Apartment holiday rentals in Rio Marina

First stop of our trip to Italy and we dealt with flight cancellations and major delays but Laura was a helpful and flexible host. She waited for us to arrive late, let us in and toured us around. Her space is exactly as described and in a great location to tour San Vincenzo, only wish we had more time! Thank you.

The accommodation is super centrally located in the center. There are many very good bars and restaurants right in the neighborhood. Massimo is very friendly and communication with him was straightforward, fast and flexible. We can recommend Massimo without reservation!

We spent the last week of May in this beautiful apartment, equipped with all the services from the dishwasher, washing machine, induction and everything you need as if we were at home... but the best part is falling asleep and waking up with the sea in front of you... Giacomo and Barbara are available and very responsive super hosts...

We had a wonderful holiday week in this top apartment. Nice reception, super furnished, everything within walking distance, beautiful terrace with views of the mountains - just everything great.

Great location, quite central, good attention, very well equipped, next door there is a food that opens late, the right price, the only thing to consider is that it is on the third floor, for those who are not a problem this is the perfect place to stay.

Matteo's accommodation was absolutely wonderful. The apartment is very clean and nice, matches the description and the air conditioning worked perfectly. A perfect option for a family of four, for example! Really good sandy beach right next door: shallow, clear water and beach services available. The beautiful village of Capoliveri is a few minutes' drive away. A car is quite necessary, as there are no shops in Naregna, but there are a couple of restaurants. Matteo was helpful and responded well to all inquiries. Your own parking space right next to the apartment building.

Diana and her family are very quick and friendly to everything, very good service. The apartment is located slightly above the beach on a street, which you hardly hear at all and therefore does not disturb it. The beach is a 1-2-minute walk. The apartment is very well equipped, nothing is missing. We grilled in the garden, which also worked great. We had a nice cat in front of the door or in the garden at all times, which did not bother us, but perhaps worth mentioning with allergies. All in all, a great stay.

Sara's cottage is perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Immersed in the Tuscan countryside, silence, especially at night, reigns supreme. The garden is very comfortable for dogs, with the possibility of eating outside and freely enjoying the green space, leaving the 4-legged friends free to have fun. Only 10 minutes from the sea, it is in the perfect location! Thanks for the advice and help, Sara was instrumental in solving a "broken battery charger" problem by advising us where to buy it on Sunday! Thanks for the welcome, we'll definitely be back!

Marco was the perfect host. He is always available and will help very quickly when you need it. The apartment is comfortable and completely furnished and the very large terrace is the perfect place to relax. When we arrived we found prosecco, wine and a cake and various delicacies to make us feel welcome. Highly recommended.

Perfect accommodation, obsessive cleanliness, spacious and comfortable spaces, complete with all the comforts and appliances, Daniele and his wife are super hosts, kind and responsive. Highly recommended! Great location for touring Piombino and exploring Baratti and Sterpaia!

A group of 6 guys stayed at the house for three nights and four days. The house was clean, with everything you need both in terms of sheets and towels, and for the kitchen, which is very well stocked. Comfortable beds in all rooms and two clean bathrooms with large showers. The area is excellent as it is 10 minutes by car from the center of Marciana Marina and also has private access to a beach that can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The outdoor garden area allows you to dine or lunch outside under the gazebo, with a truly priceless view of the sea. Very positive experience that we hope to repeat in the future, thanks also to the kindness and availability of the host. Amazing value for money.

Erika's apartment is great, well equipped located in a convenient location and from which you can see the sea with the island of Elba. Erika is a very helpful and friendly person. We will definitely be coming back! Thanks Erika.

We loved the apartment. It was cozy, well equipped and had everything one might need. It is extremely central and you can walk everywhere. Parking is very close. Ingrid was very helpful and gave us tips and suggestions for our stay. All in all a wonderful stay.

Stefania's apartment is well equipped, with a cozy sofa, kitchen with dishwasher and all essential utensils, rooms with good beds and air conditioning. We felt very comfortable there. Piombino and its surroundings are highly recommended, especially the picturesque old town and the nature reserve, rich in plant life, where you can enjoy beautiful hikes. There are several beaches to choose from, which can be easily reached on foot. There is a large supermarket near the apartment. Since we were traveling without a car, we walked quite a lot, so you get some exercise, also because the apartment is on the fourth floor.

Very nice place. Children enjoyed the pool. Simon’s apartament was bigger than we expected which was a nice surprise. Amazing see view from the balcony. Simone’s wife was very nice and helpful.

It was just great at Kety's. Everything is right in this apartment. A jewel and bijoux, furnished with a lot of heart and love, is quiet and beautiful with a view of the sea, vineyards and olive fields. It also has many restaurants, shops and celaterias. We will be back and will be sure to recommend it.

We had a great time in Nisporto. We were four people and had plenty of space on in the two bedrooms and terrace. The pullout couch was more than comfortable for our ten day stay. The pool is right in front of the terrace and the beach a 3 min walk. We always found free sunbeds at the pool, and was able to rent sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach, which also had a small bar. The area is quiet and there is not much to do in Nisporto, which was perfect for us. We rented towels from our host, which were delivered to us on arrival. Our host was very responsive and helpful. A great place for a relaxing vacation.

The place is one of the loveliest places that I’ve ever been to, Veronica is not only amazingly king and helpful , but also very responsive. She explained everything very clearly to us and gave a lot of wonderful tips💕 The place was spotless, neat and cozy, kitchen fully functional and equipped so you’ll be able to fix dinners for yourself, the whole area is huge, green and amazing, also for pet lovers and families with children! I will be back there for sure ❤️

We loved our stay in cavo. The pool and the view from the balcony is particularly good. Giulia is a lovely person who’s taken a lot of time to write clear instructions. The Sassi Rossi was our favourite restaurant near by

We had a wonderful time there and enjoyed everything. The apartment is fully equipped and the pool has an amazing view. We also enjoyed the company of all the animals that walk around on their land. We can greatly recommend it and love to come again.

Staying at the Valentini farm is like a family experience. Chiara, Luca and Giovanni immediately made us feel at home, with a warm welcome received upon our arrival and with so much availability, friendliness, affability and attention throughout the holiday, but without any intrusion. The estate is a place to regenerate, immersed in nature and in the endless expanses of vineyards and olive trees, which the Valentini family takes care of with so much love. The apartment is equipped with all comforts and an intimate outdoor space to fully enjoy the stay, with shared areas where vacationers have the utmost mutual respect. In addition to the naturalistic experience, the pool is one of the highlights to enjoy on hot days. Finally, the farm is in a strategic position that gives access to the main local attractions (from the sea to the hill, from the crystal clear waters to the medieval towns) just a few kilometers by car. It was the experience we were looking for and what we recommend.
