We throughly enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful, clean and very cozy. The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly. I LOVE the kitchen, bright, spacious and appliances were top notch. I enjoyed coffee on the deck the morning of my wedding taking in all the beauty. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area again.

Positively stunning, clean, and comfy. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our trip. Some places feel like you’re in a stranger’s home, this felt like home home. *bonus points for having all the streaming platforms logged in, very grateful for the proactive thoughtfulness.

Great home for a family and pet. Instead of a $200 a night confined hotel room, this home was less expensive and with a lot more space, well worth the price. local restaurants and bars are walking distance. Close to the freeway when venturing out. Definitely will use again and recommend to others.

Our stay by Boone park was wonderful! The house is exactly as seen in the pictures, and Anna was very responsive when we had a question. Check in was easy, wifi was great, and the whole house was really clean and functional. It had everything we needed and then some. Avondale is a fantastic neighborhood, with lots to walk to and easy parking and access if you happen to have a car for your travel. We would love to stay here again!

We were allowed an earlier checkin which was great. The place is easy to find and centrally located. We walked to the grocery store. Which was great. There are restaurants within walking distance, it’s a safe and quiet neighborhood. The cottage was just as described. Clean, plenty of room, easy to find things, great washer and dryer. Nicer than mine at home. The host was responsive, accommodating and gave us all that we needed to have a great stay. I would stay again.

This was a beautiful location and we enjoyed walking in the area and visiting a riverfront park. The view was peaceful and there was an outside table and chairs by the water available. The TV offered every possible channel and we appreciated Spending a quiet evening at home after Being in the city all day. our hosts were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely want to stay again if we visit the area.

Great place to stay. I would definitely stay there again when I'm in Jacksonville for a concert. Liked the separate bedroom and the futon couch for my friend to sleep on. Coffee and snacks were great.

We live in NY, and had some specific things we needed in an Airbnb so we could visit my mom and help out after a major spinal surgery. The hosts were wonderfully responsive and worked with some of the things we needed a bit of flexibility with. We enjoyed that it was a space truly to ourselves, with a cool, light and well appointed design. And the bed was INCREDIBLE. The apartment was convenient, clean, within walking distance (very important cause we don’t have a car) of a few chill restaurants, but also close enough to my mom’s to get to via uber for very little extra. We definitely recommend it for the convenience and price!

I had a great stay! This was my second time staying at this Airbnb, the first was back in 2020, though it was hosted by someone else at the time. Nonetheless, my husband and I truly enjoyed our visit. The space was comfortable, and everything met our expectations.

I had a really good stay here. The area is great and the place is really cute. I had let Lawson know that I’d be checking in later at night and the light inside were left on, which I really appreciated. There were unfortunately a few things I wasn’t super happy with. The walls are really thin and unfortunately I heard a lot of noise from the people in the main house. The water pressure in the shower is really low, so be prepared for your showers to take longer, especially if washing your hair. Lastly, the pace was tidy and clean, but not spotless. I did spot a few bugs, which I know are part of living in Florida, but it still put a bit of a damper on my stay.

Good views and beautiful home. Setting up the Murphy bed was tiresome after a long drive but once we put it together it was extremely comfortable. Overall, enjoyed the stay and loved the easy beach access

We went to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and had a great time! this location was close to some of our favorite restaurants so we were able to walk to them, which was a plus for us! we will definitely be back in Jacksonville Beach in a year or so and hope to get a chance to stay here again!

Perfect location to beach and walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. Loved having beach chairs, beach mats & umbrella available. We also appreciated the 2 ceiling fans. Everything was very clean and spacious.

We loved staying here and can’t wait to return! The condo is beautiful, well equipped and extremely clean. You feel right at home walking in. The furnishings are so pretty! Vanessa is a gem to work with, so kind and helpful, checking to see if we needed anything and quick to answer questions. It’s a quick walk on a lovely path to the beach. Vanessa provides so much for her guests including beach umbrellas and chairs and miscellaneous items you may have forgotten to bring. Get up early and see the sun rise!!! It’s amazing!!! Search for shark teeth and shells. Relax on the beach and just enjoy the time you’re there because it goes by quickly! Great places to eat nearby along with grocery stores and ice cream parlors.

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again

It was a great place to spend a couple days with my wife and our 2 small kids as we visited Family. The condo had everything we needed even paper ,crayon and chalk for the kids , it was stocked perfect, the view was spectacular and a very short walk to the beach. Our stay was amazing! The view was great!! The condo was exactly as described. Host gave you all the beach amenities which was very helpful. Very kid friendly. Will definitely come back !
