We had the absolute best time staying here. We had two families staying together, 10 total. With more than enough space! The location was perfect. The space was clean and cozy. We had the best time and made some amazing memories with our friends. Also we slept at night on the third floor with a window opened and it was so quiet outside! Thank you for opening your home to us!

Three couples wanted a central meeting place to spend some quality time catching up with each other. It was just the perfect place! We had a nice time talking in the hot tub, around the fire on the cozy porch, and in the exquisite pool. The goats added a nice touch to this country setting. The kitchen had all the cooking supplies we needed and more. We did a good bit of eating onsite so that was appreciated. We unfortunately didn’t use the pingpong table or other games but they were there to enjoy. There were plenty of towels and the new washer and dryer were great. It’s a great location to experience the many local wineries. Bobbi and Keith were excellent hosts, friendly and gave great suggestions of things to do. Everything about our stay was wonderful. We hope to return soon!

I couldn’t have asked for a better weekend getaway! Ruth’s place in Galax was the perfect escape after a hectic end to the school year. The home was peaceful, spotless, and beautifully maintained—exactly what I needed to relax and recharge. Ruth was a thoughtful and responsive host, and everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. The quiet surroundings and small-town charm made it even more special. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat!

Our family of four needed a quiet get away, and we enjoyed the beautiful days and evenings, inside and on the deck! Hikes nearby, spa nearby, restaurants, grocery, gas also nearby. Great resort year round! Lots of activities if you want them, and lots of peaceful nature if you want. Great!

This is a very cute, clean condo with everything you need to feel comfortable. The master bed is very comfortable, which is always a huge plus for AirBnBs! Having the Wintergreen market and a couple restaurants within walking distance was great, and this is a great "base camp" for plenty of beautiful hiking, wineries, and scenery in the area.

Joes property was absolutely beautiful! The views are amazing from the cozy hot tub on the back porch. Everything was super clean and the beds were super comfortable! This airbnb would be great for a family stay or a friends getaway. It was everything we needed and more! Joe was quickly responsive when i had questions. This air bnb is stocked with EVERYTHING you may need. Beautiful spot, 10/10!

This is our family’s third stay here, so obviously we enjoy this beautiful property! The home is well stocked, spacious, family friendly, and very welcoming. As a bonus, this was our first stay during pool weather, so we were able to utilize the beautiful pool/hot tub area. Bedford is a lovely location. Quaint small town but close to lots of recreation.

Great location! While watching the sun rise over the mountains, we spotted a herd of deer grazing in a field beyond the fence line. Our dogs absolutely loved it here! It’s safe to say, The Dairy Barn is now our new favorite stop. Tasteful decor throughout. Nice kitchen ware. Neat refrigerator with soft lighting, beautiful gas stove with clear directions. If you don’t feel like cooking, we Highly recommend Pizza Perfect on Main (7 minutes down the road). Excellent pepperoni twists & homemade ranch dressing. We were so lucky to have found the perfect place to quietly elope on top this magnificent property. The surrounding landscape was stunning to say the least. Having my dog-of-honor by my side and my soon to be husband’s best-boy was the cherry on top. I could never thank the hosts enough for their kindness and communication for making this a memory for a lifetime. We came in the end of May and once the sun went down the lighting bugs came out and it was the perfect ending to our wedding day like a private/silent firework show just for us.

We were amazed the pictures looked GREAT, but being there was the Best!! Easy assessable, 1 story, the massive king size bed was awesome! Location is perfect, It was PERFECT for our two small fur babies that absolutely loved the patio fenced in area!!! Also, seeing the doe eating in the backyard behind the fence area was a delight for us! The Diner in walking distance was fabulous, clean, friendly local staff and the owner was so friendly! Breakfast and lunch was spot on! We have been and used airBNB many years now truly THIS IS ONE OF THE Best Places!!!!! Thanks for sharing this BLESSING with US!

This place was amazing! Beautiful secluded house with well stocked kitchen, lots of living spaces, great hiking trails….and the view is incredible!!! Host was responsive, friendly, and the house was filled with all the amenities you could want. Will definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We had no issues the whole time we were there. The bed was very comfortable and the space was roomy. Just what we needed! Veronica was really responsive, and we would totally come back to visit here again.

The place was excellent and very comfortable. It was very convenient to Virginia Tech where I needed to pick up my daughter. Excellent place for two especially if visiting students at Virginia Tech. Highly recommended.

This was our 2nd time staying here. We absolutely love this property. Private and secluded yet only a few minutes from downtown Roanoke. Kids love the bunk room. The outdoor space is done well and looks great at night with the lights. Looking forward to staying here again.

Beautiful home 20 minutes from Virginia Tech! The owners were great to communicate with. The house has beautiful views, very spacious and well equipped. We would definitely rent again!

A beautiful place well kept and very clean. We had a lovely stay and had everything we needed to have a nice family vacation. The view is beautiful and it was close to Roanoke which was a fun city to explore we would stay here again

Wonderful porches overlooking a park with a walking trail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and working with Christa, who was extremely responsive. We hosted a small reception in the home, and it was sheer perfection!
