Lindo apartamento ubicado en una de las calles más lindas de playa del Carmen, perfecto para una estadía en pareja con todo lo necesario para descansar y conocer a los alrededores, limpio, cómodo y seguro.

Tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa en este alojamiento en Cancún. El anfitrión fue increíblemente atento, siempre pendiente de cualquier detalle para asegurarse de que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta. El lugar está hermoso, muy bien cuidado y decorado con mucho gusto. Cada detalle del alojamiento hace que te sientas como en casa. El condominio es un espacio muy agradable para estar, con un ambiente tranquilo y seguro que nos permitió disfrutar al máximo de nuestros días en Cancún. Definitivamente, recomendaría este lugar ampliamente a cualquier persona que busque una estancia cómoda, bien ubicada y con un anfitrión excepcional. Sin duda, es un lugar al que me encantaría regresar en el futuro. ¡Gracias por todo! 🌴✨

El lugar es exactamente como se describe con todo lo necesario para una perfecta estadía en Playa del Carmen. La ubicación es excelente, está cerca de todo y al mismo tiempo es lo suficientemente privado para tener una buena noche de sueño. El anfitrión ofreció muy buenas recomendaciones y la respuesta siempre fue inmediata. Otro detalle, es el espacio de estacionamiento, que estuvo perfecto porque rentamos vehículo durante nuestra estadía. Recomiendo al 110% este lugar como opción de hospedaje en Playa del Carmen.

Muy lindo apartamento, con todo lo necesario, está en un complejo con varias amenidades, playa, una alberca gigante, jacuzzi, tiene restaurantes. Muy buena comunicación y respuesta de los anfitriones. Tanto a la entrada como salida fueron muy puntuales. El departamento limpio y funcionando bien todo lo que usamos. Muy recomendable 👌

L'appartement est spacieux, moderne et bien situé dans un bel environnement calme. La ville est accessible très rapidement en voiture. La plage de la résidence est à 25 mn à pieds ou 5 mn en voiture. Les piscines de la résidence sont magnifiques. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Omar. Nous recommandons cet endroit pour des vacances inoubliables. Merci Omar !

Great place! Wasn't sure what i was getting into when we first pulled up as we'd never been to PDC before. Turns out we were 5 easy blocks from the beach and 5th Avenue which is where all the action is for tourist food and festivities. The place is also surrounded by 'local' food and fare as well - El Fogon is 2 blocks away, Walmart is 2 blocks away, many local tiendas from right downstairs to blocks away. Very clean - A/C's were working - had an issue with a drawer (at 7am) and Allen had it fixed within an hour. The balcony got great AM sun - i spent most of my time while there on the balcony just because we came from the North and i desired heat. But ... this place is not for those seeking solitude and silence, though. It's very loud with street noise. The tour busses start coming by at 7am and don't stop until about 9pm. All day. Everyday. But if you stayed closer to 5th Avenue you'd have to deal with the club music so it's a toss up. We had a blast and loved all of it!

Exelente ubicación, excelente lugar para llevar niños me gustó mucho los anfitriones siempre respondieron muy rápido y fueron muy atentos siempre.

Yep...the other reviewers were right. Amazing superhosts...easy to find and access...all listed amenities; aplenty. It sets you in (to the downtown area) easily. Later I will move elsewhere (larger) but it's great for 1-2 people. Unfortunately, I saw THREE dogs next door and my heart sank thinking the noise is going to just ruin it all. I gave it some time and for being 3 dogs they were NOT that bad; mostly quiet and just when I was going to mention it sometimes, they stopped. Fortunately (jinxproof), that person and the dogs moved anyways after ~2 weeks. It's actually pretty quiet around here mostly. Super cozy place. I'm using the bike a LOT. Unfortunately; the internet went out for an UNGODLY 6.7 days and I'm an online entrepreneur/nomad so it's like lifeblood. I know this was not the hosts fault whatsoever but they did their part AND after the main power grid for it was fixed at 6 days for neighbors, but this wasn't Francisco was a rockstar and hired someone to get on-site-Thx!

We had a fabulous stay at this Airbnb! We went with 13 girls for a bachelorette trip and felt safe and at home here. Our two concierge Edson and Mauricio killed it. Edson was great helping us set up reservations and making sure we had a smooth and fun trip before it started. Mauricio met us at the house and was available for anything we needed. He even last minute got us shuttles and sent great recommendations for beach clubs and activities. The maids each morning were so sweet and did an amazing job helping us out with cleaning. Highly recommend!

