Prime Location. I had a lovely stay , with a stunning view. The host went above and beyond with accommodations, completely faceless. Decorated to a T! I would book again.

We loved everything about our stay. Ariana was very responsive when we had questions about our dog and checkout. The apartment is beautiful! The beds are very comfortable, lighting is warm, lots of window light, air conditioner works great, kitchen was very well stocked, extremely clean. I used to live on this street, so it was nice seeing lots of renovated homes. Enjoyed walking the dog at night. There’s a walkable strip a few blocks away with a couple of restaurants and a record store and bike shop. Central to what we needed, which was to go to a concert at Veteran’s Memorial (9 minute drive) and to visit people in various urban core neighborhoods (Murray Hill, Avondale, downtown, Riverside).

Ashley’s place was great! It was conveniently located near a Walmart, gas stations, and the highway. The amenities were exactly as described. The pool area and gym were clean, well maintained, and peaceful to use. The apartment itself was spotless. Ashley was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

Super cute and can’t beat the location! We travel a lot, and this was one of the cleanest airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at. Kudos to the cleaners! Chris and his team were responsive and kindly allowed us to edit our stay when plans changed. And they have thought of everything you could need in terms of amenities and supplies. Definitely book it!!

We booked for a concert at VyStar Veterans Arena and this place was very conveniently located for it. The home was very clean and we were very happy overall.

Julie’s place was perfect for our quick visit to Jacksonville. It was walking distance to a great coffee shop and bakery, and close to the airport. The place was very clean and comfortable - with a dreamy couch! We highly recommend Julie’s place if you are staying in Jacksonville!

Josh! Thank you for hosting my family and I! We really loved the area, and the home! It was clean and welcoming. The decor was absolutely beautifully matched. The only drawback was the upstairs rooms didn’t have a door on the bathrooms….lol… small I know! But for us it was definitely “different.” Overall, the house was great! We would definitely recommend you all to others…

Autumn didn’t miss anything. The kitchen had every pot, pan and casserole dish. The home was stocked well with upgraded appliances. I felt right at home and enjoyed the space tremendously!

We enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s! The area was very cute and walkable to restaurants. Andrea and her mom Carol were both very responsive during check in and throughout our stay. The place was very comfortable and had nice eclectic furnishings. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a small group stay at this charming historic home. The home has a great size kitchen, dining space and living room making it comfortable for us to hang out and play games, etc.. Easy check-in, convenient location, overall it was a very nice day stay and I would come back again.

The condo is beautiful and the ocean view makes it the perfect place for a beach vacation. The home was clean and very comfortable and the hosts were communicative with us! If I’m back in the area I would definitely stay here again. I recommend this condo to anyone looking!

Location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. There’s Private parking and the apt has umbrella, chairs and beach towels. Host really think about everything! Highly recommend

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again
