Diana und ihre Familie reagiert sehr schnell und freundlich auf alles, sehr guter Service. Das Appartement liegt leicht oberhalb vom Strand an einer Straße, welche man aber so gut wie gar nicht hört und diese somit auch nicht stört. Zum Strand kommt man zu Fuß in ca. 1-2 Minuten. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt nichts. Wir haben im Garten gegrillt, was auch super funktioniert hat. Bei uns war zu jederzeit eine nette Katze vor der Tür bzw. im Garten, das störte uns nicht, jedoch bei Allergikern vielleicht erwähnenswert. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenhalt.

The apartment of Daniele and Laura is a very good choice for an overnight stay in Follonica. The furniture and decoration is nice and the kitchen fully equipped. We really enjoyed our stay!

Graziella und Barbara sind wirklich ganz großartige Gastgeber. Sie haben uns bei vielen Dingen schnell und unkompliziert ausgeholfen und reagieren sehr schnell auf Nachrichten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Ferienwohnung gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist schlicht eingerichtet, aber sehr sauber. Und die Lage direkt am Meer ist einfach großartig. Es ist einfach toll, mit dem Meeresrauschen einzuschlafen und wieder aufzuwachen. Der Garten um das Gebäude ist nett angelegt und auf dem Gelände kann auch das Auto abgestellt werden. Die Innenstadt ist gut zu Fuß und viele Unternehmungen in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Insgesamt eine wirklich sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in der Toskana.

Abbiamo trascorso l'ultima settimana di maggio in questo splendido appartamento, dotato di tutto i servizi dalla lavastoviglie, lavatrice, induzione e tutto il necessario come fossimo a casa nostra..ma la chicca è addormentarsi e svegliarsi col mare di fronte... Giacomo e Barbara super host disponibili e molto reattivi...

Alloggio perfetto, pulizia maniacale, spazi ampi e comodi, completo di tutte le comodità ed elettrodomestici, Daniele e la moglie super host, gentili e reattivi.Consigliatissimo! Posizione ottima per girare Piombino e per esplorare baratti e sterpaia!

Gruppo di 6 ragazzi abbiamo soggiornato alla casa per tre notti e quattro giorni. La casa era pulita, con tutto il necessario sia per quanto riguarda lenzuola e asciugamani, che per la parte della cucina, che è molto fornita. Letti comodi in tutte le camere e i due bagni puliti con doccia ampie. La zona è ottima in quanto dista 10 minuti in macchina dal centro di Marciana marina ed ha anche un accesso privato a una spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi a 10 minuti. La parte fuori in giardino permette di cenare o pranzare fuori sotto il gazebo, con una vista sul mare veramente impagabile. Esperienza molto positiva che speriamo di ripetere in futuro, grazie anche alla gentilezza e alla disponibilità dell’host. Rapporto qualità prezzo pazzesco.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gleich neben einem Supermarkt und man ist auch schnell am Hafen. Wir mussten unseren Aufenthalt leider verkürzen, da unter der Wohnung eine Baustelle (welche wohl schon beendet sein sollte) war. Antonella war sehr bemüht eine andere Unterkunft für uns zu finden und wir konnten uns super einigen. Antonella konnte nicht wissen, dass unterhalb noch so viel Lärm gemacht wird, daher konnte sie nichts für die Unannehmlichkeiten. Sie antwortete auf unsere Nachrichten sehr schnell und war auch für Tipps und Informationen jeder Zeit erreichbar.

Mauro è sempre stato estremamente disponibile per ogni chiarimento o richiesta. L'alloggio è ben tenuto e ben fornito di tutto il necessario (un sacco di stoviglie accessori per la cucina). La posizione è strategica per raggiungere il mare o il centro di Follonica. Molto apprezzata la disponibilità delle biciclette.

Dani helped us when we needed an accomodation for last minute. She was very responsive and gave us all possible instructions in forefront. Her place is in serene quiet location, at least during the time when we rented it was. We heard birds chirping and saw beautiful trees from her balcony. Everything was clean and it had very homey atmosphere. The flat is also super close to the sea. We are grateful we had opportunity to stay.

La casetta di Sara è perfetta per staccare dalla frenesia della città. Immersa nelle campagne toscane, il silenzio soprattutto la notte la fa da padrone. Il giardino è comodissimo per i cani, con la possibilità di mangiare fuori e godersi liberamente lo spazio verde lasciando i 4 zampe liberi di divertirsi. A soli 10 minuti dal mare, è nella posizione ideale! Grazie per i consigli e per l’aiuto, Sara è stata fondamentale per risolvere un problema di “carica batterie rotto” consigliandoci dove comprarlo di Domenica! Grazie dell’accoglienza, torneremo sicuramente!

Laura’s apartment is very cozy and well equipped, you can feel it is a family home. I enjoyed a lot staying there for 2 weeks, it is spacious, and close enough to walk everywhere , yet more secluded in a quieter area, with peace and silence.

