Lake Fayetteville and hiking and biking trails 3 miles. 1 mile from Arkansas Children’s Hospital and Arvest Ball park 3 miles to Washington Regional Hospital and Tyson’s World Headquarters. The bedroom (1 queen bed) sleeps 2 people, the twin bed in the living room sleeps 1, and there’s a couch for a 4th person if needed. You’ll have a private, fully loaded kitchen, basic cookware, private laundry, private bathroom, private office and WiFi. Sorry, we cannot allow pets.
