. I was pleased with this choice and would definitely stay there again. Thank you!
