Monthly Rentals in River Exe

We had an amazing stay for 3 nights at the Granary with our kids. We got a warm welcome from the lovely cat couscous! The place was clean, spacious, tidy and had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. There were enough of board games, books and toys as well as outdoor space to keep the kids entertained. The hosts Karl and Helena were very friendly and helpful. Their son was also very kind and friendly with our kids, even sharing some of his stuff to play. This quiet location was ideal for us to explore north Devon and the Exmoor areas. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay at Roger and Bindy's cottage. Roger welcomed us when we arrived and showed us around. He was very friendly and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. There were plenty of lovely treats waiting for us and our bat-loving boys were over the moon when they got to use Roger's bat detector. The cottage was very cosy and beautiful, very clean with comfortable beds. There were plenty of games and toys for little ones as well as grown ups and our hosts made sure we were comfortable during our stay. Watching the bats at night was our absolute highlight and our boys will remember that forever. We made some wonderful memories which we will treasure forever and we can't thank Roger and Bindy enough for letting us stay at their beautiful place.

We loved our stay here - wish we had booked it for longer! The surroundings are beautiful and it's so peaceful. We sent a message regarding firelighters and within about 10 minutes we had been given some! The house is beautiful and having a bathroom for each bedroom is a luxury! Would definitely recommend and will definitely remember this place for the future!

It’s one of the best wild campsites I’ve been to. You’ve got everything you need, yet it still feels wild – which is exactly what we love. It’s quiet and private. Even though it was raining, we still enjoyed our stay, as the kitchen also has a dining area. The farm eggs, milk, and honey were a massive bonus for the reasonable price. The shower and toilet (with hot water – which I know from experience not every wild place offers) suited the place perfectly. I would definitely recommend it. Beautiful views. Thank you, Tanya!
