Amy’s house was perfect for the wedding wknd I attended at the Cummer Museum. Its location was close to everything and she was both friendly and available for any and all things! Thanks again for everything!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean, the complex was peaceful, and the gym and pool were great to have access to. It’s a perfect place to stay for two couples or a family, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals at home. Would recommend!

Tracy was awesome, adjusting our reservation to last minute changes we needed. Quick responder and overall amazing host! Place was very clean, and in a great location to go to different shopping malls in Jax. Will book with again if we are in the area!

We had a great stay here! It was very close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Extremely nice place, and very easy to get in and out of. We had to have maintenance come by for something but even that was really easy. I’d definitely stay here again in the future!

Wow the studio is amazing, a lot bigger than I expected as well. And Camy was great accommodating my stay at the last minute. Great place and great host. Looking forward for my next trip to Jacksonville and I’ll for sure came back to stay in Camy’s studio. :)

Toya's suite was defiantly was top tier one of kind i loved how responsive you were during our stay. I love how she was so accommodating the first day of us checking in. Also, the pictures do not lie. The amount of shows i was able to watch and unwind with a nice cup of tea was amazing. Super quiet neighborhood, she also had some unique board games which I also loved. Of course i was busy throughout our stay and was barley home during the demander of our stay but the time I was in there it felt like home. Also her cleaning lady was so nice and sweet to me when she dropped of something before i left the suite defiantly 10/10 for me and will be coming back hopefully soon.

Laurie's place was the perfect base for a family visit. Her sweet apartment is spotless and seemingly brand new. It's very comfortable, and perfectly located in one of Jacksonville's best neighborhoods, Avondale. The garage apartment vibe works very well, and it's within walking distance of parks and Avondale's many restaurants and shops. There are lots of important touches, including great shower pressure (not always a given), a supremely comfortable bed, and lots of beautiful light. Jacksonville has many fine qualities, but stylish, non-chain hotels is not among them. Treat yourself to a real local experience with a stay at Laurie's garage hideaway.

This was a unique home very historical and bohemian style! I love the front porch it was a great chill spot late night to just relax ! It does get busy starting Thursday nights as you are near a busy location and some nightlife ! Especially parking on the street but it wasn’t a big deal I was able to get close parking . There are people that stay upstairs so you will hear some minor noise. It’s a cool place to bring your pets and better if you want to relax or go enjoy a night out you can just walk up the street ! The beach is also not far and you can bring your dogs after 5 pm. I door dashed a lot of food and all the food was amazing . The neighborhood was safe and great for walking your fur babies . I would recommend. This was the perfect spot for my work trip .

Great area, love how roomy the place is. The beds were comfortable and it felt right at home & Anna was a great host. I’ll always book this place if it’s available.

Very convenient to downtown and highways. Free parking was a plus.

I’m very impressed about how Jessica really took cared of me, she is definitely a super host!! In the beginning. I had some concerns and she met all of them. She responded quickly, immediately and I was very pleased! it was a very nice experience, her place is so cute, my son and I felt very comfortable! I love the kitchen and the bathroom the most, it is a small place but cute and functional you really have everything you need, we stayed for a month, and felt at home away from home! I recommend Jessica as a host and her beautiful place to everyone!! 😊

I was in Jacksonville for work and needed a place to stay. Kayla’s place was perfect! Super cozy, comfortable bed and sheets. I know it’s strange to mention but the A/C was to tier lol The area is also great restaurants and bars walking distance. Nice safe area which made my stay all the more comfortable. I highly recommend

It suited our purpose , Mayo Clinic visit. Nice to sit on the little porch, watch the fish, turtles, geese in the lake, the neighbours walking their dogs around it. Clean comfortable place. A small negative, sometimes the thud of footsteps above woke us. Thank you Michael

Lovely stay! Nice quiet area on a lake, extremely clean, plenty of blankets, toiletries, kitchen items, etc. Only 10 minutes from the airport which is perfect for when you have friends flying in.

Had a wonderful time here! Such a beautiful and quaint place. I would highly recommend for a weekend get-a-way or a more extensive stay! We plan to stay here again.

The place was great! Even though we had to share common areas, it worked out great. The other two places were rented at the same time by people other than our family, but it was absolutlely no problem. We made new friends! The only issue that ever came up was the parking. We had rented the space to accomodate my in-laws that were in for the holiday. My children and my husband's sibling wanted to come and visit, but the parking was very limited. We managed it by carpooling from my house that is not very far away. Andrew was very nice and quick to respond to any issues and also very understanding of our circumstances. This place is absolutley amazing and is full of places to just relax for any size group of people. There is always a little nook somewhere to escape to if you need to get away from the rest of the residents. I would totally recommend for vacation or just a get-away!

Place was exactly as advertised. Host was helpful and responsive . The water cooler was a great touch ! Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling and needing a nice home like place to stay in Jacksonville !

This newly renovated property was in the most ideal location at Jax Beach. Walkable to the beach, dining & shops & they provided beach towels, chairs & an umbrella. The Nespresso machine with pods, sugar & creamer was also a plus. The hosts promptly greeted us upon our arrival & with clear instructions before check out. This is the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in & we can’t wait to return later this year!

Everything was absolutely perfect! The beach items in the storage unit made our trips to the beach super easy! Brooke was super accommodating, checked in throughout the week & was extremely quick with responses! The location was perfect, parking was convenient & covered which was perfect for the beautiful week we had! Thanks again Brooke!!!
