Apartment holiday rentals in Rogoznica

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful appartement. The nearest beach is just down the main stairs at the end of the road, within two minutes by foot. This is also where the waterfront is located with plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, boat rentals and other fun outdoor activities. Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet and offers privacy. The views from the main balcony are stunning. The apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated. Tea and her parents, who live in the same building, were very helpful and communication was great. Would definitely recommend!

We were sad to leave. We loved all of it, Lidijas Mum was very welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable stay. Communication was very responsive with some great recommendations for local exploring. The apartment is very clean, a great layout with a great view from the sunny balcony. We would love to go again.

We travel all around the world and Ivana's place is definitely one of our favorites. She went out of her way to make us feel at home right from the beginning and her incredible positive energy really made us love the place. The location is very good and the place is close to the beach and everything you need. The view was amazing and we would definitely stay here again. Ivana was very responsive with any questions that we had and gave us many recommendations for things to do in the area. We had a minor issue with an appliance that Ivana and her husband came to take care of right away which we really appreciated. If this place is available we highly recommend that you book right away and the hosts will take care of the rest!

Coming from the States, it is so nice to find a place where you can walk everywhere! we loved this spot as dinner, drinks, the Riva, the marina, beaches, coffee and activities were all walkable. The highlights of the spot for us were D16 coffee, Articok restaurant, Diocletian Palace, and having a supermarket in walking distance too. I cooked an awesome meal on our first night and the kitchen was fully stocked. We had everything we needed. Swimming at the beaches to the west and Forest Park Marjan were also great activities if you run or are up for longer walks. Beautiful place!

Very good place to stay. Great view, parking, all the kitchen stuff You need, very clean. TV is in the living room and main sleeping room which is a nice addon for nights. Air conditioners work very good Location is exactly ~1h20m between zadar and split which allows You to quickly get to both Highly recommend

Josip und seine Frau sind unglaublich nette Gastgeber. Sie sind rücksichtsvoll und bemüht, lieben den Kontakt zu den Gästen und haben immer ein lächeln im Gesicht. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. ☺️ Das Frühstück ist super lecker mit frischen Pfannkuchen, leckeren Eiergerichten und Porridge. Josip ist sehr aufmerksam und kümmert sich mit viel Hingabe um seine Gäste. Die ganze Familie ist sehr kinderlieb, die Anlage ist super schön und die Lage ist ein Traum. Lediglich die Promenade liegt zwischen dem Meer und der Unterkunft. 🔝 Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und freuen uns schon sehr darauf. 🤩

Ivana & Robert have a wonderful place right on the water! Such welcoming and friendly hosts, their positive vibes are infectious. The apartment is one of many in the building and is family oriented with lots of happy children running around. We were delighted that there was a SUP for our personal use! Just a heads-up for future guests: there was some impact noise from the apartment above and the balcony is not very private being split between three apartments by aluminium slats though it doesn't really matter because of the incredible unobstructed view 🤩

We had a wonderful stay at Branimir's vacation rental! It was clean and spotless and well decorated. The location was perfect near the hustle and bustles but felt quiet and private with the shutters locked up for the night. Excellent communication and he was nice enough to let us leave our bags in the room for a few extra hours. The only real negative is that even with the instructions and photos it still was very difficult to find. Adding a couple extra photos (like from the main plaza) or a hand drawn map or short video link would have saved us 15 minutes and asking for directions several times. It was well worth the journey though! Highly recommend

