Apartment holiday rentals in Rogers

Loved the pictures and step by step instructions at check-in and check-out. The added welcome amenities were a nice touch. It is was quiet on during the weekday and little more noisy on the weekend. The noise cancelling machine was a great addition. The key fobs to get to the apartment always made me feel safe.

Absolutely loved this place. Close to everything and very clean. Very quiet at night and comfortable beds. The condo is on a dead end street, which makes little to no traffic. The only slight negative thing I could possibly say, would be the train that runs close by. It didn’t bother me after I got use to the sound. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

We enjoyed the location and the convenience to campus. The home is decorated nicely and was very clean. The beds are super comfortable with memory foam mattresses and nice linens. The only category I didn’t give was the price. But all rentals are over priced in Fayetteville especially for graduation weekends. I would stay here again!

Great place to stay! Very easy to walk to campus, Dickson St., or the Razorback Greenway. Beautiful decor, nice amenities, and very spacious! Would absolutely stay here again!

Tamara was responsive and kind. There was a lovely basket of goodies waiting for us as well as a personal note. The condo was exactly as listed and worked perfect for our group. Everything was clean and comfortable. Walkable to sporting events at the University of Arkansas. We walked to the football stadium for the game and would be excellent accommodations for anyone attending other sporting events! Thank you!!!

Steps away from downtown it was perfect for our vacation! Lots of great places to eat! The parking was right outside the door. The downstairs had both bathrooms and both main bedrooms, with the upstairs having the kitchen and the living room area with the two twin beds. The only thing that was a pain was that the thermostat had to be changed upstairs and in all the bedrooms to work (at least that’s what we found). Overall a great location!

I work in Fayetteville 1-2 weeks out of the month. I look for places that are in town and walkable and this one did not disappoint. It was peaceful in the evening with nice shops and restaurants within a 5min walk. Well appointed, private and right in the center of Fayetteville. I will visit again.

This bnb was PERFECT for my husband and I, after our wedding. We spent two nights there and both nights were fantastic. The cutest lil room with snacks and anything you might need such as a first aid kit, personal care products and the whole place was incredibly clean. My husband and I both agreed we would be coming back to stay in one of Chris and Nicole’s listings! Also, bonus points for how friendly the hosts are, made us feel like we were speaking to a friend anytime we spoke to them!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was so clean and neat. We especially loved all of the artwork and it was beautifully decorated. Garrett was so helpful and very friendly. He was very responsive and quick to get in touch with us. We highly recommend the Artist Loft.

We stayed short notice, booking late night before our stay the following day. Michael answered questions quickly to allow us to be able to make a decision. We brought our dog, the main floor entry and patio makes it pet friendly. Supplies & amenities were included. Neighbors were quiet. Location is super easy to access, right up the street from BV Country Club & Tanyard Creek.

Condo is so nice. Very well maintained. Great decor and everything you need. Great location. Easy access to everything. Right in the middle of all the action. Walking distance to campus. Parking is right in front of the door. I would rent again for sure.

Was way better than expected! Pictures really don’t do it justice.. not far from main streets in Eureka Springs. Very close to the lake. Very friendly neighbors all around. Brand new large back deck. That was a great additional outdoor space. Would definitely rebook this space in the future

The B Side of Bike in, Bike out was excellent for my family's visit to Bentonville for a music festival at The Momentary. My wife and I, our adult daughter, and our two dogs found it a perfect fit. Everything is in excellent condition and nicely appointed, giving the appearance of new or newly decorated. The beds and furniture were comfortable, the showers were good, and the TV and WiFi worked great. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some, with all of the appliances and furnishings a notch or two above what I expect in a rental home. Access to the garage was a nice extra. We would love to come back next time we are in Bentonville.

Condo was lovely. Lots of local parks, bike trails. Easy drive to Bentonville and areas. Enjoyed morning coffee watching many different birds on the bird feeders off balcony and pretty view of golf course. So pretty in the mornings with frost all over. Very happy with condo and Michael very great host and helpful, would visit again anytime

Very clean and cute condo! Exactly what we needed for our stay during regional baseball play. Loved that we were able to check in way early after our 9 hour drive. That was so appreciative. We enjoyed our stay very much!!

Nice little place just 1.5 miles from the UofArk campus and all that Fayetteville offers. Perfect for a campus visit, a game, or just visiting Fay if you want to save a little bit, you don’t need opulence, and you’re ok not being in the center of it all.

A great place to stay. Staff were so nice. The condo was very very clean and comfy. Worth every penny.
