A perfect little self contained studio flat adjoining our own house. We have recently refurbished this area to a high standard with open plan kitchen/dining and cosy bed area. This studio is perfect for couples or solo travellers who are looking for time away in a gorgeous area. With lots to offer, whether it is a romantic weekend away or a walking/skiing/outdoor trip, Aviemore and the surrounding areas have it all to offer. A two bed bungalow, sleeps 4, a welcome home away from home. Situated within the lovely town of Aviemore in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park. The property has an enclosed private garden and a shared driveway for 2 cars. Aviemore town and shops are a 10 min stroll down a lovely quiet lane, banked by views of the mountains and the Strathspey Steam Railway. The railway runs close to the bottom of the garden and is perfect for children (and adults !) to wave at the driver. One dog welcome

A bothy bedroom in the heart of the Cairngorms

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!
