Holiday rentals with breakfast in Riviera Maya

This is one of those gems you run across in the world! They really nailed it. I own a travel company, have quite high expectations and I travel a lot. I’m always searching for the gems around the world where somebody has created something magical. This is one of those places. My friend and I were attending a wellness ceremony and wanted a property that was very zen to stay at before and after the ceremony. The property was exactly what we were looking for. Many properties look nice in this area but the creators don’t pay attention to the details, functionality and service. Not here. Every detail is well thought out inside and out, everything functions properly and effectively and the groundskeepers/butlers, Laura and Mario are second to none at their job! Anything we wanted..they were there to accommodate. From the amazing breakfasts Laura cooked to the sacred copal incense baths Mario poured on us…these beautiful people were amazing! We will certainly be returning to this property!

La casa esta super amplia y comoda! con todo lo que se ocupa para una estancia para varias personas. el acceso a muelle caminando nos encanto ya que rentamos jetski y un yate y pudieron recogernos directo ahi, igual el acceso caminando al centro comercial con restaurantes, oxxos y todo lo que se ocupa. igual ame la vista de la recamara principal a los barcos, encantada seguro volvemos

Everything we would have wanted. On the beach, with a pool, next to a restaurant (Jungle Fish). Property Manager Neli and Housekeeper Pati were both amazing, welcoming, and accommodating. House was clean, everything worked great. Parking spot for our car. Even saw some wildlife (coati's, raccoons) on property. Would highly recommend.

What can I say.......This was PARADISE!!!!! I have rented many houses through different websites, and this house was exactly what they said it was going to be. I stayed in this beautiful house 5/25/25 to 6/56/25. Everything was Perfect from the first day I entered this house, until the day I left. Armando, and his Wife Andrea made the entire trip perfect. They took care of any of our needs. I loved the little shopping, and restaurant area close to the house. If you are looking for a Beautiful, and Peaceful house to vacation in, this is the HOUSE!!! Also, the Entire Staff at Akumal Villas if fantastic. They answered all my questions before arriving to the house. I would like to Thank everyone for the Best Vacation I have ever had. Looking forward to returning to this House again soon.

Andrea was a truly exceptional, delightful, sweet, perfect host! He clearly really wanted us to be as happy as we possibly could - we had no idea breakfast was part of the package, and his beach recommendation (X'cacel) was an unexpected pearl we would never have encountered otherwise. We got the tucked-away jungle experience we wanted without being too far from the amenities of Tulum pueblo.

un lugar increíble para quedarse, fácil acceso y salida a la carrera federal, lugares para comer y tiendas cercanas, las recomendaciones de Gaby fueron increíbles y siempre atenta con nosotros. la playa de Puerto Morelos está a 15 mins en coche. súper recomendado!!

The crew was Amazing 👏 Super attentive and very quick to respond to any questions or needs. We will go back indeed the a/c was ice cold just the way we like it and beds super cozy. The house itself was BEAUTIFUL can't wait for that pool, Peter! Beatriz, Peter, and Natalie were just an amazing group, thank you so much our family really enjoyed our stay!

This was the first time staying at this Villa and absolutely loved it. The accommodations were perfect and the Onsight staff were very helpful. Loved the location with snorkeling out the front door and beautiful pool overlooking the ocean. The rooftop views of the sunrise and sunset are priceless.

The host Gibran was awesome. Very responsive, thoughtful and attentive. The perks of nearby spa and gym use were great and the room was what I needed; away from road noise, great AC, clean and peaceful, with great wifi.

Everything was great, they have a really beautiful, loving cat, please keep looking out for her. The out street has lots of holes but on the bright side is almost at the very beginning of the street, so its not too much of a problem. The internet is pretty stable, the common pool was always nice and clean. It has everything you need for long stays and it feels safe because you are inside a building with passcode to enter.

Mariana es una persona súper amable, nos hizo sentir bienvenidos, el lugar súper limpio con muchas cositas extras que no esperaba como cafe, azúcar, indispensable para comenzar el día, la alberca muy Bonita, disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia.

Alles so wie beschrieben & echt schön. Man geht ca 35min ins Zentrum, mit dem Moped sind es 5min. America hat uns ein Moped organisiert und auch die Verlängerung des Aufenthalts war super unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, war super!

excelente lugar, estaba todo impecable. Super recomendado.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer top Lage. Die 5av. sowie der Strand sind daher gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war sauber und wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Lediglich das Bett könnte eine neue Matratze vertragen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war stets einwandfrei. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier definitiv.

Clean nice place

The place was excellent. Alicia has been amiable and responsive. Her instructions were crystal clear and helpful. The breakfast was a delactable collagen boost to kick off the day. Merci's playlist was second to none! They have been one of the most elegant hosts I have seen!

Had a great stay at Alex's home . His Manager Marlen was very friendly and always ready to fix fast a few things that were not working properly . Also taking good care of the morning breakfast witch in most cases had to be prepared the day before , since i had early commitments. Would be renting again if I have to come back to Cancun.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Fabian war wirklich hervorragend. Er ist ein sehr sympathischer, aufmerksamer und toller Gastgeber. Die Lage an der Lagune ist idyllisch und sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer und die Wohnanlage sind sehr schön und offen. Coba ist ein schönes und kleines Dorf mit guten Restaurants und sehr freundlichen Menschen. Vor Ort kann man viel unternehmen - Cenoten, die Maya-Stadt - Punta Laguna. Alles ist nah und gut erreichbar. Fabian gibt hier auch tolle Tips und unterstützt. Es war wirklich alles wunderbar und wir können die Unterkunft von Fabian und Coba allen empfehlen, die abseits vom Rummel etwas Ruhe finden und sich entspannen möchten. Vielen lieben Dank Fabian ☺️

So this felt right at home it even smelled like home. Like love had been put into every corner of the place. The owner is very nice and even let us check in a bit early and I love the hospitality! This is by far my most favorite places I have stayed at in all my time of traveling💕 it’s different from your modern day stays so if your wanting peace and tranquility with a little bit of a home feel this is perfect for a day after the beach! Oh they even make great breakfast In the morning before you check out which is a plus!

Great location! But the best part about this stay is the free breakfast. Such a wonderful morning scene to enjoy. I loved the rooftop pools and I highly recommend renting the scooters from across the street as soon as you arrive. They offer a great deal and you can enjoy so much of Cozumel. We waited until our last night to do it and it was my favorite. Can’t recommend this place enough 😊

Very nice play too stay! Located close to a natural beach. The included breakfast was perfect and everyone super helpful. Would come again!

Nice little hotel 10 minute walk roughly from the ferry port. Rooms are clean and the place is beautiful with hammocks and a hot tub upstairs. The hotel manager Sonya is really friendly and did an exceptional job of making us feel welcome and helping us with plenty of local recommendations and things to do. The Chef Hector is also brilliant and asked us for our preferences and made us feel at home.
