Our stay at Tina’s place was good. The beds were comfortable and felt clean. We had a little hiccup late into the evening, but Aaron was responsive. We had a great stay. The area was private and quiet.

10 out of 10 recommend this place for everyone! It is so clean and they thought of everyone. There are toys for all ages of kiddo and the backyard is so lovely.

If youre looking for a nice, comfortable extremely well furnished , great location, definitely book this one. The owners were extremely helpful and courteous. The property has a beautiful backyard with big, and old trees. The location was perfect for us because of the access to the Isotope Ballfield and the Sawmill Market place. And a pleasant surprise that the access to I-40 was so easy. Next time i need an Air BnB in Albuquerque, i will definitely attempt to reserve this property again.

We really enjoyed our night stay here. It was such a great location and our dogs absolutely loved the large fenced in yard. The couch was super comfortable! We had tons of space in the house. The pull through drive way was such a plus as it allowed us to get really close to the front door so we didn't have to carry in all our luggage. Was very cozy with good food and shops nearby. Would recommend!

Imagine my surprise that this home had 4 bedrooms! I am used to only finding three bedroom homes for my large family and didn’t notice this one had 4! What a treat! The home was large, we had room to spread out. The backyard was huge. It was an additional treat to have a park directly behind the home for kids to play. We looked for lizards in the morning hours, enjoyed wonderful burritos at Rio Tacos, and had an amazing time at the New Mexico Museum of Natural History. There was a little hiccup with the cooler, but the hosts were amazing and got it fixed for us quickly. Thank you for an amazing break during our move!!!

Place was clean, and well kept. If I’m back in Albuquerque I would book again!!

This home was more than 5 stars. It suited my family well, loved how each bedroom had its own bath, no need to wait on each other. Grandkids loved the indoor pool and everything else was awesome. I will definitely rent this house again when needed. Thank you Aaron & Chantel!!!

Ed and Barbara was and is such a blessing. The community here is very therapeutic, even the dogs. This is definitely one of those places that if you could then you would come back over and over again. Barbara will make you feel right at home, so have fun if you dare; you might not want to go home. Nice pool, jacuzzi, lots of of space to feel free and to let loose and be loud. If you're into art sculptures then you have a lot to look at, because this place is filled with the enchanting art work by Ed. This experience will leave an everlasting impression on you. Awesome fun. Everyone had lots of space and so much fun! Seeing the air balloons go over was a unexpected nice surprise!

Beautiful home and a great place to spend our 5 day vacation. Although we spent a good deal of time outside the house we absolutely loved coming "home" to a modern and stylish home where we could relax poolside rain or shine! Fadi was responsive and easy to contact. Combined with a gorgeous neighborhood, friendly neighbors and easy access to the best abq has to offer, this was worth every penny!

I will definitely come back to this place, very peaceful and private place, pool was a plus very clean. My family and I had a great time, will visit again soon :)

Anna’s house was clean, easy to access and provided all the amenities! House is located in a good part of the city providing easy access restaurants, and city needs or camping in the Jemez mountains. As a local, I recommend this house and I’d book again.

My daughter and I stayed at Pete’s place and loved it! The location was perfect for walking to get coffee, grab a glass of wine or a cocktail and to browse shops.

Wonderful stay in a quiet neighborhood. We felt right at home and had more than enough space.

We stayed here for Boots in the Park. That meant we needed to drop our stuff off early and check in early. Hosts responded in a timely manner and were flexible with the check in. They were very communicative!

The house is full of character and the garden is well maintained and charming. Walkable to Old Town where we had a wonderful dinner at Antiquity and listened to music in the town square.

It was a really nice place to stay! It was an easy check-in. Very clean and spacious! We will definitely be coming back!

Chad’s place was perfect for my family to stay at for a few days while visiting. The home was very clean, and in a great location.
