Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Rogers

Spotless, safe and quiet area, brand new housing area would definitely come back!

Perfect place for our weekend of softball. Great family space, cute bbq area we didnt get to use due to weather. The remodel was done very well. Bathrooms are super clean and spacious for what we needed. Would def come back if our travel allows. Walking distance to local shops and market.

It was a really good experience, we stayed the weekend and it was so nice. The place smelled really good everything was clean and we enjoyed and loved the time spent there. The host was always really responsive when there was questions and it was just wonderful. Thank you.

This is our 4th time staying here. Melissa is an amazing host! We always stay at her house because we can always expect a very clean and comfortable stay. Honestly, she always goes above and beyond! At this point, when we stay there, it feels like our vacation home. I could never run out of good things to say!

The house was amazing! Jacob is a 5 star host and one thing that I also really appreciated was affordability using Uber to and from campus due to location. Highly recommend and would stay there again for sure!

Martha's place is a gem! It looks and feels brand new. Everything in the home is extremely well taken care of and excellent quality -- appliances, linens, kitchen equipment, etc. The home is thoughtfully-stocked with all the necessities. The decor is very tasteful. And the bathrooms and kitchen are squeaky clean. The home is well-situated in Bentonville. It is close to the town square, children's museum and art museum, and yummy restaurants and food trucks. Although it is near to a main road through town, inside the hime is quiet and peaceful. Martha is a terrific host. She even washed little girl clothes we inadvertently left behind, and helped arrange for us to retrieve them. Highly recommended!

Kurt was extremely communicative! He was accommodating to our schedule & very helpful and quickly responded to messages! Clean & quiet little place!

We stayed for our 12th anniversary and the house was perfect. The house is located on one of the trails in the area. We did not use that trail but saw a few people and a couple of people on bikes. The sunroom was our favorite place in the house! The house does have a slant to the driveway, but not bad. Table-A-Pain is a great breakfast place just a few minutes away. Bella's Table is another good place to try. There is a trail about 5 minutes from the house that can take you past a waterfall, and a suspension bridge. Mildred B. Cooper Memorial Chapel is unbelievable, which also has a walking trail around the property. Be sure to check out Downtown Bentonville as there is a trail from Compton Gardens to Crystal Bridges. Just outside that trailhead is Wright's BBQ, and both my wife and I thought it was the best we ever had. And finally, since you are in Walmart Home Office country, the Walmart Museum is impressive!

What an amazing stay! We stayed at just the right time to enjoy the beautiful fall colors, sitting on the deck. We even had a couple of deer come close to the deck! The apartment is beautifully finished and extremely clean! Great amenities available. The views are beautiful. The host was super! They reached out to ensure we had everything we needed and very clear instructions on getting in and amenities available.

awesome property that had enough room for so many. the place was elegant and laid out perfectly with all the games you need to do inside and the walk path down to the lake to fish or swim. we will rent this property again for another trip to the lake for sure.

The place was very clean. It was within walking distance to lots of great restaurants and amenities and most importantly for us, we were able to walk to the AMP from the apartment.

With great experience for their stay in wonderful communication through Todd. The check-in was easy and we knew what to expect well before coming in for Business. The location is amazing, right off the highway and close to tons of restaurants and entertainment like Topgolf and the amp music venue. Will be back!

Stellar accommodations! Everything is bright, new, clean, and fresh. The location is perfect - close to all the action, surrounded by beautiful trees, private deck/hot tub, gorgeous modern interior designed meticulously. The host made us feel like friends. She is so sincerely kind and caring. They are excellent communicators and were so helpful with any questions I had about the area. There are so many special touches that I can’t list them all - crisp/ironed duvet, snacks and drinks, privacy for the hot tub, beautiful artwork throughout, comfortable furnishings. We had a truly relaxing stay and ended up spending more time “in” than “out”. This, or any of their properties, will always be our first choice when staying in Eureka Springs.

Rachel’s place was a Godsend! I used to live in the area and was coming in to get my hair done and my plans changed at the last minute and I needed a place to stay. Rachel was flexible enough to accommodate me for just one night stay which I appreciated so much. The area where this beautiful Airbnb is incredibly peaceful and serene there are cows across the street in the pasture, and there are chickens visiting around the porch. I could’ve sat on the porch for the entire weekend and just read. It is also only about 20 minutes from Fayetteville, which has so much to do and great restaurants. The Airbnb was spotless and the bathroom shower was gorgeous.

This home is beautifully decorated and well stocked beyond anything we have had in the past. It is warm and inviting and very comfortable. The hosts are close by, responsive and even came over one time to answer a question on the fireplace. The paddleboat was a huge hit with our college age grandkids and having the downstairs to themselves was nice. This is a home that we will book in the future. Our group of nine give high marks on every aspect of staying there!

Michael was extremely responsive and helpful to whatever we needed! The yurt was insanely cool and fun to relax in and the house was very nice.

Everything was as described. We loved that it was an easy walk to the downtown area. It was very relaxing and a great stay.
