Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Rockland County

We stayed here with a group of 8 (4 couples) for a 2 night wedding weekend and the consensus leaving was an overall “When can we book this house again!?” It was so comfy, cool, designed beautifully and comfortably fit everyone with sleeping / bathrooms - especially getting ready for an event all at once it was perfect for us. The property is gorge ! The only thing we missed was we wish we brought a basketball with us to play on the little court. Linens and towels were abundant and clean, lots of space to hang out and while we didnt cook the kitchen was STOCKED. The hot tub didnt get any use but it was so so cool and having access to laundry is always a nice touch. Something I feel is super important too - the floors were VERY clean , it didnt feel gross to be walking around so kudos to that too. Cant wait to book this again and explore that part of the HV more!

This house was truly AMAZING! The level of thought that this host put into this home is truly outstanding. This was way more than we ever expected. Modern decor and amenities throughout, and the "backyard" is a true oasis! All the things you might need for relaxing or entertaining! The hot tub was great and provided an amazing view of the mountains. Relaxed by the fire pit for evening drinks. Each bedroom had super comfortable beds and plenty of space to feel at home. Forgot something you might need?? Don't worry this host remembered! If you are a foodie, this kitchen had it all, including a wide variety of coffee and tea options, a few snacks and drinks. We could go on and on, but just know the pictures don't even do this place justice! Also had great host communication!

We stayed at this cute spot while we took our kids to legoland. The place was as described. It was clean, had many amenities, had lots to do for the kids, and was relaxing. Rochel was very responsive when any of us had questions. She left us a very kind welcome gift and checked in each day to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was great, with a short walk to the lake which had a beautiful view. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in this area!

Convenient and easy! Would recommend

Everything we could have hoped for. Met our kids who came from NYC. They thought it was gorgeous. We all enjoyed the amenities, especially the outdoor features (kayak, paddle boards, comfy furniture on the dock, grill, hot tub, firepit). Knives were sharp, appliances top notch. Friendly neighbors. Just what a lake vacation should be.

Hosted a day retreat for leaders and the living room was the perfect setting, everyone able to face each other and sit comfortably. Kim provided extra serving items and a second table so we could sit together at lunch too. The hot tub was a highlight! The only downside were the uncontrollable caterpillars all over the deck. We had perfect weather but couldn’t sit outside on the pretty furniture which I had hoped to make part of the retreat. Everything else was great.

Ed and Chris are fantastic hosts! We have stayed a number of times over the past few years and their place always looks immaculate and is well stocked with linens, towels, supplies and plenty of kitchen items. We feel at home here! Thank you for sharing your place with us once again!

Alluvion was a great host for our 2 week stay in Tuxedo Park. The house was a good size, clean, and overall fairly comfortable. We had a really great time, and only had a few small issues during the stay. If you are sensitive to smells, you may want to look elsewhere - it is an older house, and smells like it has not been lived in. We had a hard time at first, but opening all doors and using some candles/room spray, we were able to tolerate the scent for the 2 weeks. Overall though, our visit was pleasant, the host was EXCELLENT, KIND and HELPFUL! Which is the most important part!!

We had a fantastic stay! The home was perfect for our group! There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The house has a stunning view of the lake and the kids loved the swing set in the yard. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. The house was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. The location was peaceful and picturesque — waking up to the lake view each morning was a treat. We would absolutely recommend this place to families or groups looking for a relaxing getaway in nature. Would love to come back again!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this property. The outdoor space was beautiful, and we especially enjoyed lounging by the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. The kids had a blast with the swing set and in the playroom. Just a heads-up: cell signal is limited in the area, but the WiFi worked well and kept us connected. Overall, we had a fantastic stay!

Excellent place. Very clean and comfortable

This is the perfect place to stay for a nice family trip.

Pictures do not do this place justice, comfortable beds and couch’s, clean kitchen and bathrooms, way more space than it appeared in the pictures. Hot tub was amazing on a few cold nights. We spent most of our time in the living room by the fire and making food in the kitchen. Marie’s home was more than we could have wished for, and the location was perfect, in nature but just a few mins away from town. By far the most comforting and relaxing stay we’ve had yet.

We stayed here for our golfing bachelor party weekend and loved it. We were able to include my dog in the trip and he loved running around the yard and walks along the stream out back. The place is great and is well-stocked. It rained a lot, so we didn't make use of the grill or the fire pit, but we did enjoy the hot tub! The pool table is pretty nice for a home table and is well-maintained, which was great. The hosts were super friendly and responsive. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get away. It's only about an hour (depending on traffic) out of the city, and is a nice getaway.

Lisa was very helpful and quick to respond when needed. The place is gorgeous and cozy, felt right at home. Plenty of towels, blankets, pillows to use. Amenities were perfect! Had a great time.
