Lovely place. Nice and quiet with lots of natural light. The bed and couch were super comfy and the sheets were so soft! Check-in and out were easy, the place was clean and pleasant and I will definitely stay again if I’m ever back in the area. If you take a baking class at King Arthur Flour like I did, this is a great place to stay - less than 15 min away.

The house was exactly what we needed for a short trip to Vermont with my husband, doggo, and baby. Nicki communicated clearly and she answered all of my questions. We had breakfast at the Rochester cafe almost every morning. Good food but slightly overpriced for the area. Would stay again!

i visited red rooster to check out rutland for a possible move to the state. joe, julie, and mark were all helpful from the start, easily accommodating my super-late check-in time. throughout the week i stayed, i really enjoyed chatting with them as i came and went, and feeding worms to the chickens. the space was clean, spacious, and very comfortable-- i visited during a record heat wave and the a/c kept me nice and cool. i slept very well in the bed! the bathroom was comically large and i got a good laugh wondering about why the house builders chose to put soooo much empty space in that room in particular. it is a very charming 100+ year old house, so if you like old houses you'll feel right at home. i had a great trip, and everyone's gracious hosting made me feel right at home, making it a lot easier to envision myself moving to vt. thanks, all!!!

Was in need of a place to stay in Rochester for a wedding down the road from the main part of town and I couldn't have picked a better spot for the weekend. It's a cozy little apartment that has all the simple things you need and it's walking distance to some small town jems to shop and eat at. If I ever want to come back to VT from Boston for the fall, or to escape the city life, I know what would be my first pick would be. :)

This is such a great spot. Everything in the description and photos is accurate. I could tell that Nicole really cares about making this a good experience because of the little things. E.g., there's a pizza cutter; the Britta and ice trays were full on arrival; the sheets are 100% cotton; the kitchen had a lot of spices and other cupboard items; no fewer than three ways to make coffee; and much more. It's also extremely quiet. There are some friendly long-term tenants on the ground floor whom at no point could I hear in the unit. I bumped into Nicole in the hallway one day — she's extremely nice and friendly! She showed me the 2-BR across the hall, also adorable. You will be glad you stayed here!

We loved the cozy Airbnb!! Very close to attractions and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay!

Amy’s place offered us a wonderful, relaxing stay at Monkton, with its stunning view of the mountains and peaceful surroundings. The clean, nicely furnished apartment was lovely and cozy. Amy was a great host. She was warm, welcoming, and very accommodating. Thank You Amy for the delicious apple cake chunks.

Clean, quiet and adorable place! We enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect, near plenty of local restaurants & supermarkets.

Very tranquil place, very clean shower, comfortable bed, great amenities, lots of magazines and easy to use television. Very short distance from Montpelier. Nice bird variety, lovely flowers, you can hear the river from the apartment. Bridge is cool, river bank is fun, chairs outside.

Jodie’s place was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfy stay! There were some really cute personal touches in the space that made it feel extra homey. We will definitely stay again anytime we’re in the area.

My stay at Daisy’s place started with a warm, welcome basket, full of Vermont maple syrup, goodies, and a handwritten letter! I immediately felt at home. Everything was clean and immaculate and beautiful. The outdoors space was more beautiful than I could’ve imagined. I highly recommend her place to anyone visiting Vermont! It is the quintessential private spot in the woods with the most gorgeous gardens and in the best location. A++++

Had a fantastic stay at this Middlebury apartment! It was clean and perfectly located near town and campus. The space was well-designed with great natural light. The neighborhood was peaceful, and Theresa was responsive and friendly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient place in Middlebury!

Such a charming place! Stayed here due to proximity to ski resorts in the area. The airbnb was lovely, spacious, bright and warm! Woke up to fresh snow and great conditions. Highly recommend.

Perfect Vermont farmhouse stay. All the sights, sounds, and smells of a classic rural Vermont childhood. Kind, responsive host and beautiful property.

Staying at Gail's place was a treat. I came durring the off-season which was quiet and peaceful. Most of the resort area is closed outside winter and summer but there is a small market open during the day for convieniences. It's also a short drive away from many small towns. Standouts were Stowe and Waterbury which were wonderful to visit. There are so many trails to checkout in the area. Hiking up the mountain just outside the apartment is great and has an amazing view at sunset. Camels hump and various trails in the notch were awesome. It was even close enough where I took a day trip into the White Mountains. I stayed for 27 days. Durring the week I work remotely. The internet was enough for large conference calls with video during the day and I had no issues. In the evening there is a noticible slowdown. The Wifi is shared throughout the resort. The kitchen was easy to work with. And when you open the balcony door there is a small stream that offers fantastic white noise.

Beautiful upstairs apartment in a quiet and peaceful location. It was only 5 minute drive to Church Street and it was within walking distance to Red Rocks Park which is gorgeous! The apartment had a very cute bird theme with lots of details in all the nooks and crannies. Beds and sheets were very comfortable, and we enjoyed the clean hot-tub! We appreciated all of the kitchen goodies and will definitely be coming back! Thank you for sharing your space with us 😊

Lynn's place was great! It was very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. She even left 2 face masks for my mother and me that we enjoyed! The location is beautiful and quiet.

Our second stay here was great, river was a little higher but we wanted a peaceful weekend with friends and dogs. Apartment was warm given the unseasonable cold weather and we had all the amenities we needed even dog towels for wet pups. Did not see the host during our stay but she was in contact as needed.

James’s place was very spacious and has everything you need at home. Kitchen was well equipped. The home has all kinds of entertainment like Netflix , Hulu etc. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Definitely recommended and will stay again

We had a great time at Sarla’s apartment! Despite the rainy weekend we found lots to do in town. Can’t wait to go back!

We love our stay. Kitchen was well stocked which made cooking easy. Bathrooms were spotless. Kids loved the games. TVs were huge and we enjoyed watching movies after a long day skiing. Very convenient to ski Stowe. The pool, hot tub and sauna at the community center were great!

Amazing and great hosts! Very clean. Perfect for our ski team. we loved enough bed and beautiful views. We will definitely be back. ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡
