Apartment holiday rentals in Rogoznica

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful appartement. The nearest beach is just down the main stairs at the end of the road, within two minutes by foot. This is also where the waterfront is located with plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, boat rentals and other fun outdoor activities. Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet and offers privacy. The views from the main balcony are stunning. The apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated. Tea and her parents, who live in the same building, were very helpful and communication was great. Would definitely recommend!

We were sad to leave. We loved all of it, Lidijas Mum was very welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable stay. Communication was very responsive with some great recommendations for local exploring. The apartment is very clean, a great layout with a great view from the sunny balcony. We would love to go again.

We travel all around the world and Ivana's place is definitely one of our favorites. She went out of her way to make us feel at home right from the beginning and her incredible positive energy really made us love the place. The location is very good and the place is close to the beach and everything you need. The view was amazing and we would definitely stay here again. Ivana was very responsive with any questions that we had and gave us many recommendations for things to do in the area. We had a minor issue with an appliance that Ivana and her husband came to take care of right away which we really appreciated. If this place is available we highly recommend that you book right away and the hosts will take care of the rest!

Coming from the States, it is so nice to find a place where you can walk everywhere! we loved this spot as dinner, drinks, the Riva, the marina, beaches, coffee and activities were all walkable. The highlights of the spot for us were D16 coffee, Articok restaurant, Diocletian Palace, and having a supermarket in walking distance too. I cooked an awesome meal on our first night and the kitchen was fully stocked. We had everything we needed. Swimming at the beaches to the west and Forest Park Marjan were also great activities if you run or are up for longer walks. Beautiful place!

Absolutely the best place we've stayed so far! The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed. The location was incredible, right by the sea. We can't wait to come back!

Lidija's place offered us everything that we were looking for in our 2-weeks-summer-vacation. The house is only 20 meters away from a typical Croatian stone slab "beach" with ladders leading into the water. The beach is quiet and is mainly used by the local neighbours. Lidija provides parasols and sun loungers. The center of Rogoznica is about a 20-minute walk away (nice path along the water). There are restaurants, public beaches, supermarkets and the marina. The pool is great. Our son spent many afternoons and evenings in it. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need. The air conditioning units in the bedrooms work very well. There is a small balcony off the kitchen and a large balcony with lounge furniture off the master bedroom. You have a sea view from both. Lidija was so friendly and helpful! A great host! We highly recommend this place to people who search for tranquility, but also enjoy being only a walk away from the amenities of a small vibrant village.

The apartment was fantastic and clean, exactly as shown in the pictures. We were already thrilled when we first entered, the view from the balcony a dream!!! Ana or Frane are very friendly and helpful. Franes dad, is the good soul of the house and an asset for the guests. We will definitely be back.

We have been to Rogoznica twice before and so we knew the location of the apartment above the bakery. Everything about the apartment was perfect, the only downside was the 3 floors (72 steps) to climb. But we got used to this after a while, although it might put some people off The views from the balcony were spectacular, with a G & T at sundown. We (Irish couple early 50s) stayed here for 8 nights in early September 2024 and we LOVED it! The view from the balcony of course is the star of the show but the apartment itself is fantastic! It’s modern and clean and very comfortable. A couple of evenings were chilly and the apartment was warm and cosy, and there were fleece throws provided so we could still sit on the balcony. The apartment is probably the best equipped of any Airbnb we have stayed in, all the basics provided like oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee pods, kitchen roll, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, cleaning equipment, very generous. There was also a bottle of wine & water in the fridge the night we arrived which was really appreciated. The kitchen is also well equipped with everything you need to cook a dinner, which we did a couple of evenings. We had a great stay at Marija’s place. It was such a beautiful location with a fantastic beach and perfect view. Marija was very responsive, kind and helpful. The flat was comfortable furnished with the basic necessities. It was a wonderful holiday home.

Our family of 6 people have had a wonderful time at the house and we will miss waking up to a fantastic view. We had sun and about 25 degrees all week even though it's November. We sat both inside and out and enjoyed the nice pool, the mountains and the sea. We missed nothing and it felt luxurious to stay in the house. Everything was nice, fresh and very well planned. Nathalie recommended us to rent a car which we are grateful for as it allowed us to easily get to different cities and drive up into the mountains and look at pomegranate trees and olive groves. Nathalie has always been available to us if we wondered about anything. We give 5/5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Mala. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed for a few days in Split. An easy walk to the historic centre, a sandy beach nearby and lots of restaurants to try! We also enjoyed day trips to Hvar island and Trogir. Thanks for the wine and for hosting us 😊

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment, spacious balcony area perfect for a family outdoor dinner and relaxing in the hot tub. Easy walk into the old town - about 15 minutes. Marina provided clear check in instructions and recommendations on restaurants which we tried out and enjoyed! If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay and unwind after a busy day exploring then you should definitely stay here.

Highly recommend this apartment. Jolanda was quick to get back to us and no problem checking in at 10pm. Apartment was well equipped with 2 comfortable bedrooms and a kitchen with everything including some welcome treats. The hot tub was amazing and very welcome after busy days out. A 10min walk to the old town and bus station with a supermarket around the corner. The shower runs on a tank so as long as no one spends too long there is enough hot water for 4 people. Jolanda also really kindly looked after our bags on our last day as our flight was late. Would definitely stay here again

It's also only a 5-minute walk to the boat that runs regularly between Okrug and the charming town of Trogir. Inside, the apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and there's a Smart TV with good Wi-Fi coverage, so you can stream your own apps without any issues. The pool area is simply stunning—clean, relaxing, and a real highlight of our stay. If you're looking for top-quality accommodation with outstanding hosts and a central location in Okrug Gornji, we can warmly recommend this place. Amazing hosts. Father met us on the street and showed us in. Views are amazing. This is the top floor and feels like a penthouse. Hot tub was a nice touch!

We had such a wonderful stay at Zvonimir’s place in Podstrana! The home was beautiful, clean, and had an absolutely stunning view, the kind you don’t forget. Zvonimir and his family were exceptional hosts: kind, welcoming, and genuinely thoughtful. One of the highlights was receiving some delicious homemade treats that made us feel right at home. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we’d absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

Location, location, location. Large, quiet, clean apartment steps from everything. Fourth floor walk up, but the manager (Duje) is terrific and even helps carry up some of your luggage.