L'appartamento di Erika è ottimo, ben attrezzato situato in una posizione comoda e da cui si vede il mare con l'isola d'Elba. Erika è una persona molto disponibile e amichevole. Torneremo sicuramente! Grazie Erika.

We loved the apartment. It was cozy, well equipped and had everything one might need. It is extremely central and you can walk everywhere. Parking is very close. Ingrid was very helpful and gave us tips and suggestions for our stay. All in all a wonderful stay.

Die Wohnung von Stefania ist gut ausgestattet, mit einem gemütlichen Sofa, Küche mit Geschirrspüler und allen wesentlichen Utensilien, Zimmer mit guten Betten und Klimaanlagen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Piombino und Umgebung sind sehr empfehlenswert, insbesondere die malerische Altstadt und das planzenreiche Naturschutzgebiet, in dem man schön wandern kann. Es stehen verschiedene Strände zur Auswahl, die man zu Fuss gut erreichen kann. In der Nähe der Wohnung liegt ein grosser Supermarkt. Da wir ohne Auto unterwegs waren, sind wir recht viel gelaufen, man kriegt also etwas Bewegung, auch weil die Wohnung im vierten Stock liegt.

La posizione è ottima sia per girare l’isola sia per andare comodamente alla spiaggia di Lacona a piedi, la vista è molto bella e si è praticamente a due passi da un ristorantino/bar molto buono. Il bagno è grande e piuttosto comodo, l’area esterna idem ed è molto tranquilla. Il divano letto è un po’ scomodo ma complessivamente ci siamo trovati bene. Occhio al frigo, non ha uno spazio per congelare che poteva tornare utile a chi come noi aveva portato i ghiaccetti per la borsa frigo.

Appartement pratique et dans un cadre agréable juste en dehors du centre de Cavo. La piscine est magnifique. Les enfants ont également beaucoup apprécié. Balcon très agréable pour les repas avec le soleil du matin et à l'ombre tout l'après-midi.

We had a great time in Nisporto. We were four people and had plenty of space on in the two bedrooms and terrace. The pullout couch was more than comfortable for our ten day stay. The pool is right in front of the terrace and the beach a 3 min walk. We always found free sunbeds at the pool, and was able to rent sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach, which also had a small bar. The area is quiet and there is not much to do in Nisporto, which was perfect for us. We rented towels from our host, which were delivered to us on arrival. Our host was very responsive and helpful. A great place for a relaxing vacation.

Skønt sted med stor privat grund, tilhørende pool og tennisbane. Lejligheden har den bedste beliggenhed, man kan ønske sig i Cavo, og en fantastisk udsigt fra den store balkon. Vi var 2 voksne og 2 børn af sted, og for 4 personer er lejligheden lidt for lille. Guilia er en meget imødekommende, fleksibel og hjælpsom vært, der altid responderer hurtigt.

We had a wonderful time there and enjoyed everything. The apartment is fully equipped and the pool has an amazing view. We also enjoyed the company of all the animals that walk around on their land. We can greatly recommend it and love to come again.

Soggiornare all'agriturismo Valentini è come un'esperienza in famiglia. Chiara, Luca e Giovanni ci hanno fatto sentire subito a casa, con un caloroso benvenuto ricevuto al nostro arrivo e con tanta disponibilità, simpatia, affabilità e attenzione durante tutta la vacanza, ma senza alcuna invadenza. La tenuta è un posto dove rigenerarsi, immersi nella natura e nelle distese sterminate di vigneti e ulivi, che la famiglia Valentini cura con tanto amore. L'appartamento è provvisto di tutti i comfort e di uno spazio esterno intimo per godersi appieno il soggiorno, con aree condivise in cui i villeggianti hanno il massimo rispetto reciproco. Oltre all'esperienza naturalistica, la piscina è uno dei pezzi forti di cui godere nelle giornate calde. L'agriturismo, infine, è in una posizione strategica che dà accesso alle maggiori attrazioni locali (dal mare alla collina, dalle acque cristalline alle cittadine medievali) a soli pochi km di auto.È stata l'esperienza che cercavamo e che consigliamo.

Das Aviotel hat nur ebenerdige Zimmer, alle um den sehr großen und gut gepflegten Pool herum angeordnet. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß für 2 Personen. Die Küche ist mit dem wichtigsten ausgestattet. Das Bad ist groß und sauber - tolle Dusche. Das Bett ist etwas einfach und die Matratze war etwas durchgelegen, aber das mag schon im nächsten Zimmer anders sein. Eine kleine Terrasse ermöglicht es, draußen zu sitzen und Wäsche zu trocknen. Für mich was es toll, den Pool zu jeder Zeit nutzen zu können. Die Entfernung nach Marina de Campo ist mit dem Fahrrad leicht zu schaffen, wir waren eher froh, nicht so sehr im Zentrum zu sein. Direkt nebenan ist der kleine Flughafen, aber es flogen nur ca. 5-6 Kleinflugzeuge pro Tag, so dass sich der Lärm in Grenzen hielt. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
