The place was as described. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was broken during our stay. Lorenzo was so fair to let us know in advance. He had put a fan in the apartment for this. Not optimal, but still fine. During the stay, he was always available, always helped quickly and often inquired if everything was okay! It is also positive to mention that we were able to get into the apartment a few hours earlier than planned! The neighbor, who handed over the apartment to us, was extremely friendly and also signaled the greatest helpfulness to us! Supermarket within walking distance, bus stop 2 minutes walk. One station to the metro. Perfect for getting into town inexpensively! All around a great stay and recommended!

Great stay. The house was in perfect condition, very clean and tidy. Silvia was very kind, she responded quickly to all our questions. Check-in and check-out are very easy and extremely flexible in terms of times. The only negative note concerns the air conditioning system, which is slightly more difficult to adjust than we expected.

Gianluca was exceptional. I forgot my keys inside, he was so kind and quick to help us get access back in. Gianluca went beyond all expectations I had, definitely will be coming back to his place and I will recommend him with all of my friends. Also, if you are interested in practicing speaking Italian, Gianluca is the best person to do so, he was very patient and helpful teaching me new vocabulary!!! My best wishes from Mexico!!! 🇲🇽🇮🇹

Margherita is the best host I've had in a long time. We arrived by bus and it's just off the stop, there are lots of small restaurants and places to grab food and the grocery store is just downstairs with better prices than most places. Very big inside, very clean and comfortable.