We have been to Rogoznica twice before and so we knew the location of the apartment above the bakery. Everything about the apartment was perfect, the only downside was the 3 floors (72 steps) to climb. But we got used to this after a while, although it might put some people off The views from the balcony were spectacular, with a G & T at sundown. We (Irish couple early 50s) stayed here for 8 nights in early September 2024 and we LOVED it! The view from the balcony of course is the star of the show but the apartment itself is fantastic! It’s modern and clean and very comfortable. A couple of evenings were chilly and the apartment was warm and cosy, and there were fleece throws provided so we could still sit on the balcony. The apartment is probably the best equipped of any Airbnb we have stayed in, all the basics provided like oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee pods, kitchen roll, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, cleaning equipment, very generous. There was also a bottle of wine & water in the fridge the night we arrived which was really appreciated. The kitchen is also well equipped with everything you need to cook a dinner, which we did a couple of evenings. Lidija's place offered us everything that we were looking for in our 2-weeks-summer-vacation. The house is only 20 meters away from a typical Croatian stone slab "beach" with ladders leading into the water. The beach is quiet and is mainly used by the local neighbours. Lidija provides parasols and sun loungers. The center of Rogoznica is about a 20-minute walk away (nice path along the water). There are restaurants, public beaches, supermarkets and the marina. The pool is great. Our son spent many afternoons and evenings in it. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need. The air conditioning units in the bedrooms work very well. There is a small balcony off the kitchen and a large balcony with lounge furniture off the master bedroom. You have a sea view from both. Lidija was so friendly and helpful! A great host! We highly recommend this place to people who search for tranquility, but also enjoy being only a walk away from the amenities of a small vibrant village.

Cudowny pobyt, za krótki, Marija cudowna, uśmiechnięta bardzo otwarta i pomocna. Baliśmy się braku klimatyzacji ale niepotrzebnie . Miejsce spokojne , urocze kilka minut do przepięknego miasteczka. Byliśmy z dwójką dzieci ( 12i16 lat) troszkę ciasno 😉ale daliśmy radę . Bardzo dobry czas w uroczym , przyjaznym miejscu. ♥️♥️♥️♥️

Stedet til Dom er noe for seg selv, kun noen meter fra vannet ! Dom var vennlig, svarte alltid raskt og var på stede i løpet av minutter da sluket ble tett. Følt meg veldig velkommen i hjemmet til Dom. Vurderer du å bo her er det bare å slå til! God ferie 🔥

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment, spacious balcony area perfect for a family outdoor dinner and relaxing in the hot tub. Easy walk into the old town - about 15 minutes. Marina provided clear check in instructions and recommendations on restaurants which we tried out and enjoyed! If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay and unwind after a busy day exploring then you should definitely stay here.

The view is breathtaking. What you see is exactly what you get. The place is clean and nice also they were both very responsive with any questions I had. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this apartment. Jolanda was quick to get back to us and no problem checking in at 10pm. Apartment was well equipped with 2 comfortable bedrooms and a kitchen with everything including some welcome treats. The hot tub was amazing and very welcome after busy days out. A 10min walk to the old town and bus station with a supermarket around the corner. The shower runs on a tank so as long as no one spends too long there is enough hot water for 4 people. Jolanda also really kindly looked after our bags on our last day as our flight was late. Would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful time at Marinas apartment in Okrug Gornji! She was great at communicating with us and making sure we had everything we needed😊 The apartment was the right size for the three of us on a girls trip. The pool was amazing, clean and a great place to spend the day! There are many beaches nearby and restaurants!🏖️🍽️🍹

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir waren zu zweit und hatten ausreichend Platz. Das Apartment wäre auch gut für vier Personen geeignet. Die Sofabezüge wirken etwas altmodisch, doch die sensationelle Aussicht auf das Meer und die grosse Terrasse mit Whirlpool, lässt einen das sofort vergessen. Die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Transport vom Airport zur Unterkunft war perfekt organisiert. Vielen Dank für alles

We had such a wonderful stay at Zvonimir’s place in Podstrana! The home was beautiful, clean, and had an absolutely stunning view, the kind you don’t forget. Zvonimir and his family were exceptional hosts: kind, welcoming, and genuinely thoughtful. One of the highlights was receiving some delicious homemade treats that made us feel right at home. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we’d absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

Location, location, location. Large, quiet, clean apartment steps from everything. Fourth floor walk up, but the manager (Duje) is terrific and even helps carry up some of your luggage.
