Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Rogers

This was an incredible place to stay. We appreciate the little details, like John offering to get us something from Sam's as he was headed out to the luggage racks in the bedrooms.

Great place! Met all of our needs for our family of four adults… we each had a bed to ourselves and plenty of seating in the living area and kitchen spaces! Great decor, clean and well-appointed. Loved the Llama House! We will be back. Very close to the golf course tournaments in the Rogers area. Mit was a great host!

This was my first Airbnb experience! It was top notch! Book it now! Christy, the host, was beyond amazing. The location to the square was fantastic. The cottage was simply adorable. I can’t say enough about Bentonville and “The Friendly Inn”. Do the “Big on Bentonville Golf Cart Tour” if you aren’t familiar with the town. We had the best time! ❤️

This is our 4th time staying here. Melissa is an amazing host! We always stay at her house because we can always expect a very clean and comfortable stay. Honestly, she always goes above and beyond! At this point, when we stay there, it feels like our vacation home. I could never run out of good things to say!

Cute little place. Clean. Comfy beds. The loft bed is best suited for a smaller person but the deck off the back was a nice space for morning coffee. Deer hanging out in the front yard. Saturday night included some lake vibe music loud enough to sing to from the hot tub- but everything was quiet after 11:00pm. The backyard is huge and lovely. We had a great time.

We loved our stay at the Hobbit House! It was such a unique experience and so relaxing. The location was really great too - it had a quite country feel while being just 10 minutes from a cute downtown area and restaurants. We would definitely come back! My only note is that the cleaning fee seemed high to me, especially with all the requests for check-out (guests wash dishes, take out trash, etc.). However, it is a very large house. Overall, we loved it and would surely recommend it to anyone!

Martha's place is a gem! It looks and feels brand new. Everything in the home is extremely well taken care of and excellent quality -- appliances, linens, kitchen equipment, etc. The home is thoughtfully-stocked with all the necessities. The decor is very tasteful. And the bathrooms and kitchen are squeaky clean. The home is well-situated in Bentonville. It is close to the town square, children's museum and art museum, and yummy restaurants and food trucks. Although it is near to a main road through town, inside the hime is quiet and peaceful. Martha is a terrific host. She even washed little girl clothes we inadvertently left behind, and helped arrange for us to retrieve them. Highly recommended!

We love staying at this wonderful place! It’s always clean and comfortable. We love sitting on the outside patio and listening to the birds. They have the sweetest cat that comes to visit on the patio occasionally. This time we saw 2 rabbits, a turtle and 2 deer in the backyard. Stayed here many times and will again!

We enjoyed our stay. From the “lakeside view” description we thought we would be able to see the water, but instead it was a pretty view of green trees behind their house. Other than that everything was great. The hot tub was a nice perk.

Overall a beautiful little victorian home. It’s a good ole fashion guest house and it’s beautifully appointed. I wasn’t aware we would be sharing the upstairs with 2 other guests who had their own private rooms as well… Quite hours were from 10pm-8am so we didn’t really get to enjoy our room much as we didn’t want to disturb the other guests. WTS, the suite was so clean, comfortable and had the best decor. Our hosts were graciously accommodating with all my questions from booking to checkout! If you want a quiet place to relax and escape for some solitude this is the place for you! We will be back next time we need to decompress from sensory overload! The location is also just perfect as most of the gorgeous attractions like parks, restaurants and entertainment are within walking distance! If you love artsy historic architecture and a slow quiet pace while at the airbnb you’ll be in hog heaven!

I went to the office, found that it was empty. After waiting 5 minutes, I rechecked my confirmation. Surprised to realize that I'd been sent a room number, key combo for the room door, and the wifi password. The only staff I saw in 48 hours was housekeeping. The office had fresh coffee, a refrigerator, and some local tourist information. The room was more than adequate. The television channel selection was better than most comparable facilities. Talked with several other people at the facility. They were friendly and one had stayed there multiple times. The fire pit is outside, adjacent to the pool. It is not a gathering spot.

Great location, clean and comfortable. We added several days to original reservation and Beverly was more than accommodating. Close to trails, restaurants, and grocery stores. Highly recommended.

Kathryn and Connie’s place was exactly what I needed — peaceful, spotless, and thoughtfully prepared from top to bottom. I’ve traveled all over the world, and this was truly one of the best all-around stays I’ve ever had. They went above and beyond — from snacks and drinks to Epsom salt for a much-needed bath after long moving days. Everything was clean, quiet, and relaxing, which meant the world to me during a stressful transition. If you’re lucky enough to book this place — do it. It’s more than just a stay — it’s a recharge. Thank you both again. You made a tough week feel a whole lot better.

Great airbnb! Hosts we're great. Love the amenities in the club house and pool. The area is amazing, Rogers, super close to Bentonville.. Would highly recommend it.

Mike was super kind to our family. We were displaced after a fire and he was more than willing to allow us there and to be able to accommodate my family and our furry friends.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this Bella Vista home! The house was the perfect size for our group and in a great location for our golf getaway. One of our favorite parts was relaxing on the screened-in patio, especially while listening to the rain — it was so peaceful. We also grilled steaks on the patio one evening, which made it feel even more like home. The hosts were easy to communicate with and made the entire process seamless. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic, peaceful and private property that is exactly as beautiful as it is in the photos. Loved the chickens, great unique touch. Not only was the property exactly what we were looking for, it was immaculately clean and the host was proactive and incredibly helpful while never interrupting your vacation. Highly recommended and would love to book again.

This was our second time staying here! Perfect location for a couples getaway. We love the private area and the hot tub is great. It’s a wonderful spot hosted by some great folks.

Kayla’s place was exactly as described! The reviews are accurate. Well maintained. Perfect for our active family of 4! The kitchen is well stocked. The garage was a perfect hang out! Will be back!

The cabin has a "at home" feeling about it. All of the basic necessities were provided. It is close to stores but feels like you are in the country. The cookies she made upon our arrival were phenomenal! Judy and Ken are friendly and welcoming. This was the best air b&b that we have stayed at! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Linda’s cabin! We felt very welcomed and at home from the moment we arrived. Linda is excellent with communication and made herself available for all questions we had. Check in was a breeze, and the cabin was in pristine condition and very clean. There are thoughtful touches everywhere and it is evident that Linda is passionate about hosting guests. She is very kind! The surrounding woods were beautiful and we loved walking our dogs in the neighborhood/ through the woods. It was a perfect home base for us to explore the region and we recommend her place to anyone! It’s an easy drive into town and to restaurants (and she has great recommendations as well!). If you love the outdoors and want access to lots of things to do, this is your place! Thank you Linda!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was everything we hoped it would be and more. We’ve been home a few days now and can’t stop thinking about the amazing private setting, relaxing in the hot tub, the crystal clear projector, and the unique rustic design and decor. It was truly an amazing place to stay! Our hosts were responsive and kind, and the property was well maintained. We will definitely be back!
