The house was absolutely amazing! Super clean and amazing to stay in! I appreciate the same day response and able to book me hours before! Really appreciate them for letting me stay in their beautiful home!

This place was as advertised: cozy! Well appointed and lots of extra treats. The host left us muffins and chips and bottled waters and wine. The kitchen was amply provisioned with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, spices, etc. It was in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again.

Love Joe and Melanie they come by and check on you if you’re staying for a while. They stop by and water and mow the lawn weekly and we’re real nice

Always a pleasure to have the opportunity to stay and Brad and Rick's lodge in beautiful Cedar Crest. Love the expansive views and how the area is so peaceful! Brad is always easy to get a hold of and responds quickly. The lodge is setup so nice, great kitchen with all you will need. Cozy, comfortable bedrooms and spotless bathrooms. Love the Triangle Market only 3 minutes away from the front door. Albuquerque is right around the corner at about 25 minutes to downtown. Tried the Sprouts Market off of Tramway - a winner! Do yourself a favor and check this place out!

Bennie's home is beautiful and in a great safe area of Albuquerque. The home has all the amenities needed for a weekend or week get away.

This place was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean and comfortable and very quiet. Loved the backyard area. The AC worked great. Bed was comfy. I took a bath each night (bring some epsom salt!). Our hosts were great and let us check in early since our flight landed early. We knew we wanted to stay in Nob Hill because it's central/walkable and close to hiking trails. We loved Little Bear coffee shop, went there a few times. Mata G was great for grab-and-go vegetarian meals. The co-op grocery store is awesome. Walk by the "Spaceship UFO house"! For easy sunset hikes, check out the trails along the foothills at the bottom of the Sandia Mountains. We took the tram up the mountain one morning, that was fun too! Oh the volcano hike was great (search for Volcanoes Day Use Parking on google maps). It took about an hour and 40 mins with lots of stops for photos. We went late morning but it would be amazing at sunset because it's a 360 view. Would def stay here again!

Wonderful place!! This place was very clean and looked just like the photos. The backyard was my favorite part of the house it was a perfect spot to relax especially for our doggie. The host was very quick to respond to our messages. I have to say I felt very safe in this house and in this neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again !!

I loved the place. Quiet with a private patio. Within easy walking distance to a park and Old Town. It was convenient to be able to walk to a restaurant for meals. The casita was spacious and reasonably authentic, but with ac & heat. I would definitely stay there if I ever return to Albuquerque. Connie came and showed me how to operate everything right after I arrived.

I was back here to Albuquerque for a graduation. The place was comfortable, shower good, nice comfortable chair. Bed a little soft for me but I got used to it. It was clean. When I arrived Cynthia shared some milk from her house(connected) for my breakfast. She met me when I arrived and explained the systems. It would be small for a couple if they plan to stay in much, but suited my need.

Daniel was very welcoming! He recommended a really cool local restaurant to my friend and I that had incredible chips and salsa. His home was beautiful and it was a joy getting to see the view in the morning! Reasonably close access to downtown Albequerque! Great stopping point on our journey out West from Ohio!

Casita Rose was perfect! We stayed two nights while passing through during a road trip. The pictures don’t it justice. It’s such a cozy and cute place. Wish we could have stayed longer. Rebecca was a great host!

The home was so comfortable and clean. It had plenty of room for us The yard was great for our dogs and there was a nice walking trail to walk them on right outside. The location was great, very quiet but also very close to shopping and major roadways. We would definitely book again when visiting Albuquerque.

What an amazing gem hudden in the heart of Albuquerque. This is a tranquil and peaceful little home that is truly a hidden treasure in the bustling city. We had an amazing stay!

My wife and I stayed at Steven''s place for a couple of weeks while we were looking for a new home in Albuquerque. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, spacious house, and of course the lovely hens. During our stay, we both had to work remotely. The WiFi was fast and responsive, and it was wonderful to have the large desk and workspace in the bedroom with the queen-size bed. Steven was responsive to our questions and comments. Highly recommended.

Perfect location. Close to everything. Quiet neighborhood, especially at night. Cute and comfortable home. Derek was easy to communicate with. Would stay there again.

Mickie’s house was absolutely wonderful The house itself is stunning, the gardens are gorgeous, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was nice and large. If I’m ever in the area I would absolutely stay here again, and would absolutely recommend others stay here!

We had a wonderful stay at Carl's place - my company was touring in ABQ, so we had a group staying at both the properties. It was perfectly clean, and I appreciated that there were enough bathrooms - no bathroom conflict is great. The checkin was so easy; it's so nice to use a doorcode and not have to remember a key. The neighborhood felt safe and comfortable, and we enjoyed the stay immensely. Thank you!

Carl made our stay memorable and comfortable. We traveled from California to my daughters graduation, we arrived a few hours early and he accommodated our arrival and allowed us early. That was a huge relief as we were tired from the road trip. I definitely would rent the beautiful home again. Everything very clean.

Awesome place for our family girls trip! We had so much laughter…perfect for our group from age 23 all the way to 78. Art was a great host. The house was super clean and the backyard is amazing!

My family and I had a great time here! My family are newcomers to Airbnb and were concerned about the process of getting in without me there. They managed just fine with detailed instructions and the help of the Ivrie team. Everyone that I engaged with on the team were very professional and friendly. As for the home, the images did not do the size justice. Way more spacious for a town than expected. The home was at a standard cleanness. The master bedroom shower was my favorite feature :) (I highly recommend to unwind at the end of a long day). The 2nd upstairs bathroom offered heated floors and motion sensor lights which was nice as it was cold at night. Overall, our experience was great! Would highly recommend Ivrie Homes. Looking forward to exploring their other home options too!

David truly went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home. He graciously accommodated an early check-in. This level of flexibility and consideration was truly appreciated and set the tone for the rest of our stay. The property itself was nothing short of stunning. The home was spacious, beautifully decorated, and comfortably accommodated our group of 10 with ease. The highlight for many of us was undoubtedly the refreshing pool and relaxing hot tub, which provided the perfect escape from the scorching 90-degree weather. We spent countless hours enjoying these amenities and creating lasting memories together. The convenient location of the property was a huge plus for us, we felt incredibly safe and secure. We hope to stay here again on a future visit to Albuquerque!

Ed and Barbara was and is such a blessing. The community here is very therapeutic, even the dogs. This is definitely one of those places that if you could then you would come back over and over again. Barbara will make you feel right at home, so have fun if you dare; you might not want to go home. Nice pool, jacuzzi, lots of of space to feel free and to let loose and be loud. If you're into art sculptures then you have a lot to look at, because this place is filled with the enchanting art work by Ed. This experience will leave an everlasting impression on you. Nice, large house that's in a great location in Albuquerque. Even though it's close to a main road (4th street) it's nicely tucked away in a tree-lined, ranch area. Our party of 6 was super comfortable there. Lee and Tricia were super-friendly, proactive and flexible with our check-in time.

Great place! Spotless and beautiful grounds. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here! Will book again!!
