I loved the place. It looks just like the pictures, it was clean and she also had games like connect 4 and Jenga which made my stay fun. The place was easy to find, had free parking and the door was easy to open.

Maria was a great host, super helpful and sweet. Our family really enjoyed staying here!

Nancy was a great host. Noticed a few issues from previous renters but Nancy put them right straight away. Very friendly, Very welcoming and an amazing host. Nancy made our 12 day stay feel like a second home. We were very comfortable and enjoyed every minute.

Both Patrick and his apartment are wonderful! His place is our absolute first choice while visiting Warwick. The apartment is always spotless, the bed is super comfy, and the view from the living area is spectacular. We saw a menagerie of backyard wildlife this trip, including deer, bunnies, chipmunks, woodchucks, squirrels, and a whole host of different birds. And the apartment is easily walkable to everything the village has to offer. Patrick is a really kind human and we love chatting with him. We’re big fans!

John's house was in a great neighborhood. It was in a woodsy, quiet setting. We came out to visit the Bethel complexes in Warwick, Wallkill and Patterson and John's place was in a perfect location. The house was very roomy and the living area was comfortable. We had a small issue with some items missed by the cleaners and he made it right with us. He regularly checked in to see how we're doing. He lives in the house part of the time and let us know that up front and what to expect.

The house was wonderful, very unique making it all that more enjoyable of a stay. Amit was easy to communicate with, in fact he reached out to us to make sure we were comfortable and any concerns which we had none of. Strongly recommended staying here, we will again.

This was a great home for our family trip. we ranged from 2 to 70 years old, and everyone was comfortable. The house is very nice and full of character and we loved the back yard with the pool, hot tub and sauna. It's very close to the trails too! Highly recommend!

My husband and really enjoyed our impromptu weekend getaway at the last minute. Heidi was able to accommodate us the same day and was very quick to respond and help us get setup. The location is beautiful and really special. We’ll definitely be back!

We loved our stay! Kevin and Rachel were very responsive and understanding. The house and the surrounding forest are beautiful. It was the perfect space for our cozy friend reunion. The overall location was also good. Main Street and Nyack Beach State Park were a short drive away, and we found a good grocery store nearby as well.

Joseph's place was clean, spacious and in an excellent location. My family and I were in the area to visit our extended family and compared to hotels in the area this place made much more sense and offered a much better value for the price.

Wow what an absolute gem of an apartment . Very clean and has everything you would ever need , high spec appliances and furnishings . Location for us was just right about a 25 min walk to the path rail and you were in the heart of NYC. Great supermarket nearby . Anthony was super responsive to any questions we had .The rooftop is an amazing place to escape the hustle of the city and we watched some amazing sunsets from there. There is absolutely nothing less than perfection here , if you are lucky enough to find availability book it .. I can assure you will be as amazed as we were . Hirian (Olga son) is literally the best! So accommodating and flexible . Literally even helped me out with one of my aunts that elderly. Can’t say enough of how great of a spot and host this Airbnb is . There’s so much to do and walkable, great culture and food on the street the Airbnb is on , public transportation is accessible . If you aren’t sure the host is right there available to answer any questions. It was a girls trip of 7 and we felt comfortable in the area , everyone slept great , space was clean. Two bathroom helps a lot and there was space for everyone to sleep . It is a two flight stair to climb but nothing crazy . Would definitely book here again if we come back to visit and felt that the price is affordable. Communication and hospitality is key and hirian (Olga son) definitely out shine himself . 10/10 recommend staying here for a trip to NY or NJ.

10/10 would recommend Emily's place to any and everyone! The home matched exactly how the photos looked prior to booking the AirBnb, the home was very neat and clean, there were playing cards and board games for family fun, all necessary utensils for the kitchen, the bus stop to the city was a short walk straight from the home, there was a nice shopping area that included nice restaurants a short Uber ride away, and the daily trip to NYC was easy and cost effective. Emily was so responsive the entire trip whenever help was needed. The view of the city from the Main Street not too far away from the AirBnb was amazing! To us it was the perfect calm, quiet place to sleep every evening but not too far away from the city to go out and have fun during the day! Thanks for the amazing stay Emily! We will definitely be back!

found this place last minute with a good weekend deal. place just as pictured. the parking is a must need. need great parking skills for anyone with an SUV or Van, which we did as the garage is tight. check in was seemless. bathroom was nice and bed was great. I think place needs some more pots for cooking would return.

The view of the NYC skyline was exactly as promised in the pictures. Host was super responsive. The place was within walking distance to bus and ferry to NYC.

Jay’s place is clean and spacious. It’s in a quiet neighborhood close to Hmart and many Korean restaurants. Jay is also a great host and communicated with me every step of the way. 10/10 would recommend 👍
