Beach apartment holiday rentals in Riviera Maya

We had a great time, the place was awesome. Aside from the seaweed that is uncontrollable it was amazing snorkeling out in the bay. We are actually looking to invest in a place similar to this and this gave us a very good appreciation for the location. Definitely on the top of our list..

EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT, THE APARTMENT WAS VERY WELL LOCATED AND THE BEACH IS A PARADISE THAT YOU CANNOT MISS, MARIA ALWAYS PENDING ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD, WITHOUT HESITATION.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay at Cancun Plaza! We had a wonderful time staying at Cancun Plaza! The location is absolutely perfect—right on the beach with stunning ocean views and easy access to restaurants, shops, and transportation. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the sunrise views and natural lighting coming through from the balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool area was well maintained and never too crowded. It really felt like a hidden gem in the Hotel Zone! If I had to mention one tiny drawback, it would be the water pressure in the shower—it was a bit low at times. But honestly, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Side note: there is an elevator that goes up to the 6th floor then you’ll have to carry your luggage up and down two flights of stairs to the unit. Definitely got some exercise

Great place, spotless clean. I used many airbnb, in the past, this was definitely the cleanest i have ever seen. Extremely responsive host, always making sure that i have what i need. The location is in the hotel area. I personally got around just fine using the bus, $1 ride, and it stops almost in front of the condo. I will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful time at Chris’s place!! It was the perfect location for our family’s first visit to Playa del Carmen. It was close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The home was clean, beds were comfortable and hosts were responsive. Five stars all the way!! We will definitely book Chris’s place next time we are in PDC.

The apartment is wonderful, extremely organized and clean! Super complete, just like the description! The location is perfect, super close to the main area of restaurants, parties and the beach, there is a lot to do in the region. Abril is an excellent host, she helped us a lot with information and responded quickly! It was an incredible experience, I highly recommend the apartment!

We loved our stay at Rachel's Beautiful Condo! As the pictures shows, her space is wonderful in so many ways! It is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable, and she is a kind, responsive and fantastic host! We would not hesitate to stay here again. The pool at the Elements is fantastic, the food at the ocean grill is great and so convenient, there is an awesome yoga center just across the street, and the ocean views are great. We really enjoyed our stay there - 5 stars!!!

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable condo interior, furnishings, lobby, etc. Safe and secure gated parking with friendly guards. Ocean views from the private balcony. Kitchen had all nice appliances, cookware, dishes, etc, plus various coffee makers, incl a French Press. Bathroom and shower were modern and clean. Bed was big and comfortable, with a bunch of pillows and extra blankets if needed. Both TV's worked great, incl. streaming apps. The host, Jeffrey, and his local property manager, Cristian were both super friendly, helpful, and were active with communication. All questions were answered promptly and made our stay anxiety-free! One block walk to the beach. Within a few blocks of EVERYthing needed, ped mall with gift shops, upscale and mid-level restaurants of all types, pharmacies, currency exchange, and many convenience stores/bodegas. Big grocery store and Walmart were within 2miles. We would absolutely book Jeffrey's condo next time we come to Playa del Carmen!!

This was an excellent choice for my stay. I recommend this location and would visit again.

We had a great vacation in Dovile's apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 small children (1 and 4 years old). Dovile kindly provided a cot and a highchair. The apartment has a great layout - the bedrooms are separated from the living room by a corridor. The terrace became our favorite place, where we spent a lot of time and often cooked food using the gas grill (Weber). The Vaiven Del Viento complex itself is very calm and peaceful. We will be happy to come back here again.

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our stay at Vianney’s Airbnb. The space was beautiful, clean, and just as stunning as the photos. It felt very private and peaceful, which made it perfect for our getaway. The rooftop pool was a highlight—we spent so much time relaxing up there! Vianney was a wonderful host—super helpful and responsive. She gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area and even connected us with a private driver, which made getting around so easy. The location was convenient with some places within walking distance, and the concierge helped us rent both a bike and an ATV on different days. The building felt very safe with 24/7 security on-site, which gave us extra peace of mind. Overall, we had such a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Lillian is a beautiful soul inside and out !! She was very responsive and helpful with local ideas . The place was beautiful and peaceful. Not far from the beach, not far from town . We met thunder and her in person upon arrival, and we just laughed! Felt like I’d known them my whole life ! Thank you for letting me celebrate my birthday at your place !!! Great hidden waterfront gem in the central of Playa de Carmen. Walkable to all destinations. Away from the crowded beach spots of Mamitas etc. Everything was perfect. We will be back!

So peaceful, can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful week at Nikte #7 penthouse in Akumal! Condo was immaculate, overlooking the stunning coral reef and crystal waters of Half Moon Bay. Akumal Direct was incredibly responsive to our questions and needs during the trip and a real pleasure to work with. The daily cleaning service made it feel like we were staying in a hotel over a condo, but with more than ample space for our family of 4. The private roof deck with jacuzzi tub was an added bonus, the pool was perfect and warm, and the two paddle boards were fun to take out. We can't wait to return, we truly fell in love with Akumal and Half Moon Bay!

this is our third time at this airbnb ! perfect for large groups and great location.

We had a wonderful vacation! The house was just as it was described. It was very spacious and clean. We really liked it because it was close to everything. We didn’t need a car and could just walk to restaurants and shopping. The beach was just down the sidewalk and you also get access to Mamita’s beach club. If you’re looking for somewhere quiet, this is not the place. There are bars on the street that stay open late and play loud music. This didn’t bother us, but some people it may . We would definitely stay at this location again!

Sylvia’s condo was perfect for our family of six adults, & 18m & 5m old babies. She is most certainly a Super Host! Her condo is exactly as listed. We ate at Chez Céline twice for breakfast and Ferron’s Jerk Chicken for supper once. Both in her list of recommended. Loved them both. We enjoyed using the rooftop, the large pool and the beach. It was wonderful to have all three choices! The views from the condo are spectacular. Some of us enjoyed watching the sun come up from the rooftop. We walked and picked up groceries from her list of recommended on two occasions. So we were able to get everything we needed within walking distance. She has the fastest response time I have ever experienced. We had a door lock issue and a broken shower head within 3 hours of reaching out both were fixed. It was especially important for me to have as smooth and comfortable of a stay because of the babies. I give the rental experience with Sylvia an A+! Jennifer

Comfortable! Very good presentation of the room and very clean. It is very spacious as is the shower area, the pool is clean and it also has a small 2.30cm area for swimming! They were very kind at the reception and I also liked the privacy it has, in addition to the fact that there is no noise despite being on 5th Avenue. I'm sure we'd stay again!
