Being close to the project, stay flexible in time and locally or just enjoy the holiday. We offer a beautiful duplex apartment. Minimum stay is 2 nights up to a maximum of 1 year. The apartment is fully equipped incl. Kitchen, WiFi, washing machine, etc. We are located about 5 minutes by car from the A9, between Ingolstadt and Munich and a 5-minute walk from the train station. The train ride to Munich main station takes 30 minutes. You can't hear the train from us.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Apartment with garden

Forget your worries – very quietly located apartment for 2 people. Own entrance, own terrace and garden use. In 3 minutes, the free city bus to the city center and train station can be reached. Get out into nature. In just a 6-minute walk you are in the nearest forest for long walks and mountain bike tours. By train 35 minutes to Munich or Ingolstadt. By car, it is about 45 minutes. Munich Airport is also 40 minutes away by car.

In the heart of the Hallertau

Friendly one room apartment, in a quiet area. The apartment can be used by up to 4 people. The place is perfectly located to do day trips by bike or car. It´s easy and fast to get to bigger cities by car. You although can just enjoy the area in the middle of the Hallertau, in between the hop gardens. The apartment is located on a nice agricultural farm with a Bavarian restaurant. Breakfast can be served with an additional fee.

Dear travelers, my place can accommodate up to 7 to 8 people. The apartment offered has on its first floor a kitchen with all dishes, a small bathroom with shower, a seating area with TV, beds and a small dining area. There are more beds on the upper floor. Outside there is a terrace with a small garden and fence suitable for dogs. The entire property is located on a property with a small farm.

Spacious central apartment with its own terrace and garden use. Bus stop right outside the front door to the train station and the city center. Walk to town about 5-10 min. To the train station 15-20 min. Parking on the street in front of the house. Washing machine, dishwasher, barbecue, sandbox and baby bed available.
