Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Riverside, Jacksonville

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Kimberly’s Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing—if not better. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed, and the little touches (like coffee, board games, and cozy blankets) made me feel right at home. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything I wanted to explore. Kimberly was a fantastic host: super friendly, responsive, and respectful of privacy. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and they even gave me great local recommendations that made my trip even more memorable. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended—I’d definitely come back again!

My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves. Everything was as advertised and the grandkids loved the pool. The house was in a great location and close to stores, entertainment and food spots. We will definitely love to stay here again Don't hesitate, go ahead and book your next vacation why Peter!

Absolutely one of the best stays ever! Francesca and Carlos’ home is just beautiful! We had plenty of space and the home was immaculate! From check in to check out the entire process was easy and our hosts, are most definitely Superhosts! They were extremely quick to respond and answer questions and offer information about the area to help us navigate…very helpful! All of the little touches to make you feel right at home are here. Loved being able to make coffee in the mornings at the little coffee station! We were very close to downtown and the stadium, like about 5-7 minutes and close to a number of restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay because of the welcome feeling when we walked in. Everything was inviting, comfortable, quiet and easy to get into. It was so close to everything we wanted. Restaurants, grocery stores, highway and nice neighborhood for walking. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to a family. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Room to spread out and a nice den that children could play in, read, or just relax. Jason was quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

I came to Jacksonville for work and my family came along for the week. We really enjoyed our stay. The space was clean and comfortable. The beds were super comfortable. I need to know what kind of mattress is on the king bed. It was amazing. Lisa was very helpful and responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

My family absolutely loved this place! It’s beautiful and was spotless. The pool and jacuzzi was amazing! Our only complaint was the master bedroom was hot and felt like there was no air flow. The overhead light and fan did not work. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and will definitely book this place again.

Immaculate is the word I would use to describe this property and the host response and helpfulness during our stay. It looks EXACTLY like the pictures. They definitely made sure the experience was comfortable and were available to extend help or assistance if any was needed. They had all the amenities we needed to make it a great weekend. They are in a great location which made it easy to get around to restaurants , local grocery stores, and other attractions. I was sad to see the for sale sign because they really have a hidden gem! I definitely would stay again if given the opportunity.

This was my first long-term rental with airbnb. I was looking for a quiet place in San Marco, and I found it. Marisa met me and walked me through the units (I was able to upgrade my unit. Thanks, M!). Unit had exactly what I needed for my three months day. Marisa is absolutely the best! She answered all my questions and was quick to respond to my text messages. She is always looking out for her residents! The location is perfect directly behind the Pickleball store (yes. I took lessons). Having lived in the Jacksonville area for 25 years, I was able to walk the neighborhoods, including Riverside via the pedestrian bridge; alternated my excursions by bicycle, discovering wonderful areas of the city I never knew existed. My favorite discovery is every evening, very much like Key West, neighbors, and friends will come to River Street and to watch the sunset across the St. John’s River. I captured so many beautiful sunsets that I feel I can display them in an exhibit.

Great stay, everything was super clean and welcoming. The apartment is exactly what was described in description. Would definitely come back! Erica was also very responsive which is always helpful when traveling.

Perfect location and walkable to venue for our event. Close to downtown and lots to do close by.

We loved everything about our stay. Ariana was very responsive when we had questions about our dog and checkout. The apartment is beautiful! The beds are very comfortable, lighting is warm, lots of window light, air conditioner works great, kitchen was very well stocked, extremely clean. I used to live on this street, so it was nice seeing lots of renovated homes. Enjoyed walking the dog at night. There’s a walkable strip a few blocks away with a couple of restaurants and a record store and bike shop. Central to what we needed, which was to go to a concert at Veteran’s Memorial (9 minute drive) and to visit people in various urban core neighborhoods (Murray Hill, Avondale, downtown, Riverside).

The place was wonderful, clean and beautiful. Very responsive to any questions, clear details and instructions with information. 10/10 recommend. Our favorite was the accessibility to the gym and pool, both with which were amazing!

I had a really good stay here. The area is great and the place is really cute. I had let Lawson know that I’d be checking in later at night and the light inside were left on, which I really appreciated. There were unfortunately a few things I wasn’t super happy with. The walls are really thin and unfortunately I heard a lot of noise from the people in the main house. The water pressure in the shower is really low, so be prepared for your showers to take longer, especially if washing your hair. Lastly, the pace was tidy and clean, but not spotless. I did spot a few bugs, which I know are part of living in Florida, but it still put a bit of a damper on my stay.

Kimano has created a truly beautiful and inviting space. He was an exceptional host—friendly, highly responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and welcoming. I would gladly recommend this space to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Jacksonville area. Thanks again for having us!
