Monthly Rentals in Rio Del Mar Beach

This place was exactly what my family needed for our beach getaway! The layout of the house is so cozy and it felt like a home away from home. The 180’ of ocean views was truly amazing. We watched a pod of humpback whales go back and forth throughout the day and got to watch a feeding frenzy of thousands of birds all from the balcony! We drove 20 minutes to Henry Cowell Redwoods State park and walked around Pacific Ave in Santa Cruz. From the spot we walked to the beach (with all our boogie boards, sand toys, towels, umbrella, etc.), took advantage of Venus’ happy hour and really didn’t need to use our car for two days! This will definitely be a spot we stay at again!

I don't even know where to start. The condo is absolutely beautiful. The views were literally breathtaking. The pictures of this place were beautiful but seeing it in person was paradise on earth. You have a panoramic view of the ocean that runs the entire length of the condo. Absolutely gorgeous. Theresa was kind and very helpful with everything. The place was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. I can't say enough good things about this place. My mom and I loved every minute of our stay. I can't wait until I get to go back. Thank you Theresa. My mom and I had the best time. I forgot to add that we really saw whales from living room!!!!!

Lisa and Andy were great hosts. The house was comfortable and walking distance to the beach. Everything was as listed and hosts were responsive. Lots of great areas to hike nearby and awesome restaurants like “the Hideout”. Definitely recommend.

We just spent the weekend in Aptos and absolutely loved this rental. We had a group of 4 moms and daughters and there was plenty of space for everyone. The condo was immaculately clean and has everything you need for a great vacation. From bathroom amenities to kitchen supplies to beach gear, we had everything we needed and more. Our kids loved swimming in the pool and playing at the beach. Crystal was a fantastic host and we highly recommend this rental!
