My husband and I and our 3 kids stayed here and it was perfect! When we walked into the private entrance all 3 kids said “wow!” Our place was surrounded by jungle and a peaceful pool with waterfall. It was a perfect location, as we walked to Xplor park one day and xcaret the next day. Sara even offered and picked us up after a full late day at excaret, so we didn’t have to walk back in dark or get a taxi. Sara owns a cafe that is on the property. We ate delicious breakfast every morning, drinking coffee surrounded by beautiful scenery! We loved our stay here and would highly recommend.!

Ileana met us on arrival, responded promptly and the house was just what we expected. Near good restaurants, and easy walking distance to strip. Always felt safe and it was quiet.

Camp Akumal is incredible! Seriously e everything about the hotel is amazing. The 2 pools are pristine and super refreshing, the rooms are clean and cozy and the location is great. Its a short walk to the highway where you can catch the local bus to anywhere you want to go. The owners are super friendly and very helpful and John, the manager is an amazing person. He checked me in, gave me great recommendations and advice and was always available for anything. I will definitely be back pronto!!

John a été un hôte très accueillant, serviable et de bons conseils. Malgré le fait que nous soyons arrivés juste après le passage d'un cyclone, il a pris le temps de nous accueillir, de nous informer et simplement de bavarder. Akumal Camp est un peu excentré et c'est un joli petit oasis dans la jungle mexicaine. Pensez à prendre de l'anti-moustiques, mais ça c'est une remarque valable pour une grande partie de la péninsule.

Eduardo has a great little place off the beaten path and out of the touristy zone of Playa. I don't drink or party so being outside of the touristy area was nice. The place is really beautiful and clean and the natural elements of the courtyard are beautiful as is the terrace. The location is a bit of a walk to downtown Playa but very close to some great beaches and every Sunday you can catch the huge street market if you walk 25th Ave down past Calle 60. It has anything and everything you could imagine and better prices than anything on the tourist strip and lots of local food vendors as well.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Je crois qu'il aurait été une aide supplémentaire si l'ensemble des services offerts et possibles avaient été mieux décris au début de la réservation (le Chef, le personnel sur place). Tout ça nous a été une agréable surprise quelques jours avant notre départ et c'est à ce moment que tout s'est bousculé pour réserver les repas et le chef.

Le logement est propre. Je m’y suis sentie en sécurité. Le wifi fonctionne très bien. Vous avez un supermarché (chedraui) à 10 minutes à pied et une laverie à 5 minutes. Si vous êtes étranger, n’hésitez pas à demander l’adresse exacte avant votre arrivée et/ou le contacte de la personne qui vous accueillera. Dans mon cas, il n’a pas été évident de trouver le logement.

I absolutely loved staying here and would absolutely book again, if the opportunity presented itself. The guest house has everything you need to feel right at home, the pool area is clean and welcoming, and the neighborhood is lively and close proximity to grocery/parks/restaurants, etc. Karla was flexible with me on the check-in time, and was extremely responsive. 10/10 recommend. Casa para quem vai participar do 70.3 Ironmam Cozumel é perfeita, pois é em frente a largada. Casa também muito confortável e exatamente como as fotos do anúncio e simpatia ímpar do anfitrião que estava sempre disponível para ajudar. Recomendo muito.

It was a great stay and beautiful apartment and clean and very nice bathroom ! this place not far from 7 11 and also local places restaurants laundry and tea and also and a very good place for resting the bed is comfortable and also the sofa.

Amazing home – looks exactly like the photos, or even better! Everything was super clean, and we truly felt at home. Although Tulum wasn’t quite what we expected, the apartment made up for it and added a special touch to our stay. The hosts were very friendly, responsive, and always helpful. There are plenty of restaurants within 1–2 km walking distance, along with many great bars.

Andres is a great host. He’s very attentive to details and flexible if something changes. Great value, a fantastic location and easy walk to the beach and restaurants. I will definitely check availability the net time I’m in Puerto Moreles!

Had a wonderful stay and was very happy with the apartment. It was very quiet and the neighbors were friendly.

My husband and I stayed one week in this beautiful and quiet oasis. Exactly what we like. A quiet, peaceful sanctuary away from noise and traffic. A place to retreat, meditate, and enjoy the silence. Conny, who lives on and cares for the property gave us a wonderful welcome. This is a private property, very well taken care of and of great quality. A 20 min walk on the beach takes you to town. We called a taxi for our transportation. The casita we rented is perfect for a couple or a single person. We enjoyed this sanctuary very much.

There isn’t enough words to describe this place, but let me start with paradise. The staff here were amazing. They overdid it with my mom‘s birthday. They had mariachis to start her day and my mom’s face was priceless also had a beautiful cake and the atmosphere was fantastic. I will never forget this day the staff were so great this experience was amazing. I will definitely come back. There is not enough words. I promise we are in heaven. Che is wonderful I can’t thank you enough for all the accommodations and going the extra mile for my parents and I thank you so much for this beautiful stay. I beyond recommend this peace of paradise!

This was the PERFECT place to stay if you are trying to make your trip affordable + enjoy all of what Cozumel has to offer. There are plenty of cabs (one of the neighbors is even a cab driver!). Very comfortable little oasis with a rooftop balcony! Everything is walking distance which was super helpful. Marnee was a great host, and she communicated very quickly anytime I had any questions, and she has tenants on the property (or next door) who you can also communicate with to answer any questions. The neighborhood is safe, and I went on many runs, even at night, and felt safe. I run and bike as my main hobby. There’s a bike onsite, but I was too lazy to air up the front tire 😂 I chose running instead. There’s a grocery store right down the street, and the main “downtown” square area is a 10 min walk. I walked everywhere, and that might not be doable for everyone, but this is probably where I’ll be staying when I come to CZM. The AC works well in the room, and for the price you can’t b
