Bettina is a kind and sincere lady who makes sure her guests are comfortably settled in. The amenities and provisions she provided exceeded our expectations like breakfast provisions, baking paper, butter, milk,etc. We are really thankful for that. The apartment is tastefully furnished and we love the balcony and terrace and the environment. Luckily, there was no construction works over the weekend when we were there. The only thing that I want to highlight is that the height of the toilet door from bedroom may be too low for some.

This is a wonderful place to stay, everything is as described, and we can't ask for a better host. We had a couple of requests during our stay, and he delivered immediately. We were grilling for a couple of days and eventually got out of gas, everything was closed as it was Sunday evening, and he manage to help us there at that time...quite nice to be honest. I do really recommend this place.

We had a mega lovely time. An ideal starting point for many beautiful excursions!!!! Manuela and Walter are particularly warm and nice people with lots of great excursion tips! We felt right at home!!!! Thank you very much for an unforgettable time 😍

Absolutely great place! Lots of beautiful scenery nearby and a lot of supermarkets. The place is clean and spacious and functioned for us as a central point to plan daytrips. Plenty of space for the car. Definitely recommended!

We had a wonderful week in Mötz. The apartment is ideally located for activities in the mountains and is well equipped. The view from the balcony is fantastic and the rest of the apartment is very spacious. Ursula is an extremely lovely and courteous hostess and we would come back anytime!

We had a wonderful time at Kichl's Homebase. It all worked out from front to back. Anni and Bernd were super friendly, always available and accommodating. The apartment is super clean and modernly furnished. I just say arrive and feel good. After a long day of hiking, we even got freshly baked cakes. We can recommend the accommodation 100% and will definitely come back. Thank you dear Anni and Bernd for letting us spend such a great time with you.

The place was top notch, just like the hosts. Everything was super clean. Norbert and Klaudia are very nice, attentive and helpful hosts. We felt very comfortable. The surroundings as well as the view were spectacular. Those who appreciate nature and a quiet neighborhood are definitely in the right place! We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The property is very cozy and homely. We had the peace we had hoped for in the midst of this great landscape. Selma was available whenever we needed her, but she was also discreet. Although the apartment is in the same house, it still feels very private. We can really highly recommend this accommodation and we would always come back here for a vacation.

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back
