Holiday rentals with beach access in Riviera Maya

Gaby’s place was great. The amenities were outstanding, the staff was nice, and Gaby was extremely responsive to all my questions. The place is about a 5-7 minute walk from the private beach which is breathtaking. La Amada has its own reserved spot on the beach which is great for swimming and lounging. The rooftop pool was one of my favorite spots to sit and swim. I would definitely recommend Gaby’s place and stay here again!

the place is amazing, clean and spacious. the rooftop pool was incredible. The facility pool is also great! Location is very convenient. although our stay was great, if I have to give some feedback; the AC in the smaller bedoom was blowing too much when turned on on the lowest mode. evening hrs it can be noisy when in the bedroom the beds by the pool were a bit worn off

We historically been resort people in Mexico. Took a chance on an Airbnb and let me tell you - NO REGRETS. Do it now! Great value, amazing restaurants to walk to, safe and there is a great roof top pool with cash bar. You’ll have the resort experience with a much better value. Thank you to our host.

Could have done without having to wear wrist bands to get in and out of the building, otherwise we had a great stay

This apartment is beautiful. The front two rooms have amazing views of the ocean and are very comfortable. We are a family of 5 and the space accommodates us beautifully. The two teenagers squealed when they saw their room with two queen beds and what felt like an additional room just for the walk in closet and bathroom space. Juliana was the most perfect host, quick to communicate and very very helpful. Access to the beach was close and easy, the pool area is HUGE and the restaurants on site made food options easy. The local shops and restaurants are a quick taxi ride, which Juliana assisted us with. There’s also a Spa onsite which was a surprise. The services are very reasonably Priced and while we went to the spa itself I do believe there is an option for them to come to the unit. One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had.

All I can say is wow! The location was beautiful! We were worried there wouldn’t be anything near by but there was a little store and plenty of restaurants walking distance from the location. The views were amazing of the jungle from the rooms and the beach from the other side. It was way better than expected and the host were extremely responsive and flexible! There is also a check in at a gate before entering the community so it gave a sense of peace for our family. I will definitely be staying there again when I go back to visit.

We had a wonderful stay in this fantastic location. This is an extremely special place, the apartment is fabulously equipped and the terrace is simply superb. Shops and restaurants are nearby and everyone we met was so friendly.

I have fallen in love with 38th street in Playa del Carmen. This was my first time staying on the street and it was amazing. Surrounded by the jungle, ocean view from the roof top pool, steps from 5th Avenue, and the beach in a block. There was nothing not to love. I can't wait to go back.

The home was exactly as described and looked just like the photos—beautiful and welcoming. The only issue was an unpleasant odor coming from one of the bathrooms, which we discovered was due to the toilet brush. Once we identified the source, we placed the brush in the backyard, and the smell was no longer a problem. The home was clean, the instructions were clear, and the property itself was stunning—just steps away from the beach. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway.

The property itself was magnificent, with stunning scenery that truly enhanced our experience. We also appreciated the polite and helpful nature of the security guards at both entrances. Segunda vez quedándonos en una de las propiedades de Paola, tuvimos una gran experiencia de nuevo, estaba muy agradable la decoración, la zona era muy tranquila de noche, el acceso a la playa fue el mayor atractivo pero lamentablemente había sargazo cuando fuimos, el guardia siempre fue muy amable. De la casa no tenemos ninguna queja, solo el aire de una recámara no enfriaba mucho pero de ahí en fuera todo bien. Al fin fuimos a la cafetería de Paola y está muy rico el pan, no pierdan oportunidad de ir. Y las recomendaciones de club de playa y restaurantes fueron muy buenas. Rentamos un tour y un automóvil a través de Paola y fue de gran ayuda. Sin duda volveremos de nuevo :)

This place is amazing! We had lots of room for a family of 4 with 2 small children. The rooms were exactly as described in the pictures. I highly recommend staying here. Mariana provided a bunch of great recommendations, she was also very responsive and available to any questions we had. We plan to stay here in the future.

Carolina’s place was the perfect combination of having everything we wanted in a place to stay and being close to downtown Cozumel when we wanted see the sights. There was more than enough space for the two of us, from the spacious master bedroom with an amazing view, to the fully stocked kitchen and sitting area. We were outside more than in, either soaking up the sun, relaxing in the pool, or taking the ladder down fight into the ocean. We had planned to take snorkel tours during our visit, but the underwater life right in front of Casa Rojas was varied and spectacular. We had rented a car to take in all the island’s sights, but we were also able to comfortably walk into Centro Cozumel from the house. Carolina was communicative from the day we booked and throughout our stay. Needless to say, Carolina and Casa Rojas made our first visit to Cozumel everything we could have hoped for!

I had a wonderful experience with Mar y Miel place, the house was beautiful and clean! My host Rachel was a really friendly and helpful, and Nadia helps me with my tours and she was also friendly and helpful too ☺️ i do recommend 100% !!

Definitivamente el mejor lugar que puedas encontrar en Playa del Carmen, el departamento se sentía como estar en casa, no le hace faltama absolutamente nada, tiene todo, su departamento y las instalaciones de lujo, las amenidades grandiosas, Olivia fue muy atenta y muy amable, caminar a la 5ta avenida era un grandioso paseo, son como 12 minutos, definitivamente regresare! el mejor lugar de Playacar está aquí!

Andres ist sehr zuvorkommend. Es war extra Trinkwasser und frisches Obst in der Wohnung. Er war für alle Anliegen schnell zu erreichen und die Wohnung war sauber und wunderschön. Der Preis war es definitiv wert.

Great apartment in a nice condo complex. It’s worth noting that if you’re after beach time to note that Playa del Carmen and that coast gets a lot of seaweed from May thru August apparently, so be prepared for the smell and not using the sea much. The apartment is wonderful, well lit, very spacious and well equipped. The host is very responsive. The pool setup is great, added bonus having same shade over the pool. Staff at the complex are fantastic. Overall we enjoyed our stay here

Mandy was great; she made me feel at home. She was very informative of the local restaurants and sites. Often, she even gave me something to look forward as she sent us lovely pictures of the beach. The atmosphere of the home was vibrant and inviting. I will definitely return soon.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was extremely clean and well-maintained, and what truly made the experience exceptional was the host—very responsive, helpful, and quick to answer any questions. They gave amazing recommendations for restaurants, services, and things to do in the area, which really elevated our trip. Everything was great! The only small note is that the pool doesn’t get a lot of sun and didn’t look quite as vibrant as in the photos—but that didn’t take away from how much I enjoyed relaxing in it during the afternoons. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!
