Apartment holiday rentals in Rio Rancho

Carl was very accommodating and helped book another one of his units, when our group had to extend our stay. I would definitely love to stay again!

Emily and James have been great hosts. They are responsive, helpful, and really accommodating. This unit here at Albuquerque is way beyond my expectations. I researched a whole afternoon to find this place and it’s totally worth it! I won’t even bother thinking about other places if I return to Albuquerque at some point.

Visiting Albuquerque? Don't even think about a bedsitter hotel/motel if Serge's place is available! The apartment is superb - parking, easy entrance, great well-stocked kitchen, strong wifi, tv, two excellent bedrooms, dining table, comfortable, solid furniture, squeaky clean, and a private outside area as well. There is a large park just a block away, shopping is a half mile away, and numerous excellent restaurants are within a ten-minute drive. This is an affordable 5-star property!

Great place within easy walking distance to many foot hill trails up the mountain! I'd stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area! The place was well kept and had everything I needed. Very clean and functional.

Great affordable stay! The complex is located off a busy street, but street noise wasn't an issue + the area felt safe walking my dog, even at night. As soon as you enter the locked courtyard, you're met with a cute, aesthetic outdoor space that feels quiet + well-kept. The inside is very pink + stylish. Discovering that you could access a bike path (Northern Diversion Trail) after a few quick minutes of riding on neighborhood backroads was a huge plus for us -- rather than dealing with hours of traffic for the Balloon Fiesta, we opted to bike the ~10 miles (20 miles round trip) from the unit during our stay.

All in all, good stay. Neighbors (not in our building) got loud one night, but other than that it was quiet. Nicely landscaped, well furnished and stocked with basics. Learning curve to operate the heat and air, but we are all over 60, so that could just be us, lol.

Rick was fantastic to work with & so was his place. Just what we needed. We were in town for a good friend’s funeral, & Rick’s place was a great refuge between busy & emotional engagements for us.

Exactly everything as you see in pics it was just perfect for all my needs during my trip to Abq!! Lovely and modern..and super close to restaurants and action. I only wish I had more time to take advantage of services below at the Lumen Wellness Center, next time!! Thank you Dan 👏⭐️

I stayed here for three months when I was in a housing transition. It worked out really well. The host is incredibly responsive. There were hardly any issues at all, but in three months, things come up. Lester and his crew are outstanding. The place has a really nice vibe. It’s a typical urban apartment complex, so you hear people occasionally, but nothing out of the ordinary. Everyone is very friendly. It’s around the corner from the police station so you do hear sirens at night. However, I also leave the balcony door open pretty much all the time because of my cat. The TV was in a slight alcove, which must have a sound proofing effect. I never heard anyone else’s TV the entire time! Incredible. One tiny detail is that unlike the photos, the unit was painted entirely gray. A little gloomy, but not a big deal. Overall, this was a really good experience and I would stay here again.

Agiola's place was 5 star, comfortable space, it had everything we needed, kitchen was perfect for having a quick breakfast and small outdoor space for having coffee or a glass of wine. the capitals decor was beautiful would definitely recommend and we would definitely stay here again!

We had an awesome stay in here for 24 days. We are professional Japanese runners and we stayed here for USA camp. Our camp went great! We enjoyed the beautiful view of Sandia mountains and gorgeous sunset everyday. The house location was in the safest area in town. Self check in/out was super easy. The house was spotless clean. Plenty of clean towels. Comfortable beds, and relaxing living room we gathered and relax. Owner is very kindness. We definitely would stay here again!

The apartment was clean and well maintained. The neighbourhood was noisy, music playing all the time.

Excellent. I had a nice restful sleep, which means a lot when you’re traveling and doing so much. I think it’s a nice neighborhood setting too.

The apartment is beautifully furnished, and it had everything I needed for my stay! Courtney responded very quickly to any questions I had. It was an easy less than a mile walk to old town. I definitely recommend booking this unit.

Sergio’s rental was awesome. Came in town for work. Very nice place to stay. Parking was available anywhere. I would highly recommend!

We loved this place! We chose this location because we were going to a festival at Balloon Fiesta Park and wanted something walkable. The walk from inside the festival at the park to the AirBNB was just over 2 miles and took us 45 minutes. The unit was extremely clean and modern with a huge bathroom and nice workspace. We would absolutely stay here again!
