our stay at Heather s was fantastic it was what we wanted for our week in Richmond everything was beautiful and everything was supplied .Visiting family and friends location was perfect we did enjoy our time in Richmond.

This was a lovely stay. Great location and excellent value for money, comfortable bed, comfortable sofa, but it was also a lovely oasis on a very wet wintry night. I didn't meet Kelli but she was proactive, quick and helpful in communicating, the studio was warm and felt really inviting, and there was a lovely feline greeting committee who tapped delicately at the door and gave me a cuddle. There were even hot water bottles and chocolate to go with my cup of tea. There were even facecloths. It was pouring and cold so I didn't sit outside, but it looked neat. Highly recommended! I canceled my booking upon arrive when I realised the house is a duplex, which I hadnt realised from the listing. This didn’t work for my needs. However the hosts were very understanding and helpful, and allowed me a full refund. It looked like a great place, and they had been accomodating around early check in. Thanks again

We stayed as extended family at Sue's place, and it was perfect for all of us. The place was comfy, clean and easy to holiday from! We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again.
