Holiday rentals with a home cinema in River Medway

We stayed in 4 different cities and AirBnBs this summer and this was by far the best! Great layout, cute decor, well maintained, clean, super comfortable beds. It’s in a cute & quiet neighborhood - basement level but it’s a walkout so tons of natural light. Good instructions on everything with QR codes so it was easy to figure out. They even let us store our bags early while the cleaners were there since our flight arrived early. Really loved it- this is a great value. Do yourself a favor and book it immediately!!

Malgré la situation en plein coeur d'un quartier actif, le logement s'est révélé extrêmement calme et nous avons très bien dormi car les chambres, comme le salon, sont situées à l'arrière de la maison, loin de la rue passante. Le salon -séjour est spacieux et bien meublé. La proximité de Clissold Park et de tous les moyens de transport vers le centre sont remarquables. Nous avons passé 10 jours excellents, et comme nous l'avons dit à l'hôte, nous pensons que nous reviendrons.

What's not to love about this place? Absolutely nothing. The pictures are exactly how the room is, it maybe small but there is everything you need! As well as the basic kitchen equipment there is a hot plate, slow cooker and egg cooker, cafetiere, tea pot and complimentary tea, coffee, milk pots and biscuits. The bedding and towels were top notch . Everything was spotless the crockery and glasses included. The balcony has a table and 2 comfy chairs where you can sit and relax listening to the birds in the garden. It is very peaceful. Both Jonathan & Jackie are fantastic hosts, they respond quickly to messages and are both very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed a 3 night break and was fully refreshed and relaxed. Cliffs Pavilion is only a short 5 min walk, Rossi Ice cream about another 5 mins down steps to seafront. This was our 2nd time staying but will definitely be back.

My Air BnB experience at Sacha’s apartment was excellent. It had a high quality kitchen, spotless bathroom, great lounge with clean new furniture & excellent WiFi, making it the perfect layout for food, relaxation and work. The bedroom and bathroom were very comfortable with clean linen and fresh towels provided. All of these amenities were supported by a very warm interaction with the host. It was an amazing experience in London delivered by a host who understands the need for a professional accommodation service with high quality fixtures and fittings. Sacha’s immaculate preparation and hard work resulted in minimal fuss for me during my stay and provided me with an exceptional accommodation experience - pitch perfect for a traveller on business.

Overall the place is described as it is written before we booked. The place fit perfectly for what we needed for the stay.

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Nous étions 2 adultes avec deux enfants. L’appartement est bien situé proche d’un grand centre commercial et 2 stations de métro ainsi que d’une station fluviale. Grand choix de restauration dans le centre commercial mais aussi possibilité de faire ses courses. Jolie vue surtout le soir sur les beaux grattes ciel autour et la tamise. Nous avons bien profité de Londres et nous étions heureux de rentrer le soir dans ce quartier plus paisible. L’hôte est très gentil et arrangeant et on a pu communiquer sans soucis. Seul petit bémol concernait le bruit du métro aérien fenêtre ouverte .. mais très bon séjour et de beaux souvenirs.

This is a fantastic location for someone looking for easy access to public transport, restaurants, cafes & parks, whilst being in a quiet street. The apartment is full of character & felt very spacious, it was perfectly equipped for all our needs. Communication was excellent, quick & friendly, we would highly recommend this place to anyone. Ann’s house was exactly what we were looking for and we had a wonderful stay and felt very much at home. Everything was easy to find and use and the house had all the amenities we needed for a family of 5. The neighborhood was lovely and we loved walking around.

We loved staying in Alma House, it had everything we needed and the beds were v comfy. Cinema room was great, and kitchen well equipped. Mike was very communicative, giving detailed directions on how to find the property and tips on where to eat in Seaford. We were staying because we were going to the tennis at Eastbourne and wanted a change from staying there. It was an easy drive/bus journey away. Also you can do the Seven Sisters from the door, or walk the length of the beach. It's a lovely town with plenty of pubs, restaurants and theatres. Would recommend.

Couldn't be happier with a brilliantly quirky home in a location near lots of good food/drink spots and transport links, hosted by a lovely, generous, communicative human being. Brilliantly fun place to stay.

Petite maison richement decorée, située dans un quartier calme et relié au centre ville de Brighton par bus. 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain et une cuisine bien équipée. Hôtes tres sympathique et disponible pour toute question. Recommandé pour decouvrir le Sussex, entre les seven sisters et la tumultueuse Brighton.

We moved our stay at Julion’s place. It’s completely different to what we live in and our usual style so it was extremely fun with the family! The cinema room is next level! We loved the location, where the joke is situated was quiet and easy, especially for uber pick up to and from airport. Super close to trains also. I would highly recommend and would stay there again !!

Het huis ligt in een rustige straat vakbij station Blackheath waarvandaan je snel in het centrum van Londen bent. Verder zijn er in Blackheath fijne winkeltjes zoals een bakker en een groentewinkel. Het huis was lekker ruim en schoon. Er was een (klein) probleem met de afwasmachine, maar dat was overkomelijk. Het contact met de verhuurder verliep vlot en soepel.

Great unit that was close to transportation. Unit was in a safe area. Unit was clean and well equipped. Our host Brett was easy to get ahold of and represented the unit accurately. Would highly recommend.

I had a very comfortable 2 weeks here, working in the City nearby. The building is modern and well-located in a quiet, safe area with great transport links. The apt itself is very modern, well-appointed, superb view (on one of the highest floors possible in London), and fully functional for a long stay. I'll hope to return!

A great stay! Dan was super helpful and proactive giving clear instructions. Small touches to the property really made all the difference, would recommend. Great parking support & really helpful communications.

Ana’s place was exceptional, it was homely, clean, and had all the amenities one would need for a comfortable stay. The location is close to the train station and there were a few convenience stores nearby. Ana was kind, informative and very responsive. Would stay again Tino :)

We had a great time and Max provided a clean and comfortable place to stay in a great location to enjoy all of central London’s sights and activities. Lives that Battersea Park was right I. The backyard for peaceful retreat from the bustle of London!! Would definitely stay here again.
