Pet-friendly holiday rentals in River Medway

We stayed here 4 nights. Altho the temperatures outside we quite high it remained really nice and cool inside, which we liked a lot. The garden is really cozy and provides both sun and shadow which makes it a pleasant place to relax. Everything was as described and the flowers and milk provided were welcoming extras. The only criticism we have is that the countertop felt a bit sticky and that the cupboards are quite cluttered and we had to search sometimes to find what we needed. Overal we would definitely recommend staying here.

Our party of 6 were all very happy with our stay. Very comfortable, very well equipped, lovely garden. Highly recommended.

Just experienced the most perfect 3 day stay, in an absolutely ideal location in Rye. A spotlessly clean, stunning character filled property with low beams, wonky walls and sloping floors, which all add to it's wonderful charm. A very responsive, helpful and kind host, who really wants you to enjoy your time there. No questions too hard and always a very warm prompt response from Becky. We would 100% recommend this property and host, if your looking to book the perfect getaway in Rye. Jan's place was.lovely and cosy it better then expected everything was thought off would of been nice to stay longer has it was so peaceful nice little back yard to enjoy a coffee and a book and peace and quite nice outlook in the morning nice seeing the horses

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay, we felt right at home. Dee and Jeff were exceptional hosts, very friendly and welcoming. They really do go the extra mile, as all the reviews say - to ensure we have a pleasant stay. The barn was everything I expected and more, you could see there were so many nice personal touches and preparation that went into making our stay as amazing as it was - from the complimentary breakfast (locally sourced), to the mobile charger and bottles of water by the bedside. Also, loved having access to Netflix and Prime! Will absolutely recommend and stay again, maybe in the Autumn/Winter time to take advantage of the log burner and fire pit outside!

A beautiful AirBnB, finished and furnished to a high standard and quality. Having the cooking essentials, tea, milk, and even breakfast stuff included was an appreciated touch. Would love to come back here perhaps for a cosy Winter stay next time. Gaynor had great communication, but left us to it to enjoy our stay.

Our stay was lovely! we arrived and had a seamless check-in and friendly welcome. The apartment was spotless, you had everything you needed at hand! from a fruit basket, milk, even a cake as it was my birthday! the attention to detail was insane! You also have a steam room - beautiful! The pool was so much fun! I can not swim so it was nice to have the pool to ourselves so my husband could show off and also pull me around the pool with my floats! The gardens were immaculate and stunning. The flowers were stunning and vibrant! You felt as though you were abroad! So lush and green. Then you have the hot tub, wonderful after stepping out of the sauna and walking through a corridor of lush green to get to the tub, bloody fantastic!! We even had our own bbq on our balcony where you could watch the sunset and beautiful sea views. It was an amazing getaway and I know we will return. Very nice, cosy, and comfortable place near Clapham Junction and Battersea Park. Plenty of walkable locations; the place is quiet despite its location, and it really feels like home. Going to my favourite places to stay in London.

We loved our stay in this immaculately converted barn. It is huge, plenty space inside for when it was raining. The pond and the jacuzzi were a real treat, and the games room was used by everybody. We loved our barbecues outside, overlooking the valley, listening to the chickens. And we couldn't believe we had breakfast with still-warm-from-just-having-been-laid eggs! We would have loved a dryer or a bigger outside drying rack for all our wet stuff, as we had a toddler with us, but that didn't spoil our fun. We will recommend this beautiful place to our friends!

We had a lovely week in Plantagenet and really cannot recommend it enough; the cottage really exceeded our expectations. The garden is phenomenal. It was a private and tranquil escape and our collie thoroughly enjoyed doing laps of the large garden despite the rainy weather. We loved it from the moment we arrived and didn't want to leave. The cottage is well equipped, has a great cosy ambiance with lots of indoor and outdoor game options no matter what the weather. The communication with Tim&Maite was friendly and responsive, we particularly appreciated the slightly late check out. We are hoping to book again soon with more of our family joining us.

What can I say. Other than simply perfect. Natalie and Peter went truly above and beyond. The place was decorated so nicely for my 30th birthday. Everywhere was clean, and simply breath taking. Nothing was too much, I even had a blister and Natalie went and got me some plasters. The yurt is stunning, the little Annex you get with it was so lovely just to chill and watch tv in. The outdoor bath was perfect to sit and chill and look up at the stars. I’ve never experienced an air BnB like I did this weekend, it was one of a kind. I definitely will be going back! X

Safe to say was an amazing stay and couldnt have picked a better place to stay. Great cottage and to have a swimming pool as well topped it all off. Would highly recommend to anybody.

A super relaxing stay at this lovely cottage. We visited nearby ightham mote and great comp garden. Graham was great in terms of checking that everything was all fine. Definitely would return.

I can’t praise Jo and the Hideout enough. From the moment I booked Jo communicated well, was extremely friendly and was accommodating from the get go. The hideout was easy to find with Jo’s clear instructions, upon arrival we were taken back but the beautiful surroundings. The Hideout itself was clean, comfortable and really a home from home which we loved. Jo is a fantastic host and couldn’t have been more helpful throughout our stay. Thank you

We've just returned from three nights at Hop Pole barn and had a brilliant stay This is one of the most well stocked homes we've stayed at with so many amenities included (e.g. shampoo/conditioner, salt/pepper, tea/coffee, washing up sponges/tea towels and hair dryer), which was extremely helpful for us to not have to bring ourselves, and not a given in Air Bnb's the addition of apples and pears from the farm was a thoughtful addition greatly enjoyed by our three year old The beds were very comfortable and made for a restful night's sleep The views out of the cottage were unrivalled, we greatly enjoyed watching the wild rabbits which spent their time grazing amongst the orchard We'd happily return if in the area again

We absolutely loved our week at Benny’s place :-)! Amazing views, super peaceful and surrounded by wonderful old oak trees! Also a super comfy and large bed (super king)! Benny and her husband were really friendly, helpful and welcoming, we’d definitely recommend staying here :-)

Greg’s place is a favorite indeed. It’s walking distance from all the places to eat and drink at. Greg’s always available and wonderful to speak with. Second stay in 4 months and looking to come back again soon.
