Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Riviera Maya

Sophie’s place was really nice and cozy. I stayed there for a month. Sophie was extremely responsive and accommodative. The place has everything you can need for a longer-term stay and work from home, including the kitchenware and a decent WiFi. Free weekly cleaning was included in price , which was awesome! The place is located a bit further away from the touristy area, which for me personally was a good thing, although it’s still quite walkable, about 20 min (and the beach is pretty much at the same distance). There’s a huge grocery store/shopping center MEGA 7 min away, which was very convenient. I recommend Sophie’s place for someone who’s looking for something more quiet and relaxed, who likes to stay away from crazy tourist areas and prefer to live where local people live. I’d be happy to stay at Sophie’s place again next time I’m in Playa 😊

Me gusto la ubicación del lugar, hay supermercados cerca, esta cerca del Parque el Jaguar y esta cerca la Av prinicipal para recorrer y buscar sitios de interes.

An absolutely STUNNING place. We truly felt like we were in the middle of the jungle (surrounded by birds and wildlife) and yet somehow we were also steps away from the beach and several incredible restaurants. We took the ADO bus from the airport to the playa del carmen bus station, so we never had to rent a car or even take a taxi throughout our entire stay. We're already thinking of coming back in the future!

Excelente ubicación, enfrente de la plaza donde puedes comprar comida y accesorios, el hotel está súper limpio y el personal que trabaja ahí es muy amable, quedé fascinado.

La ubicación del departamento estuvo súper céntrica, para la central de ADO y la zona hotelera, había supermercados (Soriana, Walmart, Chedraui, costco) a unos 20 minutos aproximadamente caminando. En cuestión del departamento estaba limpio, y fresco a la llegada, ya que habían prendido el aire acondicionado que está en la recámara principal, este funciona muy bien al refrescar el departamento. Gaby que fue nuestra anfitriona, estuvo al pendiente de todo, contestaba súper rápido a nuestras dudas. En resumen, tuvimos una excelente estadía 10/10

This apartment is in an ideal location!! Truly a 4-5 minute stroll to reach 5th Ave and only a few more to reach the beach. Grocery stores only a 2-3 minute walk the opposite direction. The apartment building has a representative at the front desk 24 hours to offer assistance and Pablo was extremely quick to respond when ever we had a question. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for a long term stay (we were there 5 weeks).

Desde un inicio las descripciones fueron exactas, para llegar fue muy fácil y el lugar es muy bonito, limpio y muy cerca al muelle y malecón. La atención de la anfitriona fue siempre muy accesible, atenta y amable. El lugar esta muy bonito y tiene fácil acceso a transporte publico, muelle y malecón. Nos encanto!!!

This is great place with very good location and very useful amenities. Ana Paula was a great host providing local recommendations and being very responsive. Martha the housekeeper was also very friendly and willing to help from getting a cab or providing recommendations in Cozumel. I stayed with my family including one child and would stay again during my return to Cozumel.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich und schön eingerichtet – wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Kinder waren begeistert vom Pool, und auch wir konnten gut entspannen. Die Küche war top ausgestattet, und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt!

The space is everything that you would want and need for a long term stay. I stayed for a little over a month and felt like I had a home away from home. The space is very clean and spacious and the amenities are great! The staff members are so kind and attentive and the premises are always super clean. Lastly, the pool is fabulous!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was nice and quiet! There’s a wonderful coffee shop in walking distance and a quick walk to main road to catch a cab. Lovely place and decor is beautiful. Loved our stay. Sergio was very responsive and friendly.

Estancia muy privada y agradable. La anfitriona cuida mucho los detalles de su espacio para que lo sientas propio. Tiene todo lo que necesitas para vacacionar y no preocuparte por nada. Muy recomendable

Really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment was great—clean and a little bigger than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The location was great too, and renting the bike made it easy to get around—about a 10-minute ride to the downtown square. Sarah, the host, was really helpful and gave a bunch of good food and activity recs, which made the trip smoother. Overall, it just felt like a good setup—comfortable and easy. Fantastisch verblijf gehad in Playa! In totaal ben ik 2,5 maand gebleven met een tussenpauze van 1 week (daarom zie je waarschijnlijk niet bij mijn review staan dat ik een langdurig verblijf had). Ik vond het een perfecte locatie, op loopafstand van het centrum en het strand. Een zeer compleet appartement met keuken en airco. Vooral de eigen werkplek was fijn, daar heb ik dagelijks gebruik van gemaakt als remote werker. Ik voelde me erg veilig dankzij de receptionist en de camerabeveiliging. Enige nadelen: ik vond het bed erg hard, waardoor ik rugpijn kreeg. En er zat vochtschade op de muur doordat er geen raam open kon (althans, dat kon wel maar dan kwamen er muggen binnen). Maar goed, verder alles top.

El alojamiento cuenta con todas las amenidades para pasar una estancia increíble, las camas son súper cómodas y tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar (microondas, horno, freidora de aire, licuadora, etc) en verdad me sentí como en mi hogar, la ubicación no es impedimento para disfrutar de todos los atractivos de Tulum, es cierto que está un poco retirado del centro pero si tienes auto el lugar es ideal para descansar. Mi familia y yo quedamos encantados, si tenemos oportunidad nos volveríamos a hospedar en este lugar.

Este alojamiento es excelente si lo que quieres es ir a Zamna, está literal caminando a menos de 15 minutos. El Anfitrión es muy amable, nos ayudó con recomendaciones y siempre contestó de inmediato. El depa muy limpio también. No está lejos del centro pero sí es complicado el transporte, las camionetas que te llevan tardan mucho y en la parada cercana pasan llenísimas. Aunque si llevas auto todo bien.

Yazmin und Diego waren super tolle Gastgeber. Die Lage ist wirklich toll, eine Minute zu Wallmart, Busstation zu der Hotelzone, Pizza Hut, Dominos etc. Alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt, haben tolle Tips von Diego erhalten über ganz Mexico und Cancún und die Gegend war ruhig und entspannt. Wir würden wieder hier übernachten.

Excelente hospedaje, sin duda estaremos regresando nuevamente con la señorita Esperanza.

El departamento me pareció cómodo, con buenas instalaciones (cocina, baño, recámara y balcón) y lo suficientemente amplio. La ubicación es muy buena, el edificio está a unos metros de Av. Cobá que es la vialidad que baja al Parque Jaguar (el acceso está a 2.5km desde el edificio), cruzando la calle está Chedraui lo cuál es práctico para el tema de la estancia, además de haber restaurantes en las cercanías.