We had a great vacation in Dovile's apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 small children (1 and 4 years old). Dovile kindly provided a cot and a highchair. The apartment has a great layout - the bedrooms are separated from the living room by a corridor. The terrace became our favorite place, where we spent a lot of time and often cooked food using the gas grill (Weber). The Vaiven Del Viento complex itself is very calm and peaceful. We will be happy to come back here again.

very cosy place close to everything you need in cancun. the little dogs were so cute and friendly. the place was nice and clean. Will definitely return when I'm in cancun!

Fabulous stay in Cozumel- excellent location to explore the island Kelley checked on us several times throughout the stay, and provided amazing recommendations. We enjoyed the space, felt right at home, and hope to stay here again next time we are on the island.

Thank you Casa Nüba for making our Tulum 2025 trip one for the books! We received clear instructions and great communication from the very beginning. So happy to have stayed here a few days and made sure to enjoy the pool that was absolutely refreshing! We will definitely be back!

La ubicación del departamento estuvo súper céntrica, para la central de ADO y la zona hotelera, había supermercados (Soriana, Walmart, Chedraui, costco) a unos 20 minutos aproximadamente caminando. En cuestión del departamento estaba limpio, y fresco a la llegada, ya que habían prendido el aire acondicionado que está en la recámara principal, este funciona muy bien al refrescar el departamento. Gaby que fue nuestra anfitriona, estuvo al pendiente de todo, contestaba súper rápido a nuestras dudas. En resumen, tuvimos una excelente estadía 10/10

An amazing and unique property! The garden was like an oasis, the house like a dream. Beds were very comfortable, easy to control the climate in each room, everyone had their own charming, beautifully decorated space and bathroom. The neighborhood was perfect for walking, day or night, located just a few minutes from anything you need. Alla had great recommendations for dinner, beach club, breakfast...all were spot on! We used the location as a jump point to visit Sian Ka'an, Aktun Chen cenote in Akumal, Chichen Itza, and, of course, the ruins and various beaches in Tulum. It was ideal for us (two adults and three teens) to stay in the town, just a short drive to the beaches and beach scene, and feel happily situated in a friendly neighborhood.

Steve’s place at Nahil is truly a hidden secret! Best place to get into Half Moon Bay to snorkel! It has a great pool, lovely garden, great new little convenience store across the street, and very quiet! The studio is perfect fora couple! It is cozy and comfortable! Ester, our housekeeper is about as sweet as anyone can be! I highly, highly recommend Nahil #11!

Carolina’s place was the perfect combination of having everything we wanted in a place to stay and being close to downtown Cozumel when we wanted see the sights. There was more than enough space for the two of us, from the spacious master bedroom with an amazing view, to the fully stocked kitchen and sitting area. We were outside more than in, either soaking up the sun, relaxing in the pool, or taking the ladder down fight into the ocean. We had planned to take snorkel tours during our visit, but the underwater life right in front of Casa Rojas was varied and spectacular. We had rented a car to take in all the island’s sights, but we were also able to comfortably walk into Centro Cozumel from the house. Carolina was communicative from the day we booked and throughout our stay. Needless to say, Carolina and Casa Rojas made our first visit to Cozumel everything we could have hoped for!

Edna was an extremely sweet, responsive, and helpful host. Her place was beautiful, walking distance to activities and restaurants, and private. We highly recommend this fabulous place!

Ruben is an excellent host. His recommendations regarding beaches, snorkeling and restaurants were outstanding. We stayed at the ground floor apartment with direct access to the pool, for a week. The kitchen is well equipped and functional with comfortable firm bed. The patio gardens are beautiful and the pool area is well kept. Good internet speed for streaming or work. The location is good, away from tourists, with a Farmacia Guadalajara 3 minutes walk away to restock on food and essentials. We recommend renting a car like we did, to explore the island with car AC. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Cozumel.

Great place, super cozy clean. Definitely recommend this to anyone traveling to playa. Super convenient as there is things open late all around at really close walking distance…anything you need is less then a 5 minute walk! Daily housekeeping was nice and pool was right in front. Amazing time thanks to Jaret for everything. Would definitely reuse for future trips

We stayed at Ele’s bnb for 10 days in June and we were so glad we picked this bnb. The unit is at such a perfect location and the Sotavento building/complex is great. We normally hang out at Garrafon de Castillo and have always wanted to stay at Sotavento. Finally booked a unit and it was well worth it. The grounds are immaculate, pool was perfect, the parking was convenient in front and down in the parking garage. The views are unbelievable and after staying at multiple units and hotels on the island we will most definitely book this unit again. Several food and convenience store options with in walking distance. The whole building unit is right off the road but the fence and layout of the building was able to mask the keep the vehicle noise down. The gate at the front entrance and the underground parking garage made the place feel very secure. There’s a bathroom down the staircase to the garage and very convenient if you’re out in the pool or hanging outside of the bnb. Great bnb!
